The major things I like about AC include;
- Tech support is second to none
- User friendly interface
- Fantastic automation tools
- Automations and campaigns are very easy to set up
- It has cool templates to suit the purpose of my campaigns

Nachteile

There are two things I don't like about ActiveCampaign;
- The reporting is too basic for a start, when advanced reporting is needed one will need to pay more
- Price increases as the number of contacts increase; I think it should be fixed regardless of the number of contacts - my opinion though

I did not like how difficult it was to understand how to set automations up. If someone is not super familiar with email marketing and still would like to connect with their audience through emails, that can be an obstacle. Also the online guides are not always helpful thoroughly, often I ended up having more questions. Finally, being a client I couldn't find the live chat (even after following the guide's indications) so that would be a nice thing to improve, although the customer service was excellent

It's a great platform, the CRM is very user-friendly, and the automations it offers for customer follow-up are outstanding. Due to the inclusion of several add-ins created particularly for the purpose, it is also capable of sending automated emails or bulk emails. This method has kept me organized without the use of extra paper or out-of-date Excel techniques because I am passionate about digital marketing. I highly recommend it for all business types because it is fairly customizable to anything you want to achieve. The management of contacts, marketing reporting and analytics, sales automation, and A/B testing are highlights.

Active Campaign has focused heavily on live/real-time behavior tools and offering users the ability to develop highly complex automations in recent years. Although the Gmail widget is overall wonderful, we would like to see a little more focus on features that make contact and lead management simpler, such as adding follow-up tasks.

If so you have the marketing plan that doesn't take lead scoring into account and you also have a CRM, then you will get a very inexpensive emailing service with high deliverability and strong automations. You can stratify users, apply tags and perform other actions in order to refine your address and words. It is very easy to set up with a variety of triggers and actions, such as waiting for a time, play and paste action, etc.

At the time I first registered, I saw a course on the internet with the particulars of ActiveCampaign and this really assisted me. I am sure there are about ten percent that are not used at this time and I would like to know more about the additional feature. It has been developing gradually for the last year or so, however, it still has room to grow. Sometimes the size of the source does not stay the same when you alter the path and when you view the source code, everything is just a single row, so it is complicated to read and edit.

The only feature I've found to be working well with ActiveCampaign based on my business needs is how easy lead management is. I can see all the new leads within the lists under the different segments and this helps to easily identify the forms that are performing well.

What I personally dislike about this tool is that it's not fast enough and sometimes takes too long to load.The user interface still needs some improvements as I don't find it friendly enough. furthermore, it costs a lot of money too.I didn't find a way to use it directly in Elementor like MailChimp does.

The email editor feels outdated, unlike the comprehensive tool it accompanies. Integration with CRMs needs improvement, especially in accurately tracking scoring processes. Enhanced triggers and a more complete template editor would be beneficial.

ActiveCampaign I started to find that it is fast, secure, with a great internal user management system. A really nice gem.The system is complete, with a lot of functions and ultra integrable with all services (one of my favorite functions is contact management which, if organized well, becomes truly complete and functional). The management of lists and campaigns is also excellent.

Active Campaign is good. Full of features but no bugs, no limit on campaigns. Avoid losing opens and clicks to the spam folder and see a map of subscribers who are opening. The prices on their plans are fair and competitive. The design experience is good.Conditional Elements will dissappear if the recipient is using a mobile device and others will appear based on criteria such as subscriber history. Marketing automation is a hot feature with RSS, A/B, and dated options.

I wouldn't call it intuitive or user friendly. The full on walk through is only available to plus customers for free, everyone else has to pay.

With some tools, you get a number of features but, as your business and experience grow, you might find yourself in need of something more advanced. That won't happen with ActiveCampaign, because the features it brings to the table cater to both beginners and advanced users.

While ActiveCampaign boasts an impressive array of features, these can also feel overwhelmed for some users.It's a bit like having a Swiss army knife with 10 different blades when all you need is 2...Since the availability of all these features can create paralysis by analysis and can make it hard to get started with the platform, I wonder whether there could be a different way to present them so that a user only sees what he/she needs – and doesn't get distracted by anything else.
