What I liked most about Sogolytics was its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. From the first moment I was able to easily start exploring all the modules and tools that the platform has. I especially highlight its advanced metrics and customizable KPIs, which allowed me to easily configure panels with the most relevant information for monitoring my objectives. Visualizing data through clear and clean interactive graphs also made analysis a simple and enjoyable task

Nachteile

What I liked least was that since it is a platform with numerous functionalities, there is an initial learning curve to fully master all the analytical capabilities and segmentation options. While the customer success assistant was always available to resolve my queries, there were advanced features that leave scope for further in-depth knowledge

<u>Survey Questions</u>
Currently 16 different types of survey questions are available (e.g. matrix grid, Intellimatrix, demographic text boxes and even file attachments). Those can be easily modified in up to 20 different ways.

<u>User Friendliness</u>
It's incredibly easy to build your survey. From the question types menu on the left side you just drag one of them into your dashboard and that's it. Each question type also has a little preview, so you can already see what they look like before using them. There is also a question bank where you can choose predefined survey questions or save your own ones.

You can also easily share one survey with other accounts. So it's easy to copy a survey or to work together on one. They also make it very easy for you to distribute your survey social media websites, regular websites, vial email and even via text messages.

<u>Language Support</u>
I think 37 languages are currently supported. So your survey can be displayed in many different languages. That was one of the main reasons why I chose this survey platform because I needed mine to be in Korean.

<u>24/7 Customer Support</u>
Whenever you have a question, SoGoSurvey tries to answer within an hour. On average it took them only 15 minutes to offer help and answer my questions.

<u>Data Export and Reports</u>
Your survey can be exported in eight different file formats (Excel, CSV, HTML, Word, XML, SPSS, Access, Sogo1). Many other survey platforms offer far less than these.

<u>Instructions</u>
Although, video tutorials are provided, I think some of the instructions could be a little bit more precise. For example, if you use a trial version, only 100 responses are allowed or in order to have an introductory text that only appears on the first page you have to insert a comment box.

<u>Mobile Phone Layout</u>
If you have a survey with a matrix grid (e.g. Likert scales) it is difficult to answer because the question uses a lot of size of your screen, whereas the space for the answer buttons are really tiny. Hence, you always have scroll a lot.

<u>Korean Language not available on the Main Language Page</u>
On my main language page I wanted to add a comment in Korean. However, the language is not supported so that only question marks appeared.

What impressed me most about this platform was its level of sophistication and ease of use. From creating and distributing questionnaires to analyzing and presenting data, everything was done smoothly and efficiently.

Nachteile

Some of the more advanced analyzes require a deeper level of technical knowledge. While the interface is easy to use for most functions, in certain cases I found myself searching for more guidance or documentation to fully understand how to get the most out of certain features and more advanced analytics.

I absolutely loved the fact that it is so easy to navigate around. Everything you needed was there in the same page. I also love the level of customization sogosurvey offered, there are ready made templates that could be chosen for the convenience of the users. In comparison to other online survey platforms, i found that Sogosurvey extremely time saving, to make further changes and modifications to your questionnaire literally take only minutes to complete. I have had my respondents and other fellow research mates telling me how neat the survey form was. It could be easily viewed in a mobile, a tablet anywhere. I especially liked the "smartness" of the software. It catered to every need i wanted. I could also track the responses i had from my respondents, like how many was done on a particular day. which was so convenient! Last but not least, i cannot stress enough on how good the software was in terms of data exportation. I was surprised on how neat and organized all the data was in one excel sheet. Absolutely in LOVE.

Nachteile

I think the free package given was a little to basic. There was too little options for a new user to play around with. The free package offered could not justify half the greatness the software actually have with a paid package. I think this can be improved with a little bit more options, especially the question options. so that there is a good and satisfactory preview of how the survey will look like. One more thing, i think the instructions and video tutorials would be nice if they were more precise, as a new user, it could be difficult to navigate around looking for things you need as it takes some time to get used to. I would also like it if i could see who has responded to my questionnaire and when they responded.

Sogolytics provided a clear and easy way to automate a survey I was manually tabulating. I only wish I found it sooner...I would have saved me hours and enhanced the quality of my survey experience for the users. I will definitely be recommending this to students in my academic program.

There were a few things that were initially confusing (b/c they were a bit over my head)...but I met with a tech support team member who patiently walked me through the different features and how to deploy them for my specific study. (I would love if we could integrate a few images into the survey.)

I really liked that everything could be found in that page alone, rather than having to navigate from pages to pages like other survey tool that i have tried. The level of customization and user friendliness is astounding. I absolutely love that everything could only be a click away. I believe that it saves a lot of time, as it does not take long to watch the video tutorials and wait forever for the customer technical support to reply. I could get my questionnaires done and sent out in a day if i wanted to! I absolutely love the customer technical support. they take literally seconds to reply and provide you with helpful and precise instructions and solutions. The data exports and reports are great too, one need not worry about exporting reports and questionnaires, the formats and what not as they are easily done only a click away in a wide variety of export formats, which does not pose as a problem at all!

I've only tried the free basic package and i found that the free features given were a little too limited.

It was recommended that I use the free trial to become familiar with the service, while they continued to work on approving other issues, and to see how I liked it as well as whether or not I had any questions. Even though I was a beginner, and initially experienced several issues, to be fair, in just 3 weeks, I feel I am now quite the pro with SoGo Survey. lol. I find it to be a very user-friendly program after you get used to it. The support team is great --even through email. I will use them again.

Nachteile

I had to build each survey, even though I had previously existing surveys already created. There was no way around it and it was very time consuming while also trying to figure out their system and then, wait for responses back from them via email to continue.

