Bad for businesses where you go to the customer, Great for business where the customer comes...
Vorteile
Easy to setup and easy of use. The learning curve is very short.
Nachteile
Does not allow for scheduling at multiple locations. Software is designed for customers to come a business location and not for the business to go to the customers location. I have an inspection business. If a customer schedules inspections at multiple locations, the address of the last inspection that is scheduled will appear on all of the inspection scheduled prior to the last one. This causes serious confusion for my business and it is to the point now that I may have to look for other options.

Customer User Friendly; not able to book their own time for the length they desire
Setmore is a nice and simple tool that allows for customers to book time at our facility. The only complaints I have heard from every customer is that they have to book multiple times in order to schedule for long time. I believe it would be an easy fix if the tool can be updated so customers can choose the amount of time they want. That way they don't have to book multiple times, or book the exact time they need it for. This will be great because I know many small businesses here do not use Setmore because the bookings are only locked in for a set time. If there was flexibility for the customers, they would definitely switch over.

It's a great tool that is nice and simple. But would make it even better for the customers if they can choose their own time block instead of having to only choose a time that's locked in.

Customer not able to choose their own length of time for services. Would be great to give Customers the ability to choose the amount of time they would like to book for their services.

Easy to implement - 2 way calendar sync - customizable and easy to use customer interface. OUTSTANDING VALUE for the money!
Nachteile
Limited to no reporting features.
You have to have the same availability for all appointment types.
Customers can't select the type of service within a general appointment type so if you have multiple services, they have to create multiple appointment options which can sometimes be confusing to the end user.

Already great and always improving
It very easy for patients to schedule themselves or they can call/text me for appts. Even when I'm not in the office I can set their appt because it is cloud based.

There isn't anything I dislike about the software; however, there are a few features I've requested that I hope they implement shortly.

You Get More with Setmore
With Setmore clients can book themselves and choose the service they want with no input from me. I don't have to answer my phone or contact them. Just show up for the appointment they set.
Vorteile
It is a super awesome all-in-one software. You can keep customer data in Setmore. You can input your services, allow customers to book you. And now you can accept Square payments with the new integration. I absolutely love Setmore!
Nachteile
The only issue I sometimes have with Setmore is that the widget on my phone does not update all of the time. So the appointment doesn't hit my calendar. But it doesn't happen often.

Setmore is Life Changing!
I am so happy with this platform. It gives me peace of mind and organization that I could not accomplish on my own! Thank you!

I love how Setmore allows my clients to book seamlessly without having to contact me. The ease of use is incredible from the administrative aspect and it took hours off of my scheduling time. Now I can focus on my clients and rather than spending time behind the computer worrying about double bookings and other issues!
Nachteile
I wish I could access the "time off" option from the app. But it's not the big of a deal to have to come onto the computer to handle that.

It has everything we needed
They have always been great! We love it!!
Vorteile
Scheduling patients and sending automatic emails at the time of scheduling is fantastic. Every patient with a smart phone is able to click the appointment date and save it into their schedule seamlessly.
Nachteile
The only thing I don't love about Setmore is on the app with my cellphone. When I'm in the weekly calendar view it tends to want to refresh rather than scroll. I'd rather there be a refresh button so that it would be easier to scroll without refreshing by mistake.

I love the online scheduling link that is easy to integrate on my website. The system is set up clean and concise.
Nachteile
I wish that there was an appointment confirmation feature. I am a massage therapist and it really helps to automatically confirm appointments so I dont have to call every time.

Time Saving!
I needed help getting to new clients fast! And decrease my time spent going back and forth scheduling a clients appointment. Now I can tell them you can easily go to my online schedule or they simply find via fb. I still offer to help the clients with scheduling conflicts or on their way out the door. Either way its like having an extra helper. And you're always on the know with any scheduling happenings because there is an activity list that keeps posting as action happens, scheduling, cancelling, or New client added. And so much can happen without me doing anything besides attending the client I am with in my office.
Vorteile
It flows easily because it prompts you to navigate the system easily. I am not one who uses a lot of tech or social media and surprisingly cannot recommend this product enough. I am so happy I decided to utilize the scheduling system. It has saved me so much time with going back and forth trying to set a client an appointment. Plus I have gained 1-3 new clients per week due to the facebook connection, they click and schedule!
Nachteile
The only thing I find to be work on the system is setting up my schedule with some days off. So if I want Saturdays to be every other I had to manually go in and hand select each Saturday I wanted to be closed. Not hard, but time consuming.

