I've been using Taplink for a long time and here's what I like about it:

1) Make very professional Instagram landing pages.
2) Integrates payment gateways like Paypal - then it's super easy to sell stuff there.
3) Email collection - I love that it's easy to collect emails when people are on your landing pages.
4) Mobile responsive - I'm not sure why this is important to me, but it's a big deal.
5) Notifications - I use Telegram and get notifications daily. There are many more.

Nachteile

I would like it to integrate with other types of payments, other services, for example MailWizz or syncing blog posts via a URL. The latter seems indispensable.

I love how easy it is to customize. I love all the information & links I can put. 10/10 recommend.

It is so fun to build and customize the page in a way that reflects the user behind it. I personally find it extremely helpful in order to organize my links and guide my followers according to their needs.

Perhaps adding customizable icons per section, the same way it automaticly produced an icon for amazon for example.

It's easy to use, I can let the page on my style, I can change the button, include some video, link my social medias and partners. It's amazing!!! Also, I do recommend for my customers and friends.

Taplink is a great option if you need a landing page creator who doesn't need any technical knowledge.
Easy to use and affordable. It is widely used to add value and increase the conversion of Bio from social networks, as it is possible to include several shortcuts of communication channels in a single presentation and marketing page.
In addition, it has templates according to the company's category and this facilitates the creation with an elegant design that transmits security to those who visit the page.

Nachteile

I didn't find anything negative or that has hindered me in the process. Taplink delivers what it promises!

Finding a microsite that was both affordable and accessible for me, as a person who does all of the back end work, it was really important. It was super easy to use and set up, and it had a lot of features that I didn't find with other platforms.

Nachteile

Out of all of the features, there were only a handful that weren't super intuitive or easy to set up. You definitely need to spend a few minutes playing around with some of the design features to figure out how to get them looking good.

Easy to use, looks really nice. The fonts that they have are super nice, love that you are able to choose from a variety of colours for a lot of things. I also love the dividers. I love the FAQ portion of it!

A little bit limited in terms of overall appearance -- layout and font choices in particular. Uploading banners and galleries was also a bit difficult -- I had to use HTML coding to have photos.

I like how easy it is to get set up with Taplink, as well as integrate it into many forms such as social media pages and websites. It also offers a great variety of pre-curated templates that work with any demand.

Nachteile

I didn't like that Taplink doesn't have a special hub to monitor the stats on your landing page, such as views and click throughs.

Tap link is jam packed with lots of useful features for my IG account. Interface is user friendly even for people who are not tech savvy. Allows you to design a landing page that’s consistent with your branding as everything is customisable

There should be more user guides for people who are not tech savvy. YouTube or video tutorials would be useful

You can create a microsite and can use this microsite to put all of your works and events etc in one place. And Taplink provides a really good service with so mamu options to customise how your site looks and functions. The thing I like is that you can get some really cool features on free plan and if you want more like sending messages to your whatsapp etc them you can take their pro membership and use them as well. Overall some good service.

You need to pay some money to get some features and some themes.

It's an amazing tool, super easy to use from the first moment you try it, and it is perfectly adaptable to any kind of business. You can integrate Taplink with several platforms and it's very user-friendly. Definitely the best short link Bio tool that I've ever used.

The ease of use, set up and implementation is great. It's user friendly and the end result is great for the consumer side. Very clean on both the user and viewer end.

Viewers informed us that certain pages were no longer working. We assumed it was a broken link, we went to repair it, only to find that certain features had been turned off after being made available to utilize. Come to find out our subscription had expired but we didn't receive any notifications that this was expiring. Some kind of communication for this would have been really helpful, or even an auto subscription renewal of some kind. As a business with so many varying services being utilized, we tend to rely on those types of communications to keep from our business being impacted.

I love the page templates - choose between a minimalistic style or bringing the mini-landing page close to your brand - Taplink offers great options to showcase your offerings, capture leads, process payments, and help prospective customers directly in touch with you.

It's hard to think of any...they have many options for templates, and there can always be more - to stay up-to-date with the trends in design.

I like all the features of the software, and it's hard for me to choose one.
I like the way you can customize & design your page to match your brand identity, how you can connect your page to a payment platform and get paid for your business from all parts of the world, how you can track your growth with insights, and even the connected google analytics, I can continue to write all the benefits, & I won't leave here today.

I don't love anything less on Taplink, I have recommended it to most of my clients and I'm hoping that very soon they work on adding an e-commerce feature for people who sell products & not just service business owners. I'm also looking forward to a more presentable web view version of our website & not just the mobile view, which is already perfect. I also want taplink to help us add the blog feature, that will allow us to create blog posts, use keywords just like we do on WordPress. These are the few things I would like Taplink to add to their product.

Taplinks use on our social was the number one reason we signed up for the program. We needed a way for our members to access links on our Instagram page. Taplinks makes this possible by having one link in our profile that we are able to link to a whole list of pages. The simplicity and ease of use of the product makes giving such high ratings of the product easy. We love how easy it is to set up and change out the links, archive and save old ones.

Nachteile

We use the free version of the product so there were more options I would like to have that I know are available on the paid version. For what we currently use it for the free version is plenty. I know that there are more great options available to us that we might someday consider if we upgrade to the paid version.

The ability to customize it to not just look like another boring "Link in bio" site is the main selling point for me. I actually use it primarily as a hub to highlight other sites, projects, etc that I'm involved with.

Overall, I'm happy.

I have only one major complaint about this software...
I wish I could set external links to open in new windows.
If I send someone to this site I want them to click on my website and have it open in a new window, leaving this site still there in the background.

This one was almost a deal killer for me but I decided to let it go.
I still really dislike the fact that I can't do that though. If They would change just one thing this would my my request.

User interface is relatively intuitive to figure out and use, even for people with minimal design experience. Love the layers of customization. Love the price. I have been a Taplink user for years, and looked into Linktree, shorby, etc.. but never end up leaving Taplink.

I love how easy it is to set up Taplink and how easy it is to keep everything up to date when I need to update for promotions and launches. I've had customers tell me they got all the info they needed about working with me through my Taplink. I'm also a huge fan of how easy it is to customize it and make it look very professional and on-brand.

I wish it was easier to have pages on Taplink that we the customer was interfacing with it they could swipe like a carousel feature. I wish setting that up was easy so first page could be like Offers and website and then subsequent pages could be Blog and Podcast, etc.
