Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B
We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).
Vorteile
It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs. Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg. SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date.
Nachteile
There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates. However, these can be worked around.

Great group to work with. Very nice people who are fully engaged in the improvement of their product. They have built an outstanding competitive CRM and so far I have enjoyed using EngageBay and interacting with the staff.

I can easily manage my contacts using this tool. It helps me tag them and create different lists so that I can easy email them. I have been using Excel where this process was cumbersome.

I like almost all the features of EngageBay but it lack some features while creating templates. It doesn't copy the formatting when we paste the content.

It basically has everything that we need to build marketing campaigns that help us to engage with our customers in a professional way. The marketing automation capabilities are excellent and the customer service is second to none.
Nachteile
It is sometimes easy to forget to save something you're working on and if you click away from the page it can be lost as it doesn't give a reminder to save. Just need to get into the habit of saving everything regularly...not a big issue.

Superb and easy to use CRM

EngageBay has all the features that are needed for me but at the fraction of price of what others offers. It is very easy to setup and doesn't need any technical skills. I was able to create lists and seperate my contacts easily. Their smart lists are awesome that automatically add the contacts the lists based on conditions defined.

Very handy for me as the only sales person to build the contact database, set follow up tasks and keep track of proposals, deals (targets) and email conversations.

Vorteile
EngageBay organizes and simplifies the most useful marketing options. It is an excellent substitute to all the products in the market. Others are too expensive. EngageBay on the other hand is simple adaptable and inexpensive.
Nachteile
Some ares are clutttered such as email sequences but they are minimal. Also their reporting is minimal.

Great Multifunctional CRM
Vorteile
Super easy and functional to use. Great for startups and bigger companies.
Nachteile
We had some issues with connecting it with HubSpot (yes, due to work we needed them both CRM's running and being in sync), so that was bit challenging

Very well organized
I enjoyed the program. I feel as though it was a good investment.

One of the easy to work on CRM currently available today in market
As said its easy to use , my sales people did not face any difficulties , even email broadcasting is very easy
