Zoho Assist is an excellent product that facilitates remote unattended support. A must-have for any MSP.
Vorteile
Zoho Assist is easy to use and deploy. The multi-screen live preview makes it easier for the technician to see pop-ups on other screens. The additional tools available on point-and-click, such as Control Panel and Event Viewer, are a timer saver feature. The audit logs and timer make it easier to keep track of support activities.
Nachteile
There is always room for improvement. Zoho Assist has a vote-based roadmap to add the most popular and needed features.

Zoho Assist for small business IT support
Zoho Assist is a great fit for the IT support needs of a small business. With most of our employees working remote, it allows a small IT staff to work remote with the user on the system or set up for unattended access if the user is not available. Gives quick access to many of the commonly used utilities. Definitely recommend it.

Great value for money and most all the features that you would need.
Very positive. We moved from LogMeIn rescue as this had the android and Apples support for a fraction of the cost (just over 1/4).
Vorteile
Has all of the features that remote support might require (including phone support) for a fraction of the price of others.
Rebranding was simple too.
Nachteile
The page that appears after you launch a session which stays active after it launches Zoho assist app.
Also I am unable to set the users name/company in advance, when starting a remote session

If you want an affordable, dependable Remote Assist platform - use Zoho Assist
After reading my dislikes you might think that I dislike Zoho Assist. This is not the case. Overall, I must say that I have been pleased with Zoho Assist and plan on keeping it for many years to come.
Vorteile
I was an early adopter. I have a grandfathered rate that is very favorable. Zoho has been light on the resources of the end user devices. It has been very dependably available. It has less functionality on Macintosh computers but I am pleased to be able to be able to remotely assist Mac users from the same platform with PC users. It is very helpful that it has an option to remotely view the screens of IOS and Android users too. I like that Zoho has continued to add more features such as remote audio and printing.
Nachteile
I have 4 monitors and I dislike that I am unable to move the remote session screen to the monitor of my choosing. When I have multiple remote sessions operating simultaneously, I dislike that the machine name is not visible on each screen session - so I can locate it quickly. I dislike the way the "Choose Monitor" function has to be re-opened in a separate pop up each time. A dropdown showing pictures of all remote monitors simultaneously would be much easier. I believe their Customer Support hours are too short. I feel that Zoho Assist Support should be available 24/7/365 since the service is frequently in use by IT techs during off business hours.

Worth the Switch
We've been using Desk for a year+ now and loved it. Switched from a competitor for our Assist product and we've been happy.

Tenho gostado muito, uso o team viewer a + de três anos e nos adaptamos muito bem ao Zoho assist, recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca uma alternativa que contempla ferramentas profissionais mais avançadas.

Facilidade de implantação, ferramentas que funcionam, fácil de usar e muito estável.
Suporte muito bom também.

Interface do app local que não é dimensionável, a ausência de um inventário de maquinas, a dificuldade de trocar o nome das maquinas e a falta do ctrl+c e ctrl+v no processo de transferência de arquivos. Poderia ter uma integração melhor com o zoho desk, relacionando o usuário a maquina maquina no assist.

Good, takes a while to get used to coming from anydesk, but good value for money

The program works very well and seems quite stable. Accessing another computer from iOS is better than in anydesk.
Nachteile
Quite difficult to set up, but once you have done it then it becomes easier with multiple computers. It takes a few seconds to get going, so that could be improved. The biggest gripe is multiple computers cannot access one computer. Hopefully they will change this soon. Had difficulties troubleshooting with the service department, but once we got communicating via chat, and improved tremendously. Courteous and expert staff that help

My favourite remote technician tool
I have found it to be very reliable at maintaining a connection and have never found the service unavailable in over 3 years. I found it more performant than LogMeIn and very close to RDC.
Vorteile
The price is very competitive, but Zoho Assist is in many ways fuller featured than it's competition. The licensing is scaleable for any business size.
Nachteile
There is not currently a native ARM64 Windows version of the client.

Competitively priced and easy to use!
Overall zoho has been a welcomed change from our prior remote tools. Pricing is fair and the interface is very intuitive. Our helpdesk has never complained about remote access issue and have been happy with it.

I am 100% happy with Zoho Assist. It makes my life easier and my customers life easier. It saves a whole bunch of $$$ a month, and it’s super dependable. Their platform is never down and always consistent. I highly recommend Zoho Assist.

My absolute favorite thing about Zoho Assist is how easy it is to use on a computer and on my iPad. My customers don’t struggle to install the software and get support. I love the fact that they have customized rates to accommodate smaller IT companies. I definitely recommend this to everyone I talk to about simple and fast Remote Desktop solutions.

Nothing. I’ve been using Zoho Assist for 3 years and I have not found one thing I dislike about this platform!!!

First impressions are very good
I would definitely recommend giving Zoho Assist a go and I've had good remote access experience with the desktop app. When stuck, the available online help has pointed me in the right direction. Certainly much cheaper than TeamViewer and much more straight forward interface.

Nachteile
Difficult initially to understand departments and groups, and how to move devices between them. The web viewer did not provide a reliable remote access experience (the display often froze or lagged by seconds making remote access control impossible) however not had any issue with desktop app.

Remote support in a charity organisation
I volunteer for a charity and have taken on managing the remote laptop fleet as part of my role as no-one provided those volunteers with any real support. We are setting up O365 so need to install apps and modify logons which users would really struggle with when they have limited time to do work outside their role. We are also setting up automated processes to maintain the devices and all of this is now possible in a robust, easy to use connection tool.
Vorteile
Being able to email a team member the deployment link to get them to install the app has been the best feature. The portal view of the devices shows all I need - which devices are setup and when are they on. The connection to our mobile totally 4G network connected devices has been very reliable. Running from a web portal means it doesn't chew resources on my device to run the connection and I have the option to log in on another device if I'm away from mine by simply signing into the site.
Nachteile
I've only been using the features I most need so far and all I need has been more than suitable.

Zoho Assist Is Great
Very great product, has good web interface for when you have to jump on a computer that doesn't have the tech terminal installed.
Vorteile
It is very easy to install unattended access. To have a customer connect was a breeze, only a couple of steps.
Nachteile
Trying to manage unattended access computers was complicating.

What a pleasure !
Very trouble free, cost effective and stable. No complaints at all. Will be my go to remote access software for as long as they keep up this level of delivery.
Vorteile
Very easy setup and un-attended remote access, connection is smooth not jerky at all and very stable. Been using remote access for some time and have never had a connection drop. The after sales support is always there and they keep in touch, not that you need the support as everything does what it should, but peace of mind is always pleasant.
Nachteile
Would be nice for small users to only have to pay for the amount of remote computers that they need - not the minimum as per paid packages.
