Ease of use, simple enough for some of our technologically impaired employees but complex enough that you can import files from other programs, edit them, and re-export back in the same file type it was imported as.

Some demo videos or easy to find demo information would be nice regarding each program to help our technologically impaired employees learn easier

Powered by a major tech company things generally just work, never really have to worry about outages, downtimes or random bugs that can happen with other providers.

Locked in ecosystem, Once you’re in it’s hard to get out of their tools and systems.

They’re good but it’s more work to swap than if you were using third parties for everything, you don’t have to change your whole office suite or file sharing tool because you want to change mail providers

I’ve used Google Workspace in the non-profit world and in the for-profit world. There are so many tools to use and play with. I love the full suite.

I am a daily user of Google Workspace and I barely come across aspects which I do not like.

Everything is under one roof, Due to it being cloud based, we can use the sofwares and access the files from anywhere. Real time collaboration with another person is really a great feature. We can also use our domain name and use google's tools which is really good.

Nachteile

There are more of less no cons about google workspace, but there can be minor improvements like better filtering in google drive, better features in google sheets and slides, using page borders in docs. It also seems a bit costly for small businesses

I like the fact that it is accessible from any device, as long as it is connected to the internet. This cloud-based availability, coupled with its extensive storage options makes my work easier for me as a freelancer dealing with a lot of remote work. It's very secure, providing features such as two-factor authentication and encryption. Additionally it has been integrated into many third-party applications consequently increasing functionality.

It has limited functionality offline which is a major inconvenience when you're not connected to the internet and need to access your files. There are also no desktop applications that I can use, which is a disadvantage because desktop apps offer a faster and richer experience when compared to their cloud-based counterparts.

Running the business as an admin within workspace can sometimes be convoluted and difficult to address issues when they pop up.

Very good workspace to access all your emails through also it allows you to access many emails weather it is business email or personal email.
It takes only 1 sec to receive the email so it is very helpful when you are receiving urgent business email.
It also have translation when you get email with other language that you cant understand .
It also has a very high security system which prevent anyone from accessing your email through another device.
I strongly recommend you to use Google Workspace

In my opinion, there is no a serious big problem in google workspace, but sometimes in the android application it doesn't push notifications,
its only sometimes.

With Google Workspace, I am able to seamlessly conduct online meetings, collaborate via instant messages and send large files.

I have never had any bad experience with Google Workspace.

It's a very simple system, so it's very accessible for a wide range of people (tech abilities, age, etc.). I'm especially fond of google sheets and how it exports in excel form, and how simply it keeps track of your history when multiple users are working on more complicated projects. I think it works best when you are working on text-based (writing) projects. I work in academia, and this seems to be the most commonly used workspace.

Nachteile

It's not the fastest in terms of syncing, and it is also slower when you are trying to share video files (uploading or downloading). People also have personal google accounts so it's harder to keep track of work versus personal.

I like that everything is in one space and can be accessed from pretty much everywhere.

The support is usually not helpful and can take a long time to hear back from.

Google Workspace should invest more in the MDM side of technology. Their opponents (Intune) have a wonderful product and should invest time and resources into that type of technology.

I LOVE Google Workspace. My favorite things are:
- Cloud-based: My work always auto-saves and can easily be picked up on a different device
- Easy collaboration: I work with various clients and contractors so I can easily share my Google work with them and invite them to edit for me, whether on Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides

Honestly cannot think of a single con of Google Workspace. I'm in love with it and have used it for years

Google workspace provides a wide variety of easy to use productivity applications. My personal favorites include Google docs and Google drive, which I regularly use to store information and write essays. This leaves my computer storage open for other important files. Google also ensures the security and organization of my documents with their authentication features, so I always feel safe using their services. All in all, I would reccommend Google workspace for professionals and students in need of a reliable, effective platform on which to o their work.

Personally, I would like Google workspace to expand their apps. I feel sheets is too similar to Microsoft excel and wish there were different features available.

