Very happy with this tool.
Vorteile
Very intuitive to handle. Top iframe integration, since I already have my Website online.
Nachteile
Use it some years now and now and then, there were some unannounced updates, that should have used some tweaks to work correctly.

Air conditioning contractor feedback
The app has reduced a process that normally takes 4-6 hours for each maintenance cycle, down to 15 minutes. The customers are much happier and I have more time to focus on other tasks of the day.
Vorteile
I have apartment building tenant maintenances. This app allows my tenants to schedule their maintenance with ease, It allows me to consolidate my appointments to increase my efficiency.
I liked the payment integration features and the customer scheduling scheduling aspect.
I really liked the detailed export pages.
Nachteile
I felt like most of the pay for use features should have been included in the base price.
I have received feedback from my clients that they couldn't find which days I made available for them to schedule. My work around was to describe it in my email body. It would be nice if it was self explanatory from the scheduling page.
Also, when customers want to reschedule their appointment to a different time, it would be nice if they could do so with out having to re apply a payment.

Regarding which days are available to book, then we did an enhancement a few weeks ago so I hope that your clients don´t get confused by that anymore.
Concerning the rescheduling, then we might add the possibility to reschedule without reapplying the payment, but only if the client will book the same service. However, this has not yet been done but is on our future to do list, but unfortunately can not promise any timing on that.

Wonderful system for new businesses as fees increase as you get busier

Price - free until you exceed a number of bookings which makes it easy when you're first starting out.
Ease of use - had no issues teaching people to use it and clients love the online booking option
Possible features - also a con. Many to choose from but only 1 included with free charge
Online booking - people love it!
Nachteile
Cost for extra features
No Canadian prices
Confirmations emails sometimes delayed
Clients using online booking are not merged with old profile without extra features
Some of the extra features should automatically be included

Useful, friendly and analytical
I needed a robust booking mechanism for campaign and tried a lot of tools but SB just did all I needed.

I love that it has so many possibilities on date ranges for booking mechanism. I also love the dashboard and how easy it is to oversee all new bookinga

It quite a heavy tool and has lots of features but it can be stripped down to those you need.

There are some neglected features that should be implemented, but overall I'm happy.
I don't have to schedule 450 seniors by telephone; they can do it online!
Vorteile
I like how easy this is to use...once you learn it. The tech support is helpful, but if they have to email you it can take days.
Nachteile
I think it's ridiculous that a client can't reschedule an appointment on their own, and that they have to call me. It's such a hassle for a client to either have to call me or if they cancel and reschedule then they have to pay againa and then I have to deal with refund issues. Too may nooks and crannies and the user interface could be improved.

Nachteile
Making sure that your calendar is synced first so you don't get doubled booked.

Powerful Scheduling Tool (At a High Cost)
I really love the program overall as it has great customization features that I use for my salon.
Vorteile
The ability to mix and match custom features is a plus as ir allows you to only "pay" for what your business will actually use.
Nachteile
There is no "a la carte" option for custom features. So, for instance, I have access to 8 custom features but later find out I need one extra feature my only option is to upgrade to the next highest subscription plan. There should be an option to pay per feature.

This little app is a gem; suits my company just fine
Any of my students can use the link produced from this software to make a payment. All they need is an email and a PayPal account works like a charm
Vorteile
I love how easy this software is to use there's lots of templates and plugins for you to use to get started. Also the payment plugin is fantastic as it allows my clients to make payments immediately after booking a session.
Nachteile
There's not much to dislike about this application but it would be nice if the developers added a few more plugins for the free version otherwise you're stuck having to pay the monthly fee.. which still isn't too too bad

Happy early adopter
Love it, I haven't had any issues yet and hope that this continues in future.

It is easy to use and makes creating a beautiful booking site as easy as pie.I would strongly recommend this platform to service based business.

We need to be able to create customised invoices and the site currently doesn't offer this functionality.