Easy to add survey questions, rearrange, create pages. Was able to quickly export data. Clear on navigation within projects. I liked the test survey option.

I would have preferred more template demographic questions or fields. Navigating between projects was a little confusing. Not all changes after test survey made it to the visual report but was available in data export.

Review indicated that SoGoSurvey had most features in free option and SurveyMonkey didn't export data for a free version. Google Forms only exports to Google sheets. I needed quick export to csv. The student license was very desirable as my immediate use cases are for school projects.

I really like simple and minimum approach to setup. The plan for basic free plans is 200 responds per year, which is not a very good figure. But they have included video tutorials after sign up for showing how to use it.
The integration is just flawless. Creating and sharing surveys are now so simple
It is a one-click solution and takes care of everything all by itself.
The report is beautifully and helps me with A/B testing.

Nachteile

I really didn't find any other problem, the software is rock solid. The price is high when compared with the competition, but feature justifies the price.

SoGoSurvey is easy to use and navigate and it makes great surveys! They also have a great student discount, which makes it very attractive to researchers on a budget.

It is hard to think of any cons as they are a growing business and are making new additions all of the time. I would say it does take a bit to learn how to navigate, so do not be afraid to reach out to customer support if you need help.

Our organization has been using the software for about a year and we have used it for things from administering quizzes for training, voting on committees, and most importantly, client satisfaction feedback. This software has been amazing, and I look forward to continuing our work with the software into the future.

What I like most about Sogo Survey is the way in which the graphs are implemented at the time of completing the questionnaire. A circular graph is shown where each person's responses are specified by percentages from positive to negative. This has greatly facilitated the understanding of their features and functions.

Sogo Surveys has an application for mobile phones, clearly for this app you can not perform surveys, but you can see statistics and percentages of surveys previously completed, the problem is that the percentages are totally different from those shown in the Sogo website.

Easiness to create a survey with all possible types of questions. It was really great experience to work with SoGoSorvey when I needed to create a survey with pictures for patients with psychosis for evaluating and understanding their preferences in outdoor environments. Also, before sharing your survey there is an opportunity to test it first. I think it is a really useful option. I am very satisfied with SoGoSurvey.

Nachteile

When you start working with SoGoSurvey you need to spent some time to learn the interface before starting but I think it applies to every new software. Before you start to use something first you need to have some kind of introduction.

Vorteile

Very simple to set up voting for our club officers. Easy for our members to vote. Even the non-computer literate members remarked how simple it was for them to choose a candidate.

Nachteile

No option to go back and see the current vote tallies for the voter (you can optionally see the current tally, but only after you place your vote). They cant follow the participation, so there's no transparency that the results are true.

What I like most about SogoSurvey is that it not only dedicates itself to the elaboration of surveys, but as secondary areas, it offers the facility of carrying out short questionnaires, quizzes and polls, in this way I can diversify the areas where I can question clients that consume my products or services.

I do not like the prices of SogoSurvey, I consider that this is a very good software and that it has interesting functions, but its prices should be lower and more consistent since the questionnaire area is very comprehensive and necessary for any company, be it small or big.

Easy to use and you can do everything with this survey tool. After Fluidsurveys quit their tool we have checked out many other solutions and found out that Sogosurvey has it all.

Number of surveys and responses you can have in plus plan, the number of data you can gather and import to excel and then to statistics programs like SPSS and the simplicity you can make a survey with a lot of advanced questions.

The question skip logic is only available on the Pro plan and the "Export to SPSS" is only available on the Enterprise Plan which are a bit expensive for a use for academic purposes, but which are easily circumvented.

Easy onboarding experience. I was actually able to go from registration to survey in less than 3 minutes using one of their templates. I have never actually used a survey template before SogoSurvey, even though I have used at least 5 vendors before.

Website design is engaging for a survey product, but if you're not a fan of bright colors, the UI could take a bit to get used to.

- a enormous variety of question types and survey controls. You will most likely find everything you need to build a proper survey for all kinds of needs and even journal worthy academic studies.
- they have an exceptional customer support and many useful intro guides to get started with your own project.
- there aren't any of the 'classic' survey tool constraints. Unlimited surveys, unlimited questions, reasonable amount of responses

- there is really nothing major to complain about. Some functions are only included within fee-based licenses, but that's the case for every survey tool on the market.

It helped me a lot in doing my research survey and was very easy to use. its allows me to make graphs and charts which a allows me to view my results in a very organized and easy way. it allows to to choose the colors and the designs that i wanted which made it very appealing. allowing me to choose the type of questions that i wanted was also very helpful.

The multi-language tools makes it really convenient when gathering participants form different backgrounds. The platform also permits adding visuals to your survey adding a personal touch. The color coordinations on the templates are aesthetically pleasing and can be easily modified. Finally, I really enjoy how you can track the survey response rate an distribute it in traditional (email) and non-traditional methods (Social Networking Sites). Additionally, their customer service responds extremely fast.

We did not like that you can only create a few custom URLs without paying an additional fee. We also did not like that the Merge survey option doesn't auto-update. You have to remerge the surveys every time you want new data.

SoGo's customer service experience is second to none. Our company had been struggling to design a thorough survey and SoGo solved our problem. There was always a quick and clear response to any question asked. The platform is extremely user friendly, customizable, and offers great functions for data collection and analysis. We were very impressed with the ease and ability to track survey respondents and results once live. The multi-language tools made it really convenient to gather information in several languages while still having all the data compiled in one place.

Would have loved a daily breakdown of new responses. The Enterprise plan only allows for one user without an additional charge.
