Easy to use if you don't use Social Media to communicate with your customers and it customer user friendly.

Nachteile

For customers that are not user of Social Media like IG and Facebook to be able to see actual pictures of your work to decide how they would like to look after the service.

I love the ease of getting around Setmore. I can use it easily on all of my mobile devices as well as my computer. My clients find it easy to use as well.

I am very happy with Setmore. I do not have anything that I am unhappy with.

The overall design and intuitiveness of the software. This has clearly been developed with high consideration for the user experience. It is robust, very reliable and straightforward to set up and use in a fast moving, high pressure business setting. Well-designed, native apps across other platforms set this software apart from many others. It is one of very few SAAS offerings that provide apps for Mac and PC as well as mobile platforms.

Nachteile

The lack of marketing tools to enhance client engagement. There is no option to manage gift vouchers, loyalty programs, or email marketing. Integration with third party apps is limited to contact synchronization. If there were more integration options or triggers for actions such as when an appointment is created or modified this would be a major enhancement.

Its easy to use and available as a smart phone app! The interface is also easy to navigate, and I love the fact that I can make notes about customers visits. Its the best record-keeping system I've ever had the pleasure of using.

Nachteile

There is nothing I dont like about Setmore, it really covers all the aspects of the day to day appointment admin of my business.

Appearance is nice and clean. I like that is syncs with my google calendar. Ease of use when performing. All in all I do like this program and have been with them 3 years I think. If they would work on the buggs / glitches better that would be fantastic.

Nachteile

That every NOW and sometime then there is some software glitch and when you contact support (who are always available, and very nice, but not that savvy) you go round and round until you either figure something out yourself , get told they will contact the developers or you just give up. They are not good at listening or understanding what you are stating it seems.

From the app, you can't set appointments of a custom duration, but only of a fixed duration.
There isn't a translation of the software.
Sometimes the times reported in the emails are not the same as set in the software, it happens when we shift from solar to legal or from legal to solar

Impossible to delete a staff member if they have future appointments. And the fact that we can’t delete multiple appointments at the same time.

That would be a life saver for me as all the persons using my Setmore for the business are contractor and can leave at any moment.

This software has been very easy to use. We are a small business and needed software that was reliable and in our budget range. Setmore covered all of that. They are continually upgrading the product, and listen to the input of their clients. They will help you with your initial setup, and the customer service is exceptional.

I have no feedback for this. I really can't make up something because I have to fill out this section. I like the section least about his survey.

I really like that this has Google calendar integration in the free version, although it's only one way. As with ahy free software, there are some limitations. However, you can still customize quite a bit of features. I also like that it has a book and pay integration.

Nachteile

The back-end navigation is a bit clunky and doesn't lend itself to a very smooth user workflow. Once you learn your way around it's not bad, but it's a little tedious to make updates.

It always goes back to a date from 2 years ago rather than today.
I wish there was a way to add Google calendar items to the setmore without having to physically write them again (like a checkbox)

Our company uses Setmore for scheduling the conference rooms in our office building. We have several tenants in our building and they find it very easy to go to the booking page and schedule their time. The process is simple and quick for them which we love. I also love how easy it was for me to setup our calendar and booking times. Very user friendly!

I can schedule my students. My students can change their times, delete their lessons, or schedule additional lessons. This takes away my frustration when juggling 20+ students each week. I also love the "recurring appointments" feature. My students want to have the same lesson time throughout the semester, and that feature allows me to schedule all of a student's lesson for the entire semester at one time.

Their help staff is amazing, BUT I would also like to have some online help pages. They are either hard to find or not available when I need them. Let me say again, their help staff is amazing!

I love that it links with google calendar so all my tutors can see who is booked in to their classes, I love that people can book and pay online and I also love that it emails my customers to confirm bookings and give them reminders.

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't text customers about classes, apparently this option is only available for appointments. As a training centre we use classes rather than appointments so it would be useful to have the text option as a lot of people miss the emails.

We use Setmore to schedule mobile service, it was easy to set up and integrated very well with our website, social media, and Square. Very intuitive, easy to train new employees and really keeps things moving. Map function is particularly helpful.

Nachteile

It would be nice to easily separate different categories of service with the same account. For example, we also offer custom bike fitting and in-store service and it would be nice to separate that into a different category.

I've been using Setmore for approximately 3 years. From the day I implemented it, my clients have enjoyed using it to schedule and reschedule their appointments. They absolutely love the text reminder feature. I would definitely recommend Setmore to anyone who's looking for a reliable and multifunctional appointment scheduler.

I will be very open, I use the free version of this software because I am a small business owner. And it works because these guys care...The platforms are easy to set up, and if you don't know how to do something they are quick to respond in the "chat" i.e. LIVE person other end!!! They are literally the best online scheduling system that I would recommend again and again.

I would like that when clients want to book multiple services in one sitting that it books as one instead of individual appointments. For example

Being a non-profit educational facility paying to have one extra critical function isn't really in our budget. We operate off of three full-time positions while teaching over 50 adult students. We could use a discount or at least the option to have our low-income students receive text reminders as our students typically forget their appointments which in turn takes away from other students that could have scheduled.

I love how easy it is to set up and functionality of this product, but even more so, is their superior customer service. By far the best I have ever seen!

I do wish it had a little more customization. In the service industry. We like to limit how many services are allowed each day and once that is filled up that service is no longer available for the day. Should also be easier to set the time frame and who can actually do the service.

Setmore allows our organization to easily book clients, and have those appointments integrated into your Google calendar is excellent. It's easy to use, user friendly, and clients can select the services they want and book their own appointments without issue. I love all of the customization options and how well Setmore integrates with other apps and programs. Recently, with COVID-19, we had to start looking at ways to going digital with client appointments. Setmore quickly implemented a video call integration with Teleport that solved all of our problems. The customer service has always been excellent, too.

I am hoping that the calendar function will eliminate some of my work, but I am thinking probably not. This would be my only complaint about setmore. I wish I could easily change working hours on a weekly or even daily basis. I run a clinic where the doctor's and office hours change at least weekly and sometimes more than that. The only way I have found to handle that is to show business hours as extended hours 8-7pm and then add time off when our actuall hours might be 11-7 or 8-4 or some other combination. I am unclear if the calendar sync will just show appointments or if it will sync with working hours listed on my calendar. Also, I would like to be able to scroll back to quickly see stats from my home dashboard for prior weeks! Other than those things, I love setmore!