However you could use FreshBooks or Quickbooks for your customized invoices and then integrate those systems with SimplyBook.me via Zapier. Finally booking software I love
Vorteile
It’s clean and simple, with all the feature a small practice needs to manage their client bookings. Integrates well with Google Worksuite, Stripe and Analytics. Best of all, you can manage (almost) everything on their mobile app.

My clients love the ease of making their own appointments and it's a time-saver for me.
Saves me countless hours of returning calls and scheduling patients myself.
Vorteile
Ease of use for my clients to schedule or change their appointments. Also, like the appointment reminders.
Nachteile
Clients should be able to see their appointments when looking at the schedule. I use it mostly on my IPHONE and would like an app to use instead of going through the web browser.

Product is fine but if you want it free, you have to resubscribe EVERY MONTH. That's ridiculous and it caused me to lose my free product. I will now NOT pay for it because of that.

It really is a great and simple product that works!
Easily booking clients
Vorteile
I like the fact that I have been able to source a product that does exactly what I need it to do and then implement it all myself without needing tech advice.
My clients also seem to love the ease of it all!
Nachteile
I'd like to be able to customise it a bit more but that's it really, perhaps using my colour scheme through being able to choose the colour through my colour code.

Excellent for booking audition times
Very positive. I feel more confident that I am going to a professional, organized casting.
Vorteile
I love this software. If a casting director is interested in seeing me for an audition, they email me this and I sign up, all the info is right there. It eliminates a harried assistant who might forget to get back to you, as was the case in 2007. That's not really that long ago, though technology-wise, it's light years.
Nachteile
Like any software, it's only as good as the humans using it. There is still a chance of wrong information being inputted, especially from casting offices with multiple castings

Over all it was great. Im not the most computer literater person and found it easy to set up and play with.
Vorteile
I love that it has so many features to customize the experience. As well its great help in cutting down bookings over the phone. Love the option for BOTS.
Nachteile
A feature I believe would be great is to be able to have your bookings set to approve bookings first and have the available time and date reserve right away and not only once its approved. Opens up too may possibilities of have double bookings if you have alot coming in and can't check untill end of day.
Only one other thing I see. When I google search my business, a weird site comes up advertised as [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] with my phone number but wrong address and in weird languages?

Simplybook for sports coaches
I took a long time before I decided to take the plunge with an online booking website. I am quite computer literate in that I design my own websites in WordPress and use software extensively in my coaching endeavours. One of the major obstacles was that I am in South Africa and currency control can be a nightmare. Thankfully they have a wide range of transaction options available. Of which three was available in South Africa. However the cost factors is kind of limiting and came as a surprise. A lot of expected standard features are not available as default and you have to increase your subscription to access these features.
Vorteile
The clean layout and excellent live support.
Nachteile
Figuring out what their terminology mean. Some of the terminology is not so easy to figure out. Took me awhile but once I had that sorted it was a breeze. The sizes of graphics for the different themes are not readily available however the excellent people at the Live support function can give you the necessary information in seconds.

It has many features including website hosting
Nachteile
SimplyBook.me deletes your account and company name if you don't subscribe. It can never be reactivated or retrieved. You lose it indefinitely. The support is very slow and takes about 8 hours to respond. The chat function on their website is not a live chat as it implies, it's email masquerading as live chat. You submit your chat and wait a random number of hours for reply by email.

I am very sorry to hear that your experience with SimplyBook.me was not a pleasant one for you.
We never delete any paying accounts ever unless the user asks for that. For the free accounts, you can renew them for as long as you like but if we detect no activity at all for 3 months then we send a few reminders and then if it's not reactivated, we delete the account a few weeks later...which must have happened in your case.
Regarding the live chat then it is certainly live 24 hours a day during the working week and all our clients get immediate answers. However during weekends we answer e mails 2 times a day, so you must have contacted our service over the weekend.
Again, I am sorry that you were not content with our services, if there is anything I can do for you please reply here and we will see what we can do.

Makes booking via instagram and facebook faster. It helps us reach a wider audience beyond the normal website visitors.

