Hubspot is the best bang for the buck CRM out there

Compared to other CRMs I've used this is the most straight forward, easy to use, while also being robust enough CRM out there... Pipeline management is on point, reporting is great, customizability is great without being to complex... Hubspot has been my favorite CRM to use as a sales rep

They really need to revamp their Sequencing feature. It's very clunky and limited compared to others in the market
You cant throttle emails so your domain will just get wrecked as spam unless you make every email a manual email.
I cant have an email auto populate right after a call
Its confusing because theres multiple places to actually perform your sequence tasks: either task view or in the sequencing tab.
The sequencing view is a mess and very complicated
While completing tasks is the best by going to your tasks it can be overly complicated if you dont have your queues properly set up.
Hubspot needs a full overhaul here if they truly want to weed out other great cost effective options

Expensive yet worth it.
Hubspot offers a comprehensive solution to complete the sales cycle. From data enrichment to renewals you can do everything within the same tool.
Vorteile
We are able to set custom content for each of our campaigns and connect them to our sales team territories all with a simple workflow.
Nachteile
Some of the usage limits are irreversible. Seasonal or time-bound actions are risky.

Great for Managing Leads
It is perfect for managing leads and staying on top of customer interactions.

I used HubSpot to keep track of client interactions. It was a game changer to get notifications when leads opened my emails, which helped me follow up at the right time.

I see the capability and how it may work but it has been a difficult costly transition. I do not know if I would recommend it to companies with many (hundreds of thousands) of companies, contacts with multiple sales service incidents.

It tracks leads and pipeline ok. The Sales Prospecting dashboard is nice

The Ring Central Dialer does not even give the ability to transfer a call. Calles often cant get through. Typing in a name has to be 100% correct. There is no knowledge for nicknames, no suggestions. If someone last is mann or manne or man all should pull something up. The complications of placing an order getting a quote, etc. is cumbersome and we have lost many sales. Workflow is slow for someone needing to contact various people. Notes and activity flow between contacts, companies, and deals is difficult to grasp and view pertinent info quickly. Even

Can't think of a better CRM for our sales operations
Hubspot completely transformed our sales operations. Thanks to it, we've been able to save thousands of hours from manual and repetitive tasks. It's also given us one platform to monitor the A-Z of our sales operations. All in all, it'll definitely boost your organization if you don't already have a CRM.
Vorteile
I think being able to use the hundreds of standard and custom properties when setting up automated workflows is probably the most powerful feature. That way, not only are you able to automate a truckload of work, but you can also use your own properties to find workarounds for stuff that's not already available
Nachteile
The only thing I didn't like is not being able to enroll contacts in sequences with the "send as contact owner" token. It's a relatively tiny issue but still would be good to get fixed.

Good CRM tool
Great, Easy to use and navigate sales and marketing tool. Many of our other departments use it as we want a record of all liaisons with our customers, not just the ones from sales and marketing.

It really is an all in one sales and marketing system that is easy to use.

It is quite feature rich. OK, so what's the problem with that? Well it can be a little bit confusing/ maybe time consuming finding everything available to you BUT within time, it is quite intuitive.

It needs a lot of improvement, but I don't want to reduce the amount of offer put here.
Not the best experience I can talk about, despite it might hold a great potential but in the time being HubSpot CRM seems to be so far not intutive for new users and highly expensive.

Although Hubspot appeared to be able to handle a lot of our requests, in reality it was unable to accomplish much before requiring us to start paying expensive monthly fees for out business.

HubSpot CRM, an efficient tool to to maintain and get more clients.
This is a good software to boost our business and maintain it scaling. If you're not using this product I'd confidently invite you to try it, and see your business scale (this is relevant for both small and big businesses).

