Das beste Online Termin Buchungstool

Besser und übersichtlicher als Calendly und für mich das absolut beste Tool mit allen Funktionen

Vorteile

Selbst in der kostenlosen Variante hat man schon alles was man braucht, aber im Bezahltarif ist wirklich alles drin! Vor allem das man unterschiedliche Kalender für unterschiedliche Kunden oder Projekte nutzen kann ist super. Und bei den einzelnen Kalendern kann man dann noch eigene Terminarten erstellen. Es funktioniert einfach alles perfekt.

Nachteile

Die aktuelle Preiserhöhung. Manche Funktionen muss man etwas suchen...

Sehr umfangreiches Terminbuchungssystem

Meine Erfahrungen mit YouCanBook.me sind sehr gut. Die Software ist einfach zu bedienen und wird sehr gut von meinen Kunden angenommen. Dadurch spare ich sehr viel Zeit bei der Organisation meiner Termine.

Vorteile

Übersichtliche Benutzeroberfläche, sehr einfache Einbindung auf der eigenen Webseite, viele Terminbuchungsoptionen und individuell anpassbare automatische E-Mails.

Nachteile

YouCanBook.me bietet mir alle Optionen, die ich mir von einem Terminbuchungssystem wünsche.

Almost Perfect

For out purposes, it is almost perfect.

Vorteile

When we looked at scheduling software, it had to be fool proof for the user and easy to set up for me, the administrator. The other great feature is to use different forms for different schedule types on the same calendar. For scheduling resources that has different scheduling requirements, it makes it easier to manage with different rules.

Nachteile

There is no administrator role that can override defined restrictions. If I am on the phone with a client trying to reschedule a meeting, I should be able to override the rules and make the appointment. For example, one of our scheduling rules has a 4 hour minimum scheduling requirement. IF I want to allow someone to come in within two hours, I should be able to make that schedule without editing the scheduling rules, which is what I have to do now.

Nachteile

While being functional, it has some drawbacks. Over time, it became more expensive or restricted unless you upgraded, which can be frustrating if you only need basic features. The platform also feels overcomplicated in some areas, with a lot of fancy extras I didn’t use, while I was looking for something simpler and cheaper.

Additionally, translating notification emails, while a useful feature, was extremely time-consuming and not as intuitive as it should be. The workflow overall could benefit from better streamlining to make basic tasks easier and quicker.

Vorteile

Zoom Integration is easy. But if time zones change then it doesn't keep track with Zoom.

Nachteile

Support. I started working with a chat bot and received very basic answers. When I was turned over to a specialist it took two hours before a response. The response was not helpful. People need to help people.

Good overall experience with YouCanBook.me

I have enjoyed using YouCanBook.me. I use this service on a daily business when emailing with potential clients; however, I am usually only booking 2-4 appointments per week. Most clients find the booking process to be easy. I hope to add integration to my CRM in the near future.

Vorteile

Easy to set up multiple calendars for your clients to easily book their appointments while also providing critical information during the booking process I need for the meeting. Integration with my calendar makes sure I do not miss a call.

Nachteile

It would be nice to have the option for an electronic signature during the booking process. You will be able to find other lower cost options. The cost for text messages is rather steep.

Works well

Over all we're happy with YCBM. We've had a few issues, most of which were our mistake or an issue with the settings we'd applied. When we've contacted support they were very responsive and helpful.

Vorteile

Saves us lots of time by allowing people to book meetings with me and my team at a time that suits them.

Nachteile

Biggest downside is the charging by calendar. I wish I could allow my personal and other calendars (I have several companies) affect my availability with out having to triple my costs.

It would be nice to have a 'not available but can shift things' or 'available but only book if there is no other option' type mode. Obs with a better name!

Positive. Easy to set up, use, implement and simple name for clients.

Vorteile

Easy scheduling, multiple appointment times and descriptors, ability to add pause between appointments, automated email and text reminders, integration of apps. Simple to rebook or reschedule appointments. Ability to have multiple links for one user with different client bases.