Excellent Product, Great Value!
I have a very fluid staff. Setmore makes it easy to add staff to, or take staff off of, the team. It is also easy to change services and have different staff members assigned to deliver different services. I also like the option to allow staff members to set their own hours and adjust their own schedule. For us, that's perfect!

This software has been easy to use. The administrative dashboard is well designed and the various functions are clearly marked and can be quickly found.
Nachteile
In my many years of using this software I have not found it to be missing any features or functions that I needed. It has met all of my needs.

Excellent scheduling solution
Vorteile
Setmore offers an excellent solution for the challenge of keeping an online agenda, open for your customers to be able to schedule their own appointments at times that match for both the customer and you.
It’s straightforward in use, and it does what it promises.
Nachteile
In our specific situation, where we work in different locations and with different service providers that travel between those locations, it needs a bit of a work around to get it all working. But with some creativity and the features available, it’s a doable task.

Like the Most

I like the new added text feature. I also like how its integrated with social media and very simple and easy to use
Nachteile
I don't like how multiple service selections, generate multiple emails. This confuses my clients a lot.
Also my clients don't know they can log in so i have tons of repeat names in my database constantly consolidating accounts.
Last, I wish the confirmation email allowed links. or consent forms to be sent with it. Theres no option for consent forms or anything like that.

i can make bookings easy and clearly online clients find it easy to use.

it's easy to use and so far not been too much of an issue.
it is a nice set up not full of extras that make it annoying for a sole trader business.

I don't like that there is no warning when a repeat client booking is ending.
And the notes are too basic so I can't write my medical notes Like SOAP.
some of my clients do not get the text message.

Setless
Not very helpful at all, the technician cut and pasted some script that seemed vaguely close to the question I asked and just kept sending it repeatedly, each time I reworded the question.
Vorteile
I think it was designed with a yoga studio or hair salon in mind, so adapting it to studio hire has been challenging, but it mostly does what we need it to do.
Nachteile
For the monthly cost of it, It doesn't have a completely seamless interface and mostly its not very intuitive or customisable,
ie: you cannot create a hire by the hour, where your client selects the amount of hours they would like and the system automatically calculates the total hours, then adds the gst and fees and offers the totalled amount to the client to pay. Seems to me a function a lot of types of business could use.

Scheduling Convenience
Never really had any difficulties. If I have a question the Setmore team is ready to assist!
Vorteile
The software is so helpful in scheduling and changing appointments - for personal and business . It works well for me because I also work outside of my office space and may not be available to schedule the clients . They can easily schedule, change or cancel without having to wait on me to be at my desk AND it sends automatic reminders!

Would be nice if there was a payment option for the client to pay at the time they schedule.

Very useful software
We run a readymix concrete plant, and Setmore is used to fill in orders as they come. In this way all foremen, drivers etc. are informed what is going on, and demand for resources. We are far from using all the features of the paid version, but we like it so well, we have the paid version anyway. And it is not expensive.

Easy to implement and use, and it gives us the benefits we were looking for

Nothing special. I have asked/suggested one feature without response, but I understand there is many considerations.

Great Software for free.

I love how intuitive it is to use. I have been a user of Setmore for several years and have never had a complaint. The few times I have needed help, it has been very easy! They are very responsive and without exception I have had a live person to chat with within minutes. Thank you for creating something that unites our team so well!

My Scheduling & Time management tool
Very satisfied with this product.
Vorteile
This software is easy to use, can be customized to my businesses and services offered and syncing between the desktop and the phonebapp is super convenient. Especially fond of the choice to have exclusive and overlapping appointment slots. The class scheduling and easy exporting reports to excel are bonus features for me.
Nachteile
Updates over the past 2 years have resolved my biggest issue of limited options for the reports. I have not used the direct payments feature to give an opinion.

I really like this booking program. I've never had any issues with it. Never a glitch.

Nearly perfect
Loved the program and the app and the ease of use. I wish it could have connected to my other software tho make it 100% perfect.

As a business owner i love this program. It's so simple to use and was nice that I could edit and add campaigns tho keep patients coming in on time. My patients love it too! IIT did all the work of tracking my patients without all the heavy follow up on my end. I could set it and trust IIT was going to work. I loved that IT was an app I could use everywhere and so could my patients. This was my favorite feature!
Nachteile
It didn't integrate with our chiro touch program for the scheduler or financial payments. This was vital for ease of my work load.