To begin with, It is important to know what is HubSpot. It is the core element of Hubspot itself. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Hubspot CRM is hence an all-in-one kind of software that aims to manage all the customers of a given company in one space to increase sales. The things that you must like about this software are:
- The interface is navigation-friendly with different tabs clearly distinguishable. We can easily navigate through them very smoothly and intuitively;
- The Contacts tab is very important because this is where we can find all of our customers’ contacts. Every CRM software that I’ve stumbled upon revolves around its customers’ contacts. Its database is built around the clients’ contacts. With Hubspot CRM we can filter specific pieces of information about our clients that we want to display: By first names, by last names, or by emails exchanged in a defined period of time (for example, if we want to display only the contacts of clients that we have been exchanging emails with a month ago, we can do it);
- The Conversations tab is where we can have conversations with our clients from different platforms; whether it is from our website, our Facebook account, or any other platform that is linkable to our Hubspot CRM inbox. So having all of our messages in one place is very easy to monitor and manage.

It would be good to improve the mobile version to make it as intuitive and smooth as the PC version.

HubSpot is the Beginner's CRM
Our campaign tracking and reporting was extremely rudimentary or nonexistant, but it didn't take long to turn things around through HubSpot to provide leadership and sales with much stronger data. As new hurdles or ideas are conceived, it is quick and easy to make them into a reality.
Vorteile
The ease of use is the biggest draw. When I train new users they quickly get the hang of it, and when people explore the software without guidance, they often find what they're looking for on their own. Its also much faster to develop and implement lists and workflows, as well as make changes to the architecture of the CRM itself.
Nachteile
It does not directly support Dynamics 365, which is a bummer. If the Salesforce level of support was applied to Microsoft, this would be an absolutely dream come true solution. As it stands, we spend a lot of time making the software talk to each other properly.

Good value
HubSpot has worked well for us as far as contact management. With our sales and marketing team emails tied to the software, we are able to capture communication to all of our customer contacts. The only issue is that if other individuals are copied on a communication, they are automatically entered in our CRM. We could certainly turn that feature off, but then there is the issue of if sales/marketing would remember to log the important things or if they would get in the habit of not logging anything at all.
Vorteile
The biggest priorities for us when we implemented HubSpot in our company were to be able to realize revenue to marketing activities as well as have a better forecasting method for our sales team.
Nachteile
The biggest con for us is that we clearly stated we needed to be able to tie revenue back to marketing activities. This function is possible with the platform sold to us; however it is very manual. In order for us to have the automated version that we requested, we would need to pay a significant amount more than we currently are. This was a mistake made on the part of the salesperson and we were offered a discount to enable the feature; however it is still very costly so we are performing this task manually at the moment.

Price was a large factor. Salesforce and SugarCRM were both excellent contenders and we would have been happy to choose either of them. The biggest factor in our decision was price. The other factor was Salesforce and Sugar have software that is so powerful, we felt the built-in features we would pay for may not be utilized enough to receive an ROI.

Intuitive and User-Friendly Without Being Overwhelming
I was a critic of HubSpot before I was a strong supporter. It takes some time to understand the platform before you can fully see the possibilities. If starting a company from scratch, I would definitely put HubSpot CRM on the short list.
Vorteile
HubSpot focuses on simplicity and usability rather and competing for the most features or customization. The primary requirement of our CRM implementation project was ease-of-use and HubSpot has not dissapointed. And while there are limitations compared to other platforms, the feature set is growing all the time and we don't have to rely on third party integrators or developers. It is also easy to scale up quickly.
Nachteile
HubSpot has a strong culture and jargon. To truly understand the platform, you will need to learn to think like the HubSpot community which can use different terms and methodologies. The platform also seems to be biased mostly towards B2B service companies, however you can make it work for just about any type of organization. Also keep in mind that while the CRM starts as "free," the cost increases quickly as you leverage the other HubSpot "hubs."