Nachteile

Zoom is on or off. No ability to choose per appointment.

Adequate product but lots of opportunities to improve

Not intuitive setup, requires a lot of self service to figure out how to make things work and user guides are helpful IF you know which one to use. Availability of one to one support is non existent.

Vorteile

Adequate amount of automatic/customized notification of appointments and cancellation/reschedule functions.

Nachteile

Would like to have more customization for notifications/reminders based upon appointment type. Currently none and have to create separate booking pages for unique notifications.

Vorteile

How easy is to configure and start right away, the variety of options that offers to configure the booking page and also that are fully customizable, also the permissions of who can modify the booking page comes handy so you don't have to rely just on one person managing the pages.

It could be improve the way when an account is deleted that the rescheduling of the appointment should be handled through the interface of YouCanMook.Me and not the calendar itself

Positive! ENHANCEMENT REQUEST: it would be great if settings on the YCBM Booking Page and/or 'appointment type' could determine the COLOR of the meeting booked Google Calendar.

YouCanBook.me, might not be "Novel", but

Overall, I've had a great experience with the platform outside of a few issues getting calendars to sync and a late adoption of virtual appointment integration, i.e. Teams, but beyond that, it's been a joy to use.

Vorteile

What I love most about YouCanBook.me is that it is completely online/web-based so there is no complicated setup or deployment process. You simply pick your subscription plan, create a profile(s) and you're ready to begin scheduling out of the gate.

Nachteile

It can be a little lite on features compared to some other platforms I've used but if all you're looking for is a simple, effective, appointment/scheduling platform at a reasonable cast, look no further than YouCanBook.me.

Absolutely a Life Saver!

10/10 would recommend this. The benefits: you can utilize the free version for student bookings and still have a variety of features to choose from to customize their experience during bookings; you can control your calendar or sync it up to your work calendar so your available times already populate. It works so, so well with Google Calendar. We have had hundreds upon hundreds of bookings over the years in advising per advisor and we have never run into any issues or outages. I cannot speak enough about how knowledgeable their customer service staff are, either, they are just absolute gems.

Don't even read this review- just test this out, it's AMAZING! I cannot speak highly enough about this product. I am part of the team which selected this as our booking tool to use, and we have utilized both the free and paid products. I need to say this up front: this company has hands down the BEST customer service team. I have never in my life experienced such great customer service from a booking site. The speed of replies in amazing- service is awesome. Our team utilizes this for students to book appointments with their academic advisors for academic plans, form signing, general inquiries, etc,.

The ability to customise your booking features in insane to me. You can select available times, dates, booking length of time, and customize what your customer base sees when they search through your available dates calendar area for times, and once they book there are a variety of options to choose from. We have data that we do need for tracking as far as student ID numbers, appointment type, etc, and YouCanBook me lets us track that with ease, when previously we would have to go through digital calendars and HAND COUNT and track this data. This has saved us so much time and is such a wonderful and easy tool for our students to use too. One of the best features we have gotten feedback on is the appointment reminder via e-mail or text message. For students who use technology daily this is something they appreciate as it's a quick notification for them during their busy days.

Nachteile

Nothing, the paid and free versions each have so many cool things to use! You can also request to test out feature of the paid version. Like I stated before, their customer service team is just so fantastic so anything you might run into they can assist with. Truly, this is a wonderful program that I will be using for years to come, it's just so easy to use and so great for bookings.

Great Scheduling Tool

This is one of the best scheduling solutions available. I would highly recommend use for anyone looking to avoid sending multiple points of communication to schedule meetings, dinners, gathering et.Al.

Vorteile

You Can Book Me allows scheduling across multiple email platforms and instant syncing. The setup is simple and easy to use.

Nachteile

There is not a great solution for iCloud accounts. Email accounts with 2FA will require additional setup steps.

Seamless addition of new services

Fantastic. It's a set it and forget it kind of program. I rarely need to adjust anything on the YCBM site - nearly everything has been manageable via my google calendar.