Very good and my clients are using this and have positive comments

Good support and fairly user friendly. Support instantly available.
Nachteile
Could be more adaptable. For instance it does not link a service on sale to the calendar. So if you charge more at the weekend you cannot do this.
Does not automatically produce invoice. Had to go through support to ask for an invoice for my accounts. Surely this should be an in built feature where we can see our regular invoices and print off what we need.

Regarding the invoice printing, then we have already started implementation of that and it should be finished within the next few weeks.
However we do not offer different pricing on weekends, but you could create that as a separate service to have a weekend service, which would carry different price.

This was a COVID-19 godsend
Vorteile
SimplyBook.me allowed me to try out the booking system and set up a demonstration booking site quickly and easily when the COVID-19 requirements for contact tracing hit us.
It was then easy to try it out and go live with the solution in no time at all.
It gave us the opportunity to add custom fields and use the booking system in anger to satisfy ourselves it was what we needed.
Nachteile
I found the booking time range component took a bit to conquer. It was mainly because I only wanted to open up a day at a time in the beginning, so I was using the "Company special days" to manage this.

Easy way to get a personalized website with an online booking system
Vorteile
User friendly, fast to set up, flexibility, many features available. Love how it integrates with my personal Google calender.
Nachteile
Long "website" name to give to people. The payments option doesn't allow for personal banking details - I would like to send out an email with my personal banking details if a client clicks on "pay later" - not all people feel comfortable paying with payfast/PayPal etc. And still prefers EFT payments. I would like to be able to sell "packages"

Just to come back to your comments, then you can sell packages with SimplyBook.me (just ask our Live Chat how to implement that) and regarding the "Pay Later" what you could do is to have that information always on the bottom of the confirmation email. So in that e mail you could say, for those who chose "Pay Later" please transfer the amount to the below bank account. I know that it is not as ideal as sending specific email to only those who choose "Pay Later" but that would be a workaround solution.

I love using this site! It has helped me expand my childcare business and organize my...
Organization and scheduling clarity
Vorteile
I love the automated email reminders, and also the different options available for varied services.
Nachteile
I wish there could be a communication platform between customers and myself on the site. It would be great if people could leave a note when they booked an appointment. This would reduce the need for texting details. Instead, they could do this directly on the site.
We also have a lot of difficulties using this site on mobile devices. This is somewhat burdensome when customers want to book their appointments on mobile.

Buying custome features is not that easy. You would expect a synoptic manner to purchase your custome features, but thats the only thing thats mot really awsome.

Really good booking system, but different story if you use stripe as your payment processor

it can do and handle bookings very well
flexible modifications and rich in customization
Nachteile
It claims that it integrate with stripe, BUT, your stripe wont be sending email receipt as simplybook did not integrate this properly and actually refused to fix this. SO, either you change payment processor, or change booking system. Alternatively, you need to find workaround to handle receipt to customer.

After using this software for over 12 months now we cannot say that there has been anything that has been an issue for us. We have not had a single problem with SimplyBook.me

Great app for all my small business scheduling needs
Vorteile
I am able to completely eliminate the job of receptionist for my business - bookings come in automatically online. I was able to start for free and as my business expanded I subscribed to a payment plan - my life has gotten easier with this software.
Nachteile
Sometimes there are glitches in confirmations not being sent to clients which can cause a bit of confusion.

Great Booking Resource
SimplyBook.me has allowed those potential customers, who don't really feel like calling in, to simply go to our website and book their own appointment based on availability. I believe we have gained customers from people who otherwise would not have contacted us except for the ease of simplybook.me.
Vorteile
I love the simplicity of the user interface. I also love the clean and customizable website that leads/customers see when they visit our site to book an appointment. I like that I can choose the features that I need and not pay for the features that aren't critical.
Nachteile
At first, we had some trouble with our agents receiving notifications when the appointment was booked. Turned out to be user error. It would be nice to have more control over notifications and alerts that go to the users when appointments are booked (send notifications to all users if desired).

I have been using them for 1 1/2 years now, and it is an amazing booking site that I...
It allows my clients to book appointments with me and leave deposits, without them having to make a special trip to the shop to make the deposit.
Vorteile
Ease of use, functionality, and price. I use the free subscription, and I have to say that there is no site that offers any service near this, for free. I highly recommend this to small businesses that need a free booking site.