Hubspot is great for starters - because it's free
Hubspot is amazing for starters because you have a free version, a lot of content in the university and you will learn everything you need regarding the sales process. When your team and organization grow, it will depend on whether you will want to invest in an expensive paid Hubspot account or you may use another CRM just for sales.
Vorteile
The free version of Hubspot is pretty fair and the Hubspot University is simply amazing. If you are dealing with different approaches for the same leads (inbound/outbound/referrals/content/support/etc), Hubspot is great because you have everything at one software.
Nachteile
If your team is not a sales pro, if you don't have a sales ops structure and if you manage too many sales leads, Hubspot can be overwhelming. There are features that in a lean process won't be used.

Love HubSpot
HubSpot is super easy to use and their educational support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a marketing tool that includes all of the digital components for your marketing plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do.
Vorteile
HubSpot is super easy to use and it's relatively easy to add users with specific access. This is great if you have review processes like ours. The new email WYSIWYG is much simpler to use now and for that alone, I'd recommend this tool. My team especially likes the calendar view for scheduling Social posts. This, by itself, has allowed my team to plan and schedule social posts up to three months out. We could go further, but choose not to.
Nachteile
If you have a lot of brands with corresponding websites and social channels, it is difficult to keep that all separate. HubSpot recently added subdomain functionality that is helping us with that, but it has not been extended yet to include social channels. I also wish we had the ability to tag items with multiple campaigns because occasionally I need to track two things (the brand associated and the event or promotion). Campaigns are one of the ways I use to distinguish between brands, especially with Social posts.

Hubspot is a Great Hub for all marketing tools at one place
Apart from this, I love using Hubspot CRM. I highly recommend you try it if you are a beginner.
Vorteile
It has a Fantastic user interface and ease of use. It is quite simple to use. Any beginner can use it without any confusion with the product. We can easily integrate any software with Hubspot CRM.
Nachteile
The price is a little bit high when compared to other software. Another thing is that users have limits in creating landing pages. It's better to allow to create of more landing pages.

Best All-In-One CRM for Startups
It makes my marketing operations easier and more planned. And really it's easy to adapt.
Vorteile
I think the best feature of Hubspot is that it allows you to design your landing pages and has so much educational material. Even if you are not a CRM user you can learn much from Hubspot Academy. I use Hubspot CRM as a digital marketing specialist at a startup. We manage all of our contacts and subscription forms from Hubspot. We also use it for email marketing. I like the feature that you can customise everything. For example, you can design your email templates suitable for your branding and you also can design landing pages and forms as you wish. It's like my clever assistant.
Nachteile
Unfortunately, some additional features are too expensive.

HobSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is amazing software that allows me to work better with clients in my small business.
Vorteile
This software is very popular CRM software so if I have any issues I can easily find people to help me solve that issues. Also, the free plan was great when I start my small business and it releases me from extra costs until I became able to have the paid plan. I can easily export and import files, I really like this software.
Nachteile
As soon as I understand this software, I didn't find anything bad about it. It meets all my needs to un my small business.

It can get very complicated to use an all in one tool even though it's great to have all tools in one place.

One of The Best Financial Service CRM
HubSpot is great for any financial sector. Its Sales Hub solves problems by reducing errors and mistakes. I spent less time involved in making reports and updating excel sheets. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to run an organization efficiently.

Hubspot helps with keeping track of all your sales. It's a complete CRM software that caters to marketing, data management, and the overall running of the organization. It helps increase the whole sales approach with filtering features that make analysis easier. It helps with management, which results in fewer errors and wasted time. The interface is user-friendly and very easy to learn. Unlike other software companies, HubSpot has an excellent customer support team to help with queries. It's a great tool for any sales development rep, and I've found it most helpful to customize my tasks by queue and set notifications to alert me to tasks as they arise.
Nachteile
There is not much to hate. Although I must mention the price can be slightly lower. So the software is accessible to everyone who needs it. Using third parties is time-consuming and exhausting. Improvements to the quotation feature would also be helpful.

An amalgamation of all the CRM tools in one integrated solution
Hubspot has been all around a great solution to our CRM needs. The customer support team is phenomenal and they have already made several improvements since starting with their product.