Vorteile

This was easy to customize and extremely quick to implement and go live with. While it's not been used as heavily as we expected, having bookable appointments has been an extremely benecifical addition to our service offerings, particularly with all of the remote services we've added.

Nachteile

It took a bit of digging through the (expansive and well written) help documents for some of the customization we wanted (specifically booking to a single service account, but having multiple team members able to take the appointment without rescheduling/reassigning). I thought this would be simpler, but honestly it wasn't even that bad - just some trial and error between the Zoom integration and YCBM settings.

Easy to use software with a brilliant customer support.

YouCanBook.me has a brilliant customer support. I have contacted them with many issues (these issues had to do with me not understanding certain features) which were explained to me and solved within a very short time. I have felt very well supported from the start.

Vorteile

As an administrator of the software, I can vouch that this software is extremely easy to use and it is very easy to set up, and later edit, the necessary features. There are lots of helpful videos and instructions on how to do it, too, and they are very focused, detailed, and easy to understand. However, we wanted a software that is convenient for our customers, too, especially in cases where they are not very comfortable with technology. It has proved to be very accessible and bookings can be made very easily. Visually, the booking page is is both well-designed and clear.
An important thing to add - customer support is excellent!

Nachteile

The feature I miss the most is being able to set up meetings of different durations during the day, in one calendar. I know it is possible if the calendar is divided into sections, but I'd like to see an easy way - being able to have different meetings in one page. However, this is a minor issue.

YouCanBookMe is a great time saver!

We looked at several different online booking services and even changed to another one briefly when we were using Office365 (YCBM did not integrate with Office at the time, unsure if they do now or not) and came back to YCBM immediately after deciding to switch back to Google Suites. The online support is very responsive, despite being an ocean away, are friendly and very helpful.

Vorteile

Before YCBM we were booking appts manually over email of the phone. This software has freed up so much time and allowed clients to easily book appointments for the time that works best of them. I like being able to specify different notification recipients based on booking link, and the ability to have more than 1 booking link per calendar with different menu choices, delays, etc.

Nachteile

Most of the features work well and are useful. I would like the ability to add padding to only one end of a booking, not both sides, as when all meetings have it on both ends you end up with double padding for all meetings and too much free time that is not bookable. I would also like the ability to customize notifications based on the meeting topic.

For those looking to have an open door policy, this software makes it easy!

Overall, I have been using this software since 2010! I love it, and recommend it to everyone in the volunteer management field!

Vorteile

What is not to love about youcanbookme! In fact, I have recommended this software to fellow colleagues who are now using it. I was able to create appointment slots that carry over several months. I use the link provided in my email signatures and it allows everyone from upper management to my volunteers to be able to book an appointment or meeting with me. This software saves time and allows for better accountability!

Nachteile

This software has no cons. I have hear people complain, but that has to do with the levels. The more calendars you need to link, the more you pay.

In my case, with 1 calendar it is perfect!

You Can Book.me - fabulous for School Administrators

Quick to set up, easy to use - one place to get all appointments booked!

Vorteile

As Curriculum Coordinator and co-administrator for class observations, this site is easy to use for both administrators and teachers. It is quick to set up, syncs with Google Calendar and sends out reminders to all involved. If you are wanting a site that is easy to use for your teachers, or any company that needs a place to have appointments, this is the one. Make sure your Google Calendar is up today, and all your current appointments will be shown as 'busy' so that you cannot double book.

Nachteile

We have used this 2 or 3 times over the last 6 months and I haven't yet found anything that we do not like about this software.

Very happy with it

I am very very very happy and satisfied. It is visually very easy to use and understand.

Vorteile

Easy to use, has most of the features needed, and provides excellent and rapid customer support. I love it and would like it to continue improving. The price is perfect. It is also perfect for small businesses or sole traders.

