Overall, EngageBay CRM is an extremely useful tool that helps me stay organized, focused, productivity, and also helps me complete my goals.

I liked the ability to create schedules and plan my tasks everyday and use my completed plan to help me be more productive during the day and efficiently and efficiently get things done.

I didn't like the contacts portion of the software and I think I that's mainly because I don't have any contacts so I didn't get to use this part much

Positive experience, excellent for my small business
It seems to have just about any feature you'd need. It's really easy to just dive right in, I had my lists and landing pages set up in under an hour, without the need to consult any help documentation.

The layout is brilliant, very user friendly from the moment you start. A generous free plan allows you to explore before you subscribe.

Nothing so far! I haven't explored all it's features but I've yet to find anything that I don't like.

Customer Service Is Very Good
Vorteile
Easy of use. Tech support chat is helpful. Used HubSpot since 2008 and it has simply become way too expensive with upgrades out of site for our small company. EngageBay's niche seems to be offering great tools for small companies.

Sometimes I have to wait on chat service. But maybe I wait a few hours and they 100% of the time they have written back by the time I get back to my desk.

An impressive collection of tools in a well-thought-out package
All in all, it's been rather enjoyable. It's a very potent platform with a ton of room for growth.
Vorteile
How easily the tracking tools and API can be linked together, and how it conjures up all the complex functionality needed in one package while tricking consumers into thinking it's easier than it is. Despite its incredible capabilities, the gadget is simple to operate and basic.
Nachteile
Having the ability to delete and then add links, tabs, and menus to items that aren't in use would be convenient. Furthermore, social media marketing is just available on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Really, I would want a far wider range of options.

Great CRM!
Vorteile
I am new to Engagebay but have been incredibly happy with the CRM and support received so far. I have tried a few CRM's in the past, and Engagebay is by far the best.
Nachteile
Have nothing bad to report so far. As I have only been using the CRM for just over a month, nothing obvious has stood out to me.

Poor. We were too frustrated by the lack of help.

To be very honest i have used this service twice only in free trial the functionality is good for sending email and they also provide accurate result but while investigating the email i came to know that they are using mailgun service for sending emails.

The service provider they are using earlier it was very useful for bulk email marketing but now a days they are worst cause they do not change the IPs regularly which necessary to compit in the email marketing today and the same thing facing by engage bay, other wise the software is good for sending emails

EngageBay allows me to document and track my interactions with others

My needs are different than most, as I am only using EngageBay to keep track of my phone and email correspondence with the small number of people whom I deal with on a regular basis. I am not looking to promote or expand a business or use the collected information as part of a digital marketing campaign. I use EngageBay solely as a personal tracking system. In that regard, EngageBay delivers what I need.

After signing up as a free trial subscriber, I was being reminded for several weeks that my account was considered inactive as I wasn't using more of the features of the program. Those emails eventually stopped being delivered to my inbox.

Easy to Use
Vorteile
I have used different CRM programs before and have found them complicated. For what I use Engagebay, it is very easy to use and more than effective. I use it to load all my customers and then to manage the contacts. With each company I write a note then set up a task to follow up. This is all I need it for and works very well for me.

Every email that I got from their support team came twice. One would say "unverified" and one would not. It made me lose confidence in them since they were probably using their own platform. Also, my ministry requires products to have SSO. They only offered it at Enterprise level which we did not need at this time. That was really the final dealbreaker.

I know how to use my system so it is awesome. Engagebay is a sophisticated tool. If you don't know how to use it then it will be less helpful. It is like owning a Jet fighter but you do not know how to be a pilot. I know how to pilot it that is why I can direct it to success.

It has a lot of features that can be used and each time I check it it's becoming better. 5 years ago when I saw it it has a lot of potential. Now I know it will be growing further

We have been using EngageBay for a few months now. We still haven't got everything set up that we need, but what we've activated so far seems to be working well.

Coming from another system, it's often hard to stop trying to do things "the way we used to do them". The approach on EngageBay is sometimes difficult for me as an analogue native to follow, but I'm sure that it's easier for others who are more tech-savvy than I am.