The integration that HubSpot provides regarding email campaigns, analytics, professional forms, and KOL tracking has played a huge role in my company's efficiency and success
Nachteile
Some of the analytic fixtures have limited ability for customization, but so far this has been a non-issue

Nice tool for business communication
The tool is unusual in terms of use at the beginning. We have gone through a lot of pieces of training and read a lot of documentation, and finally, we have increased the number of customers by to 20 percent thanks to improved communication. The support team has helped us a lot. The program is suitable for marketing purposes only in the most expensive version, all others are only partially designed for that, so consider it when choosing the best one for you. Generally, there are no problems that can not be resolved, so give it a try.

File storage is a bit complicated. They are difficult to find something using a search engine, as well as to replace files and especially attach them to messages. Emails often do not get to their addresses, therefore, we had to look for other services for correspondence. The interface causes some problems because it is not always convenient, for example, it is impossible to copy the contact information of customers. You just have to type it.

It does everything fairly well
I mainly use the Companies view to update company information as a Customer Success leader, and edit the fields to make this work for us. However, I've also used the forms to automatically add people to Zendesk with Zapier, and used Typeform to facilitate the Sales to CS handoff, and in both situations the process was straightforward.
Vorteile
I like that Hubspot has the random things I end up needing, like workflows and forms and website editing and support tools and contact records, company records, deal records (with automation for all of them), and just so much more. It's also super easy to make this play well with other tools.
Nachteile
Some of the tools are rather limited and basic.

Great software and it's FREE to use - integrates well with Marketing software as well
Been using it for over 3 years and I can't complain. Use it mainly to supplement our Salesforce CRM instance because I can't get away from that beast. It does great and HubSpot is always improving the product. Great support and a great software overall to maintain your business' sales and leads. Easily can push contacts and work with them in the HubSpot Marketing tools as well. Highly recommended!

Great product, always improving, almost on par with Salesforce on functionality. More and more integrations are being added, and you can grow into it by upgrading from free, to starter, to Pro, to Enterprise, fairly easily.
Nachteile
It's cheap as free if you start, but it can get expensive if you want to use more features and grow as a business. Just be prepared to budget for this.

Hubspot changed our way to work
We are satisfied, therefore we renewed the contract and expand it with the sales module. We got actual x7 ROI in the first 8 months of use.
Vorteile
This software allowed us to have much more information on our marketing activities and to integrate all the channel in a single platform. It is really good to save time on campaign setting, alignment and reporting. I love how it aggregates a powerful CMS (blog), and several CTAs, Forms and lead capture tools in our website.
Nachteile
It is not really easy to set at the beginning, you need internal development skills in order to implement it properly. Furthermore is not really flexible for building CTAs.

My first choice for a CRM platform
Hubspot CRM is a great CRM platform for SMBs! And their support team is excellent!

Hubspot CRM is really intuitive. The interface is really easy for users and adminstrators! You have so many capabilities within the platform to manage contacts, generate leads, track sales, etc. It's a great platform for any SMB

Powerful tool with a multitude of uses, trainings, and great customer support
My overall experience with HubSpot CRM is very positive. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Hubspot is basically a total marketing platform in one software. Email, social, SEO, reporting, it can all be done here. And their customer service along with free training courses are top notch
Nachteile
I really dont have any issues with this software. It works as intended, does what I need it to do, and if there is ever an issue the support team is on it.

Good. It is a quite complete software since it allows to have a detailed control of the sales
The benefit is that you have control of the users and thus effectively attack potential buyers for the product being marketed.
Vorteile
I like it since it is quite intuitive when using it, it takes a really detailed control of the potential buyers and the business opportunities, in turn it has an extension that allows to synchronize the emails with the software and in this way work easily, has reminders that are very useful when you have many contacts, in general terms it is very good and practical.
Nachteile
The free version is quite limited compared to the pro version, I think it should be a bit more flexible or have more plans.