Nachteile

I think a mobile app is a must by now and also that it should be optimized to be seen on a mobile screen because it does not look very well yet, you know, the font, for example, needs to be reduced otherwise one paragraph ends up spread in a never-ending scrolling.

Effective and Affordable

All academic advisors on our campuses use YCBM - students can book advising appointments online, anytime. We also utilize YCBM for students to book their orientation sessions, new student appointments, and prospective student appointments. We have been using YCBM for six years and have not considered moving to any other platform.

Vorteile

Ability to easily customize for our different student populations, needs of academic advisors and other staff. It has increased our efficiency and productivity, and other offices on campus now also utilize YCBM. Great platform that we can also afford!

Nachteile

Recently removed compatability with HTML / CSS and moved to Markdown for customizing bookings. We're still able to accomplish what we need, but miss how HTML allowed us to fully customize everything! However, I imagine it's likely more user-friendly for others who did not know HTML/CSS.

Excellent value

Overall the benefits are great. We have reduced the amount of back and forth scheduling emails significantly. We also minimized the number of missed meetings by customers. In addition, we are able to allow new leads on our website to schedule a time immediately which increases our lead conversion rates.

Vorteile

My customers love the interface. Also, once the product was configured properly, it has been very stable and accurate. I like the ample amount of options for customization.

Nachteile

There are so many options that it can be difficult to understand how to set it up correctly - especially since working within the admin interface happens so infrequently. Also, I find it very difficult to share combined calendars for multiple people. It would be great to have a semi-automated way to combine the calendars of multiple people when everyone is required for a meeting. In general, more options for combining multiple calendars would be the most helpful improvements.

The ease in setting up this system to be unique just to your needs. You can input the questions asked and various categories. You can block time out of your schedule for any reason (and the reasons may show up on YOUR smart phone calendar - but just appear as "not available" to those using the software to schedule an appointment with you. The software synchs with your smart phone and calendar system. It automatically updates within seconds (typically) when a client makes an appointment request or you either approve a request or block out time (for doctor appointments, etc.). Great system - I love it! Very easy to use!

Reliable product

So far my experience has been strong. The system sets up rather quickly and easily. I have experienced a few issues but have been able to correct them quickly. Getting technical support can be a little slow. I have not found a phone number or messaging means to communicate with technical support.

Nachteile

I cannot seem to understand how to use the tools to do more marketing automation. I would like to send more schedule reminders. One email and one SMS.

Robust and feature rich!

Overall has been great and really like the product and wont look elsewhere.

Customization of the scheduling pages and being able to host on our own website.

Nachteile

Setup was a bit tricky and I was unable to do myself. However, because of the customization, I understand the technical need. Ended up paying for help to setup, but it was a worthwhile expense for the end result. It is something to consider before using.

Optimal Organization

It's been much more productive since I began paying for the basic service. I am a small business, and the minimal add-ons suit me well.

Vorteile

Easy use of a link to connect to my calendar. No phone tag or email threads to figure out a convenient time/date to meet. I can set up four different types of appointments for different durations to meet the needs of the various work I do.

Nachteile

Clients that don't use the same calendar that I do (google) often have difficulty finding the invitation.

Great product; support is getting worse and worse

Started well, but it is declining over the years.

Vorteile

Lots of customization options, with white label options to customize the workflows for our client bookings.

Nachteile

Recently the support is always busy, and they always take days to WEEKS to reply our emails. Just today our integration broke, it's a bug on their side due to a parameter they changed, and there is no urgent help line support, no way to get back to them and support via email is just too slow.

Great system, definitely need to pay for the better features

I really enjoy using YCBM, and have recommended it to plenty of people over the years!

Ease of use; TONS of features and options to include or add; customizable landing page, profile, reminders, and notifcations. Syncs with multiple types of calendars. Fairly intuitive to learn. Add-on features (at a cost) are valuable and practical (text msg reminders/notifications, follow-ups, etc)

Nachteile

Using it as a member of an organization is a little weird sometimes. Not having full control over everything, and having to navigate within the larger system (I can personalize my own calendar and page, etc, but making larger changes can be tricky)

here are my thoughts after six months of using YCBM

Overall, YouCanBookMe has made my life easier, but there's a lot of manual management required. I love the automatic calendar invites and reminders.