SimplyBook.me allowed us to fully adapt our operation to the tool and it's great
Being able to offer classes in different locations, with custom look and feel and a very intuitive user journey.
Vorteile
It allowed us to integrate all of our operation in one tool. Even though we wanted something very specific, we could achieve it by tweaking the widget and inserting it in our website. It has lots of features that can help all sorts of booking based businesses.
Nachteile
I think that the CSS editor could be improved to empower clients and enable them to further customize the widget and the booking site. Also, even though it has lots of features, it is not the easiest tool to setup, and some features could appear to have duplicate functions and since the explanations are not very clear, there's a risk to be overpaying. Also, some features need to be included as standard and not custom, it feels as if one is paying for things that should be included.

The ability to make relevant changes as the need arises. The various home designs with some flexibility are much appreciated. Additional, the optional free plan until you start building your business is noteworthy.

Payment processing is sometimes problematic which may result in the delay of renewal and possible restricting specific capabilities until resolved.

It's been great! I'm very happy with Simplybook.me
It's a great way for clients to book time with me. Instead of playing scheduling ping-pong, I just post or send the link and they can pick a time that will work for both of us.
Vorteile
It's easy to use, like a normal calendar app. I can see what my schedule looks like as I'm making the changes instead of hoping that I got everything right and checking once I'm done. It's easy for my clients too.
Nachteile
I wish it would translate the time zone to the client's time zone, or make it more obvious that the appointment times are in Mountain time. I've had a lot of people miss the note at the top that clearly says the time zone.

The system does automatically try to read the time zone of the user´s computer and show that time. In order for it to work you have to go into Settings // Configuration, and there you can choose to let the system use and show the client his own timezone.

Simplifying our business
Superb add on to our business. Provides all the functionality and integrations we need. Go check it out
Vorteile
SImplyBook.me is not only an amazing tool but it has some great integrations with our CRM and marketing back end. We use ActiveCampaign and being able to automate booking details to customer histories has saved us stacks of time manually inputting data. Also being able to collect payment at time of booking has reduced manual processes in our business.
Nachteile
Creating the visual elements of the booking website took longer than anticipated but once we got to know and play with the system we figured it our. It could be a bit more intuitive

Vorteile
The SMS reminders to our clients have dramatically increased attendance and therefore sales. The syncing to our gmail account feature is a great addition for our team management
Nachteile
Not always simple to use - but the support people help when we get stuck. We sometimes find it tricky to navigate to the part we need within the menus.

Customer support, They are really fast and they have always a solution. On the other hand, it´s pretty friendly use.
Nachteile
I have the feeling that I have to pay for everything, like only for a calendar option (I paid for classes custom features but in fact looks the same that a service). There is not a Weekly timeline with all the services/classes.

people are much more willing to book with you if you have an option to book online, its much easier for them and for you

this software is so simple to use! I've tried so many different booking websites and none of them can even compare to simplybookme. it really is so simple to use, they even have video tutorials if you need any extra help! i cannot believe how much my profits have increased since signing up. thank you simplybookme!
Nachteile
the only downside to this software is that there are several features that are not available for the basic subscription. which is very disappointing that i cannot advertise gift cards unless i upgraded my subscription.

I recommend the product all the time. It is like having a virtual assistant!
Vorteile
Ease of use has been the biggest pro. Clients can easily book meetings and receive reminders as well as staff members. It is like having a virtual assistant managing your calendar!
Nachteile
While the program is easy to use, sometimes it can be a bit difficult on where to find the items you want to update. I find I search through many of the menu options before finding what I was looking for

Full featured platform for booking
Meeting booking for a consulting business
Vorteile
1 month of free trial is pretty good for new users to test out the platform. The many plug-in features that platform provides are also quite comprehensive
Nachteile
The price is quite high and for the lowest paid level, you won't have many plug-ins to use (out of 30+ plug-ins, you can use only 6 or so, many of them quite fundamental)
