automations haven´t worked in the beginning, we had to set up our first campaign a few times until the software delivered properly. Handling (or at least some proper training videos) regarding automations could be easier and would be nice.

I piani che non costano molto sono anche ovviamente i più limitati.Non ha CRM avanzato.Molte funzioni che pero' talvolta creano un pò di confusione nell'utilizzo....la sua forza non è l'immediatezza e la fase di apprendimento può richiedere un pò di tempo

For me it took some time to grasp the distinction between "lists" and "contacts" for segmentation. While basic integrations work well, exploring its full potential requires additional investment. The email editor feels outdated, unlike the comprehensive tool it accompanies. Integration with CRMs needs improvement, especially in accurately tracking scoring processes. Enhanced triggers and a more complete template editor would be beneficial.

Despite this, ActiveCampaign remains my top choice due to its overall effectiveness and user-friendly interface.

The interface and UI were hard to use. Overall anytime I wanted to do something it seems like I had to take a lot of time to figure out how. Certain UX components weren't obvious, had to click around to find how to do certain actions.

It uses an automated method to spruce up your lists of inactive subscribers that hurt your ability to distribute. The support group has repeatedly provided me with assistance in setting things up. If so you have the marketing plan that doesn't take lead scoring into account and you also have a CRM, then you will get a very inexpensive emailing service with high deliverability and strong automations. You can stratify users, apply tags and perform other actions in order to refine your address and words. It is very easy to set up with a variety of triggers and actions, such as waiting for a time, play and paste action, etc.

At the time I first registered, I saw a course on the internet with the particulars of ActiveCampaign and this really assisted me. I am sure there are about ten percent that are not used at this time and I would like to know more about the additional feature. It has been developing gradually for the last year or so, however, it still has room to grow. Sometimes the size of the source does not stay the same when you alter the path and when you view the source code, everything is just a single row, so it is complicated to read and edit.

It's very fast. There's no lagging on the page, and the buttons work fast. I don't think I've ever run into an error page like it happened with other email marketing software. Has lots of features - actually, too many for me.

I don't like the pricing part. Pricing based on the number of contacts is discouraging. Maybe if you earn a lot from running email campaigns, maybe then you won't mind this sort of pricing.

The prices on their plans are fair and competitive. The design experience is good.Conditional Elements will dissappear if the recipient is using a mobile device and others will appear based on criteria such as subscriber history. Marketing automation is a hot feature with RSS, A/B, and dated options.

I wouldn't call it intuitive or user friendly. The full on walk through is only available to plus customers for free, everyone else has to pay.

ActiveCampaign has been my go-to email marketing software for a while now. There are several things I could mention but the one thing that really stands out for me is its extensive range of features.You can do pretty much anything you can think of, from easy things like crafting and sending an email to more advanced things like email marketing automation, segmentation, and behavior-based targeted campaigns. With some tools, you get a number of features but, as your business and experience grow, you might find yourself in need of something more advanced. That won't happen with ActiveCampaign, because the features it brings to the table cater to both beginners and advanced users.

While ActiveCampaign boasts an impressive array of features, these can also feel overwhelmed for some users.It's a bit like having a Swiss army knife with 10 different blades when all you need is 2...Since the availability of all these features can create paralysis by analysis and can make it hard to get started with the platform, I wonder whether there could be a different way to present them so that a user only sees what he/she needs – and doesn't get distracted by anything else.

The main thing on the pro list is low cost or no cost depending on what you pick. The plans are subscriber based. Unlimited email and unlimited sequencing make my list too.There's also drag and drop creation, lead scoring, event tracking, automated campaigns, and a/b testing.I used the Google Analytics integration and I like it, I recommend adding it on.

Auto responders could be easier to set up. Customer service only answers by chat. There's no phone number to call even during regular business hours. I didn't know that until afterwards so I was bothered by it. The dashboard is confusing and cluttered to me. At least organize the important things into one section or menu.

ActiveCampaign was suggested to me by a colleague after I was showing disappointment from another product. Once I joined, it was love at first site! The emails are stunning, the analytics are accurate and really help us know our strengths and weaknesses, Amazing dashboard, and the way it tracks our leads is *chefs kiss*! Amazing amazing ! couldn't be more impressed.

The pricing was a bit high, but once we started we noticed the return on investment. and we found another CRM to be more useful to use, so we don't use AC's CRM.