A Better Alternative!
It looks way more professional than what I had in mind. I like how the clients--in my case students--receive a very professional looking email and reminders.
Vorteile
It looks more professional than the original scheduling software I was looking at and the fact that I didn't have to pay for the basic one--which at this point in my business suits me fine until I expand my business and get the premium--was a great bonus. The customer service was great and patient with my many questions, too.
Nachteile
So far, nothing! I would like to see a few more features added but that's just a personal preference not a con on the software's part.

Awesome app!
Vorteile
It’s easy to use, I can use it on any device. Keeps track my weekly income and clientele base. If you have any problems the help chat is so helpful and quick responding. I can see when my stylists book and what’s going on anywhere. I love the lay out so I can see how the day is going to go with timing etc.
Nachteile
Maybe that on the calendar I can’t see both stylists day you have to select stylist individually. So when booking i can sometimes over book as you can’t see the lay out on one calendar.

I like that it keeps everything that I need to keep track of appointments, time off, time not available and basic customer information. Easy to use after you figure out where everything is.
Vorteile
Maintains most of the features I need to manage weekly meetings with my clients.
I like that I can schedule recurring appointments but the customers can't so I can truly manage my own schedule with flexibility. I like that it gives me and my clients an email 'heads up' at least 3 times before the meeting. I like that i can look back at the appointment history.
Nachteile
Didn't work as well on the phone iPad apps, until it was recently updated
Haven't been able to find all the features as easily on the apps

Covid & Retail
We really only use it for bookings and for that purpose it works brilliantly. Sends reminders and can add to your calendar seamlessly.
Vorteile
1. It was an easy solution/setup for our store as we wanted people to make appointments to visit us to help with Covid prevention
2. I set it up and tested it in less than an hour which was perfect
3. It was easy to integrate with our website/instagram for people to use
4. Its straight forward for people to use and takes 10 secs for our customers
5. Sends reminders and you can add to your calendar seamlessly
Nachteile
1. I wanted to not allow people to make bookings within the hour. Lets say its 11:15am and 11:30am was available. They had to wait at least an hour to book. That was not possible.

However if your booking slot size is one hour and your working hours start at 9:00 am, then customers will only be able to book on the hour.

Setmore Set Me Free
My clients love the email and reminder feature and it has freed me from having to make reminder calls every day. Also being able to change appointments on my phone and always having my appointment schedule with me.

For someone who was afraid of going to a digital appointment book, Setmore eased my fears from day one. All of the customer support helped me through set up and my first few months. The ease of use and the ability to sync across all devices makes this software a real go to product for my profession! Thanks so much!

Perfect for a Very Unique Clinic
Tech support was readily available when I encountered the issue described in "like least" above. I started with chat and after detailed messages back and forth, the tech [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] offered to call me to best explain everything.
Vorteile
We have a unique situation that required online booking -- a religious organization hosting a 2-day free dental clinic as a ministry to the community. Because of the pandemic, we are booking appointments remotely ahead, but we won't have regular patients. Our volunteers will do the booking instead of the patients. Our volunteers are spread out. It is great that the volunteer dentists and hygienists will be able to see their own calendars before they can get to the clinic. I tried four online appointment booking services and Setmore was the best -- it was the easiest to customize for our unique needs.
Nachteile
I prefer that staff with Receptionist Access and Admin Access would not show as columns in the Daily schedule, since they are not seeing patients. Or if I could select what Staff Access settings to view in the schedule (i.e., deselect Receptionists and Admins).

Concern
We realized to re-open the gym in Covid-19 conditions. While using setmore software, we realizes we have more needs than what setmore is offering right now.
While chatting with the Customer Support, 98% of our requests ended with "We still don't have this feature", "There is no option like ... with setmore software at the moment."
We need to know that someone is still investing in developing this software and the Mobile App. This is our main concern.

-the Administrator should have more control over time-leads; for example for "classes" there is no time-lead working while booking, yet for "services" this option is available;
-deadlines for rescheduling, we need, at least on the market in Romania;
-AUTOMAT refund when cancelling (with the possibility of deducting a commission in case of cancelling too late);
-Menu Bar for the Mobile App;
-Quick Reporting on the mobile app;
-COOLER, more modern, app design;
-more flexibility, choices;
-and others.

