Ease of use ad familiarity was KEY for me. Switching from Gmail is a no-brainer.

Nachteile

Default permissions. There should be an option to adjust or change them if they have not been changed. There's a lot of settings that you could miss if you're not careful.

All necessary tools in one place for my daily work. Have been using Google tools for the past years and I can’t imagine using any other.

First the complexity and all the functions but it’s quick to learn and now I appreciate all its functions.

I use Google as my default provider for my new ventures. The ease of use from user management through to Drive and sharing is the best out there.

I used Google Drive for a personal side project to develop an AI model. I primarily utilized the Google Drive features and integrated it with Colab. It was well-suited for handling very large datasets, and the integration with Calendar and Colab was excellent

The process of uploading large files to Google Drive frequently stalled, and there were numerous minor issues, such as team members being unable to access the data after it was uploaded. These problems were particularly pronounced when using the service in a Mac environment, where many bugs were encountered

It's so easy to use, the fact we can create lots of spaces for different projects at the same time, and still get notifications at each mention when tagged

Free storage storage is quite small to begin with. Google documents were more difficult to get used to when using Microsoft Word more regularly.

Google Workspace is another level. The fact that you can sync every device that you have a Google account is so time-saving. And with Gemini, setting up meetings, recording or note taking when you are in a google meet is 10x easier and save so much time.

Everything is beautiful. I would like google chat to be more up to date. For example, it takes so long to submit a video and also you can not send multiple pics at the same time.

Lo que más me ha gustado de Google Workspace es su facilidad de uso y la posibilidad de trabajar desde cualquier lugar y también me gusta mucho la integración con otros servicios de Google como Gmail Google Drive y Google Calendar todo está conectado y eso hace que sea muy fácil organizarse y trabajar de forma eficiente

Lo que menos me ha gustado de trabajar con Google Workspace es que a veces la interfaz puede ser un poco lenta o tener problemas de conexión también he notado que algunas funciones avanzadas pueden ser un poco difíciles de encontrar y utilizar

Compared to the Microsoft alternatives, the Google versions of 'office' software lack depth, especially Google Sheets compared to Microsoft Excel. If you are looking for the most in depth software, Microsoft may have what you are looking for.

I least like about it is that it has no desktop app for it to download and it is very dependent to the internet connection, so any disruption on your connection might affect your work.

This is the most iconic tool that I have ever used, I do not find any downside.
