The degree to which this product is streamlined and tailored to our needs is difficult to classify, though, because I have never utilized a competing solution. Additionally, like with any SaaS, there is always room for enhancement, and the scheduling can be annoying at times.

360Learning offers numerous tools for its users to capitalize on delivery content and learner progress. The ability to create own courses with an interactive staff to assist with onboarding adds a ton of value.

Nachteile

It would be beneficial if there were more options for content creation. In addition, there should be better reporting features. Lastly, there are regular updates to stay on top of for platform efficiency. Users should be aware of them to maximize software usage.

- As the product constantly evolves, there are still a lot of changes, so you may want to consider whether that's something you can handle. The changes are communicated in advance and always justified
- The reporting capability is not extremely in-depth and sometimes you need to dig for specific information, but with that being said, we were always able to find what we need

In a fast paced tech environment, the ability to author content at speed is very important. 360Learning allows us to quickly author/build courses that our learners enjoy and have a really great experience with. The user experience is one of the best parts of this product.

Nachteile

Its live session feature has A LOT to be desired especially compared to some of it's competitors that offer Events pages, easy sign up and registration, Zoom integrations and more. The other item on my list that floats at the bottom of 'things 360Learning does not do well' is it's automatic timeout feature when learners are consuming content. The feature resets learner progress after 15 minutes of inactivity. Reset, not pick back up where you left off. This is a major pain point for us if we have a video or exercise that is longer than 15 minutes.

The best part of 360 Learning is how intuitive the system is, very user friendly.

Nachteile

What I liked the least about the system is some of the functions are too similar to one another and should be solidified into 1 such as learning paths and programs. Lastly, when deleting accounts it will not delete the entire account from all groups if they are part of a private group. Lastly, as the owner of our platform I should be able to impersonate accounts so I can see how they home page look, in turn I am able to provide the best instructions to my learners.

360Learning offers this unique opportunity to create and deploy your course program very fast and with style. I have been able to start my first class in 2 weeks with 50 participants. Now, I welcome c. 200 students each month managing 6 teachers and 9 courses very easily.

Nachteile

I used to experience some UX issues due to the fact that I manage 9 courses which are all separated (but to be honest , I did not read the "Guidelines" before starting so I might have to blame myself !)

Vorteile

- good collaborative features like commenting, liking, etc.
- easy to use once you've understood all the nuanced behaviors of functionality
- dedicated account manager to answer any questions along the way

Nachteile

- They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos
- The various hierarchies and specific behavior in the backend is a bit of a learning curve at first, more than I would have liked, but it is fine once fully understood