Using free version
Very positive.
Vorteile
Ease of use, intuitive design and enough functionality to do the job, without excessive functionality which sometimes is counter-productive. I like the options for reminders and the ease in altering diary entries.
Nachteile
Inability to alter prices of services which are still "active" on the diary. At the end of the year I raise my prices, but can't do this if there are still live, unfulfilled bookings on the diary.

Keeps you Organized
If it's on Setmore, it's happening that's how reliable it is to my business. Both clients and staff appreciate it.
Vorteile
It keeps me organized. My staff and I rely heavily on the 24 hours reminder. Details of appointments gives me a chance to recall any information needed on the spot.
Nachteile
The only flukes that happened with me was related to re-occuring appointments. However, the Setmore customer service team were there to help. I would like to see a monthly dashboard option added as well in the future.

I have been using Setmore for for my fitness studio as well as for online coaching clients. It’s user friendly and very affordable. It’s perfect start up
Nachteile
There’s not anything I would dislike. I would love more designs updates or image templates based on a business. I think that would absolutely amazing

A great free app
I use the app daily for my massage business.
Vorteile
This is a free app that you can embedded into your website. It allows you to add staff and is easy to track appointments.
Customer can book the appointment at their own time and availability.
It sends reminder via email.
Nachteile
I don't like that when I do an update to the booking it sends to the customer the title "reschedule appointment" when actually it was only an "edit it" ....it doesn't give you the option to choose from.

The Best Scheduling Appointments Tools
Vorteile
It perfectly applies my need (private lesson scheduling) at a very fair price.
Nachteile
The zapier integration is too poor. I can't take any scheduling information.

Easy use of calendar
Great product for booking clients and sending out automated reminders
Vorteile
I like that the program sends out email reminders to my clients automatically
Nachteile
My only dislike is that when I open up the app on my computer it opens to the day that I first installed it rather than automatically opening to the current day however I do not have this issue when I use the app on my phone

I’ve used setmore for about a year now and I absolutely love it. As a small biz owner, I am always in need of a scheduling application that keeps myself and my clients in the loop. Setmore makes it easy to schedule your appointments and bookings.
Nachteile
No cons! I’ve enjoyed using setmore. I love being able to implement Square Payments as well as connecting to G Suite Calendars.

Setmore for Athletic Therapy Practice
Working with multiple teams and and patients from various referral routes, it helps me keep schedules and oppointments in order and easily viewable on mobile which is great when on the go.
Vorteile
Limitless appointment types and each of these configurable afterwards if needed
Nachteile
The notes aspect of the software is slightly lacking and if improved, would be my standalone schedule and patient note taking software.
I wish it directly integrated with Physitrack for rehab exercise prescription also.

Easy to use for people that want to schedule appointments
Vorteile
It's simple to navigate with a clear interface. You can customise any section of the booking page. It allows you to recieve reviews, first app that I know to have this feature. Support team really respond in less than 2 minutes. Social media buttons integration. A lot of integrations. Perfect for managing appointments based on employees services!

Setmore made my life so much easier and my business cost effective!
Brilliant really. Very pleased so far.
Vorteile
I love that payments are taken in advance which reduces clients not showing up and wasting my time. It enables prospective clients to commit to their decision when browsing in the small hours rather than have to wait for email responses. It's efficient, the customer support is very good and the cost of running it negligible against the benefits.
Nachteile
Setting up with my particular appointment structure was problematic for me, but with the help of your customer services it was overcome.

Booking and Scheduling System for coaching made easy
Vorteile
The Free version was super simple and easy to use for my consultation business. I love how you can integrate with your social media this way clients can book you directly from your social media link. I know I was not using the app to its full potential but it worked as a temporary solution for my transition into coaching and consulting.
Nachteile
Honestly wasn’t using it long enough to notice any cons.

Wonderful appointments system that is flexible and packed with features
Ease of managing client appointments almost flawlessly.
Vorteile
Setmore is brilliant. I can run my entire company's appointments system through it and it works marvellously with google calendars and has great integration with websites. Best of all I like most of these systems it works really well on mobiles and is very easy for clients to use and administer.
Nachteile
So far there has been very little to criticise. There could be a little more flexibility in customisation of forms etc and perhaps the ability for organic appointments (i.e. Client chooses the length rather than have to select a set block) but otherwise suits all of our needs perfectly.