It is easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. All the files are cloud based so I can access them anytime anywhere. The customer support is 24/7. It can be easily integrated with my drive, email account and various other tools.

If you are already in the Google eco space then it's awesome as everything is integrated, it's a nice alternative to Microsoft 365 and is reasonably priced for what you get.

Nachteile

Some things are done slightly differently than say the Microsoft alternative so you may need to adjust some habits you may have when you use the cloud suite of apps but otherwise it's pretty rock solid.

I use it for everything. From personal use, to my company. We mainly use it to store documents and as our company email management.

I don't think I dislike anything from it. I've had some issues with them in the past, but every time they get solved.

Most of the apps are free. Everybody is familiar with google and most use Google products which makes easy to collaborate.

Some products are expensive for a middle income country like India. The storage is expensive which makes difficult to commit fully.

I work in Google Workspace every day and I could not say enough positive things about it. I love having my email, calendar, and work documents synced up. I love how easy it is to edit things in Google Drive - how collaborative and simple the tools are. I love everything about emailing in GMail, and my Google Calendar is truly a live saver for me.

I appreciate almost everything about working in Google Workspace! Sometimes there's a bit of clicking that takes around. And largely, my frustrations come from other people not using Google workspace.

Google Workspace is very clearly layed out, easy to use. From setting up meetings with clients, organising calandars and usng Google Drive, Google Workspace is the best I've used.

Nachteile

One thing I like least is the security and 2 step authentification. With working in an agency, if a team emebr is on Annual Leave, it is difficult to acess certain things. A back up security feature would be very useful

Google Workspace has become synonymous with startups; it's the easiest platform to start hitting the ground running almost immediately. It is secure out of the box; there are a few things to do on the admin side, like adding domains, etc. Once that is taken care of, you are good to go. For more traditional medium and bigger companies, they would want to stick to the Windows side of things. They also have different packages for Education, SMB, and even enterprise offerings. It also has a ton of plugins that revolve around its ecosystem.

Nachteile

For example, Google is not as sophisticated as Windows services like Active Directory; it lacks some complex tweaking. There is not much granular control like in the Windows space. Of course, you can extend it with GAM to tweak some of the things as per your liking.

Google Workspace is a productivity game-changer. The best part is how everything connects: email, file sharing, scheduling, and even video calls so our teams can work together in real-time, no matter where they are.

Google Workspace has a few downsides. Offline access is limited, so reliable internet is key. Google Drive’s organization can be tricky, and privacy concerns around data collection can be a drawback. Additionally, costs add up for large teams, especially if they need advanced features, and there’s limited customization compared to alternatives like Microsoft 365.

I like that it offers a lot of differ products and features. My fav application to use has to be google sites. It’s perfect for start-ups

Some of the features need to be updated, for “google slides” the slide templates haven’t really been updated in the last few years and it’s a great product but sometimes the creativity isn’t there. The features are 100% free so pick your woes!

It is generally easy to use and intuitive. I like being able to collaborate on docs and sheets with colleagues, and generally reach for those tools over alternatives (Excel, Word, Notion, ect). Gmail is much more intuitive than Outlook and many other email clients. The price point is generally quite reasonable for a business application.

Nachteile

I have found it difficult to cancel Google Workspace accounts. On occasions where I need to reduce the number of seats, it feels like Google Workspace goes out of it's way to make it complicated to cancel. Feels like they forgot not to be evil!

Ease of setup for small teams or branches that don't require the mainstay alternative (M365).

Getting a bit pricey now, dealing with Google Support can be a bit tiresome.

Many of the great features for many products seem to be limited to the USA. Would love to have these features (especially for google voice) to be available in Canada.

Ease of use ad familiarity was KEY for me. Switching from Gmail is a no-brainer.

Default permissions. There should be an option to adjust or change them if they have not been changed. There's a lot of settings that you could miss if you're not careful.
