Easy to use drag and drop email template builder, pricing of email sends is low comparing with other softwares in the industry. Good for starters who are into email marketing.

Nachteile

Delivery of emails for new accounts is limited to very low quantity. They deliver very low 20-30 emails per 30 minutes for new marketers.

Simple API which has good programming language support. This means you can get up and running in no time at all. I also like the fact they have EU based data centres. They also have a very complete pricing structure which means you can progress through the tears over time.

response from support is fairly slow and some things are still unresolved after over a year. Some functionality is obtuse, like a mail widget, it wasn't at all obvious how to get to the list of emails, I'd click on 'edit' and it wasn't there, I had to click on the list name.

- The UI is smooth and doesn't need much help when configuring your first email.

- As a first time user, there is a cap on the number of emails I can send. It is very unclear on when they remove the cap even after providing all the needed details.

I'm a software engineer and I have used Mailjet just as a connector for transactional mailing. It was super easy to find the appropriate configuration reference and add it to the project. What is more, documentation of proper domain configuration was written this way, that I was able to configure everything without a good background in terms of servers configuration.

You do not need to enter a valid company to set up an account, which makes it easier to test first before deciding to use this tool. We arrange a quite small list of customers (between 50 and 200) and just send frequently some mails. You can enter placeholder and fallback fields within the mail, choose different layouts and customize the mail in general.

I had some trouble with the lists, they vanished several times. But they reappeared after a few minutes. Took me a while to figure this out.

The templates are great and easy to use/setup. Competitive pricing, great customer service. Have not really had any issues with it, and the email marketing has been very effective for our business.

It gives you a certain number of emails per month, which can drive the price up if you go over that number. Good idea to check the different plans to be sure you are not spending more than you need to.

It does not integrate automatically with paypal, but if you get Zapier that will solve the problem. Just adds an extra monthly fee when you are cost comparing to other products.

When doing the stats and checking all the bounces, blocks, spam, etc...
It takes longer and longer for the pages to load. sometimes up to 30 seconds to load one page of 20 people
and I have to go through over 2200 emails which makes it a time consuming task. And it wasn't always this way.
Secondly, we cleaned our email bounces, spams, and blocks fairly quickly and it still took a while for MailJet to take us off the "delayed" emails.

We've used a couple of other platforms for sending newsletters before mailjet and I believe it's the only one so far that we have not exprerienced any problems. Since we were pretty inexprerienced, we needed assistance once and the mailjet team were very helpful. It does what it promised and that's what we need.

For us inexprerienced users, that don't need elaborate features, maybe it could be a bit simpler in forming contact forms etc

My experience with Mailjet is rather positive. I've tried some other mass mailing platforms and I can say that Mailjet offers good value for money. Mailjet is quite easy to set up, template design tool gives you everything you need to create a nice-looking newsletter. The analytics gives you necessary insights into your marketing campaign. The support team was always quite responsive to my claims and willing to help.

Nachteile

The email sending limitation when you first start sending out mailers with Mailjet is one reason to be annoyed when you have a large customer database. It is not always easy to find out the reason why an email is blocked by Mailjet. However, for me the most annoying thing is that you may get kicked out of the system quite often for no particular reason in the middle of designing or manually sending out mailers.

De nombreux problèmes existent pour l'envoi de campagne d'email. Client depuis 5 ans aucun soucis les 2 premières années depuis c'est catastrophique, sans savoir pourquoi avec la même liste d'email et campagne similaire, un coup c'est 98% d'envoyé, un coup c'est 70%. Service support inexistant (pas de téléphone ni de chat), seul l'ouverture d'un ticket permet d'avoir une personne qui en plus ne règle pas votre problème et surtout c'est très long. A fuir je change de crémerie.

The API is wonderful. It's usually not a question of whether or not I can do what I would like to do on Mailjet, rather just a what to search in the API search bar.

The site is user friendly and easily navigable. And in times when it could be confusing, the explanations, helper text, and tutorials offer great guidance.

The campaign dashboard doesn't quite have enough features for me. I would love to be able to send in extra data to sort by other than the campaign name, especially with transactional email. I can do all of the sorting on my own if I choose to save all the data in my server, but I'd rather be able to view the info where it is, in a more meaningful way to me.

Mailjet has a very logical workflow. The template builder is very good and I love the module functionality. Analytics is also good.

We would love to have a landingpage and form functionality. This is the only thing missing making this the perfect marketing platform. Changes in text format and margins sometimes dont work out, even when they are shown in the builder.

I like that it's easy to use and pretty intuitive for first time users.

What I like least is you can't control the optimization of mobile design, that it'll automatically scale larger or smaller than a phone screen. You can't design for one platform (desktop) without considering how it'll appear on mobile, since it's not mobile optimized.

Let's congratulate Mailjet developers, for the awesome software the design. The software works just like how they say it would work. It is easy to use and have all the tools an email marketer would want, to engage their potential prospect.

Nachteile

I don't find anything as of yet with this software, that I don't like as yet. But when I do, I will keep everyone posted.

I have used MailChimp and Aweber but found that Mailjet is a better value. They do most everything the others do but less expensive.

They are sticklers about bounce rate. My lists imported from other places had a large bounce rate. It wasn't a problem to me because the contacts were not bothered, but Mailjet kicked me off for 2 weeks because of it. It thought it was unfair. Anyway I Fixed my list and have been good to go every since.

Easy to use and helps drive sales numbers. We can reach multiple leads with one campaign saving time and money.

Nachteile

Limited formatting when trying to create a new campaign. If there were more options on formats it would be helpful.
