I like the ease of scheduling, the options for scheduling and the templates. I recently bought the paid subscription and having more features is great.

I just learned how to intergrate Zoom via another app. That is clunky. I would love to be able to connect multiple calendars.

I love how easy Simplybook.Me is to use. It is visually appealing and has a very intuitive user interface.

Integrations through Zapier were easy, but indirect. My own exploration did not reveal this possibility, Then i had to contact help to see if what I wanted to do was possible.

I like the way I can integrate on my facebook page and homepage. With book button simple, and a page where people can see more in detail!

Its really hard to connect paying options, though you are covering a lot of methods which is great.

Difficulties of making changes to button look, styles etc. Not when I found the menu for that, but just the overall organizing of the functionality for the user.

We have a slightly different situation than what the software was designed for, but it the design is flexible enough to work for us.

Nachteile

Again, because our situation is slightly different, we would like a different view in the booking screen. We would like to see all available appointment times on the calendar showing providers rather than having to first select the provider. But I understand that might not be best for most users.

This product is very easy to use from both ends and it is a simple process. What's great is that a version of SimplyBook.me is free and it's actually functional. If we had to we could use it continuously. I favor their calendar over more expensive products.

What I like most was how how quick and easy it was to get a professional-looking online booking website up and running and the fact that you don't need any design or programming skills to do so.

I found getting the 'Special days' feature confusing at first (I don't think it's explained clearly enough in the online tutorials), but once you've figured it out and get the hang of it, it's easy enough. Also, the various calendar settings is slightly confusing - again, I think this could be better explained.

It has all features I needed as a coach, therapist. I offer group sessions and one-to-one. All of them can be listed as different services with descriptions. Clients pay through the system and Paypal and Stripe are compatible as plugins which was important to me. Clients are getting an invoice upon purchase of the session, this is also very important. There is a lot of room to personalise your services and your agenda. I like the minimal design and customization in how the reservation site looks. Training videos are good. They reply instantly questions by chat.

Nachteile

At the current stage, I have nothing to comment about features I did not like.

The fact that you can customise the booking page with all your company logos and photos. It is so easy for me to use and for clients booking their own appointments is a simple, stress free process. As a sole proprietor this booking system is going to save me so much time.

Not having the facility to type in a client name and their appointment pops up, instead you have to scroll through day by day to find them.

My partner is a coder. In his words most of the code is not well made. You can only make the site function and look the way you like if you have a coder handy.

Easy to operate and learn. Good for your time. You can customize contents without restrictions. Perfect for business owners who would like to receive bookings online but don't have a lot of time to build their own website. I've used this service for two yrs and didn't cost me a penny! Got the system set up in an hr and zero maintenance each month. Appointment confirmation and changes arrive almost immediately to clients. It's also free to use for small businesses like me that have 50 or less appointments per month. Overall, this is a service that you don't want to miss out on.

It would be certainly nicer to have more template options. The current templates looks good and are customizable, but a little more variety would be great!

hmmm I really don't find anything to say, every issue that I have found has been solved easily with customer service members.

The free plan has a lot of features that are usually in paid plans for similar services, like multiple service types.
The basic plan is still affordable for a small business like mine.
The customer service replies fast.

The design of the booking page and widget takes too much space.
Some features that I'd take for granted are not in the free plan, like booking not necessarily at xx:00 minutes, but also at xx:30 minutes.

I can take payments from clients and set things up months in advance. For the most part it's been easy to use and set up.

Too many restrictions and no way to make updates with manual input. Clients are frustrated because when their payment times out they don't get notification that their appointment didn't take. There should be a way to make the client paid if taking payment over the phone.

The software is well thought out and full of functionality but what makes it work is their outstanding 24/7 Live Chat. The are there all the time, the response is quick but more importantly, it's accurate. The people working the Live Chat really do know this product very very well and helped me see how to use it for our Art Center.

I would like an option for customers to purchase the classes in person, with cash, check or credit in addition to online, but I read today that this feature is on it's way.

SMB email booking confirmations are very unreliable. Sometimes emails are received, but often not (ie just received 4 bookings in the past few days & only 1 email received) which means if I don't continually check the calendar on the website, easy to miss bookings so defeats the purpose of the booking app. I tried to resolve by contacting the online help, but the support very ordinary being told emails were sent so must be in my spam folder (despite clearly stating that they sometimes come thro) & not in my spam folder. Frustrating to not receive decent service when the app doesn't work properly

A great feature of the service is the applets that you add onto the service. You basically get one for free and then buy more with upgrades. This way you can actually build the service to fit your needs vs having to buy an upgrade tier with features you don't want or need.

Some of the text content is input in the home page design section. Would be nice to have it all in one place.
