Price and functionality was just in the sweet spot I needed. My level of web design is not super high and I was able to sort stuff out. Technical support while building and maintaining was great

A bit more functionality on the plug in with seamless ordering of fine art prints would be nice. Other services have more, but also charge a lot more.

I like that pixpa offers the most comprehensive websites. They had the features that I was looking for, with the ability to sell, as well as feature my own blog. That's what sold me on pixpa.

It wasn't an easy project for me, as I am not tech savvy and this was my first go at building a website. But the staff were great, always ready to help, it would be nice to be able to call, but I really can't complain about the customer service.

The email format I receive from the contact form needs work. I can’t just click reply. I have to copy their email over, which does weird things on mobile (copies over a hidden “mailto:” that I have to then delete if I catch it). I’d like if it was just a straight email that I can quickly reply to.

This is my first website, and I was able to build my site with all the features I was looking for fairly easily. The how-to's are detailed and illustrated, and that was really helpful for a newbie like me.

My only suggestion for improvement was occasionally I'd be unbale to find a page I had just been on. more obvious breadcrumbs while in design mode. Also please add an undo button... I didn't find the cmd for this until the end of building.

Having video tutorials under the Help menu has been most helpful. The chat box has been great. Most of the time there's someone who can quickly and clearly explain what I need.

I'm not very technologically savvy. So for me there has been a learning curve. I will say that the chat box has been very helpful. It's also not as easy to change from one template to the other, as I thought. Some things get lost in the transfer. It's better to settle on a design, first.

I moved to Pixpa last year. They have a great range of easy-to-use creative tools that can help you make a site that looks beautiful and functions brilliantly. They are very responsive and answer questions promptly and politely. And the monthly fees, which include eCommerce options, are very reasonable in comparison to other website building platforms. It's a great all-in-one!

The software is quite easy to use and Pixpa is continuing to add new templates which is awesome! The features in the back end are pretty intuitive too which is nice. I test drove a number of other softwares and Pixpa is what I settled on.

I would like it if the booking calendar was integrated right into the back end of the software. Digital contract management would also be a good feature to add.