Vorteile

There is an easy way for students to book on their own. It takes away the most time-consuming part of my job (going back and forth discussing availability) and increases the chances that I'll actually end up meeting with them.

Nachteile

I really hate that the calendar can't simply sync with my Google calendar. That I need to create blocks of time, name them, then mark myself as "free." I also don't like that folks can't choose between 30 minute meetings and 60 minute meetings. I have to make them all uniform and then I feel like there are snatches of time that could have been booked, but there's no mechanism for it. I also find it hard to go to my page and log in. If I click on my own link, why is there not a link on that page to log in? Why is it so difficult to find my dashboard and manage my account? I'd also love the ability to indicate my working location: remote or in the office.

Great but needs some more features

Good UX and Functionality from a Gradually Improving Company

Overall, it's a product that I am happy with. My clients are also happy with it. It was simple to start and I'm willing to chalk up my sole hiccup in that area to a growing company with a new product. Support has been great, and I would like to see the improvements continue. It's a great UI with a nice dashboard and admin experience, but in the future I'd appreciate a focus on hiding some of the "back end" style features in the booking customization section.

Vorteile

The simplicity and elegance of administering it is my favorite part about the software. Setting up a form was a breeze, and managing the calendar and appointment system was very self-explanatory. No articles needed. Linking it to my other calendars was comparable to competing products. It also seems to offer a good user experience for my clients, from what they have told me.

Regarding the company, customer support is very responsive, helpful, and they appear to be improving the software over time. I also appreciate that they have a robust free trial as it gave me a good understanding of what the product offered and to make sure I enjoyed the company's approach to improvement and support.

Nachteile

Features wise, I feel like the booking process and customization of it could be a little more flexible. It was easy to set up, sure, but we are in an interesting time where customers and leads might be coming from all sorts of different places with lots of different contact preferences and I'd love to see it reflect that more.

Also, it may sound minor, but the fields are given abbreviations in {BRACKETS} and such, whereas a product like Typeform just obscures that more "back end" style stuff. I didn't feel like this choice was particularly helpful in this case.

Lastly, once everything is running it's great, but when I initially set up my calendars there were a few things that would show up wrong or get de-synchronized (edits on my dashboard don't show properly on the calendar). Support was very quick to help fix this and get it working again, but I thought I'd mention it as the possible caveat to the rest of the onboarding process being so easy.

I felt like YouCanBook.me offered a better free trial than Calendly at the time, one which would let me explore the product to a greater extent in case I ever need to go to a premium/team model and work it into a group setting.

You Can Book Me - Very useful tool

I would recommend this app. I have looked at some of the others and each has its own little niche they are strong in. This software is strong on appointment setting and calendar management. It sends email reminders and confirmations to make sure everyone will be on time and has saved me more money than it cost.

Vorteile

I like how much time this app saved me in man hours. It helped us to manage our crews by preventing overbookings and this leveled us off so we were not in a hurry up and wait mode all the time. It also allows out regular accounts to set up their own appointments without having to call in.

Nachteile

Zoom doesn't integrate as well as you would like. If you need to talk to a group of people in different locations you really have to just sign into Zoom. That gets a little confusing. The cost can be high if you are not careful. Every calendar that is added is another fee.

All About Adaptability

I have had a great experience and have recommended this software to colleagues.

Vorteile

Appointment scheduling has never been easier. I can sync multiple calendars (Outlook, Google, and Apple) at once, as well as have the flexibility to create multiple booking pages to fit my course and project scheduling needs. Having the flexibility to do so has been critical, especially when we went fully online last year. The other feature that I enjoy is the customization features. From sending email reminders and personalized follow up messages, scheduling has never been easier. This software adapts to your needs.

Nachteile

At the beginning I used a free version of the software. When I switched to the paid version, it was hard to sync my "free" scheduling page with the paid version because I couldn't locate my password or the email I used to create my original booking page. It took a little work to figure out how to receive support but I was able to get the help I needed through one of the forums. I posted my inquiry and someone from YouCanBook.me reached out to me within 24 hours to support me directly.

Does what I need without drama

For a solopreneur seeing clients 1:1, it is nearly perfect.

Vorteile

It was so easy to integrate with my existing google business calendar. I also like that I can integrate my Zoom account, so I don't have to worry about setting up meetings. I also like the way it sends out reminders to confirm the appointments so I don't have to.

Nachteile

I wish the zoom integration was deeper - the zoom link shows up in the "location" section of the calendar reminder, which is fine. I just would like to see it on my zoom list of upcoming meetings so that I can open the meeting from zoom rather than from the calendar - this way, if I needed to add additional attendees, the meeting wouldn't be limited to 40 minutes.

It's a bit confusing for setting up different types of meetings. When I set up completely different categories, it doesn't give me as many options as in the main/initial section.

It was not recognizing my existing appointments in my calendar, and was double-booking me. It's also next to impossible to actually get some customer support/help. It took me the better part of an hour to find their email address, and it's been over a month and I still haven't heard from their support department.

Extremely Positive Experience with YouCanBook.me

- YouCanBook.me allows us to manage customer bookings much more efficiently, saving us time and money;
- The user interface is intuitive and easy to use and the back office dashboard allows you to seamlessly report on bookings and pick up trends in consumer behaviour;
- As an advanced user with multiple bookings pages, bookable staff and customer types, we have often required the assistance of the YouCanBook.me support team. Without fail, they have been exceptionally helpful and been able to promptly solve our issues. They will usually get back to you within 12 hours and be willing to do a Zoom sync within the next 24-36 hours, calendar permitting.

Vorteile

- The ability to link multiple calendars and appointment types to a single URL;
- The ability to customise each booking page with pictures and text in line with the look and feel of our brand;
- The customer support has been truly excellent when we've needed it;
- Extensive customisation around the end-to-end customer journey - including the post-booking page text, calendar invite, follow up emails and reminders;
- Password protection of the booking URL for enhanced security during closed off events or appointments;
- Third party integrations into Zoom which reduces the need to manually send out meeting links.

Nachteile

- There are not too many cons that I would want to draw out. Further 3rd party integrations would be useful including MS Teams and Adobe Connect;
- It would also be helpful to be able to customise meeting duration for each bookable staff on a single booking page. But again that is a niche use case.

Customers control bookings - Makes my life easy!

Overall very good indeed. I credit YouCanBook.Me with making my booking system relatively easy for my clients and as a consequence helping to make my business one of the top Driving Schools in the area.

Vorteile

Easy to set-up with availability dates/times, required info etc.

Links directly to my calendar so when a client books, reschedules or cancels a driving lesson the calendar updates very quickly. I also get a pretty much instant alert that my calendar has been updated.

Very affordable.

Nachteile

1) That the timezone is limited to "Pacific- Auckland" - Some clients read this as the place of business. Would much prefer either just "New Zealand" or ideally (but understand how this could be difficult) "Manawatu" being the region, or "Palmerston North", being the city. Alternatively, just the ability to hide the timezone altogether would work.

2) Unless it is "hidden" and I haven't yet found or understood it... the fact that my clients have to make individual bookings and fill in all the required details each time. Would be good for them to be able to enter a simple reference code* that they can enter on subsequent bookings populating all fields containing contact details, name, phone, email but editable for at least, in my case start venue. May be each field could have the option, originally set by the administrator, to allow the field to be initially populated with previous details but still editable by the client.

*(Reference number to allow pre-population of previous details - Ideally something that could be customised - may be upto 3 /4 letters that remain the same and a 4-5 digit number that increments for each booking, EG REDS0001, REDS0002 etc.)
