Very good task manager and ease of use. It is a very easy to implement it in your company and use it on a daily to weekly basis.

Securing data and storing documents is one of the best features that Quire has. Quire does all my work starting from task scheduling and management to timesheet filling every work will be done by Quire. It is one such application that supports the small business.

I do not have any issues as of now. Every feature available is phenomenal. It will be more added advantage if they add more advanced features.

It's simple and the free plan is good enough for our needs. It helps employees stay organized and plan their projects. It's flexible enough to suit a variety of needs.

Some of the functions can be a bit fiddly. There are a lot of features and in these situations, it can be hard to keep the design user -friendly and streamlined.

Little odd scrolling with boards, scroll is on one column but scrolling is applied on all columns.

Our team uses quite to assign tasks on projects, keep track of previous projects for reference, and to make sure that no details slip through the cracks. Having the ability to see everything at a glance or to filter it down to just what you need to see at the moment is very helpful.

Nachteile

It was initially tricky to find all of the features on the mobile app after using the desktop version for a while. Now I'm used to it and don't have any difficulty.

It could be simply my becoming more aware of other competitive apps, but it seems to me that Quire is trying to compete with those apps, and in doing so, it has lost part of its charm -- its simplicity and ease of use

The software is user friendly and easy enough for newbies to be onboarded fast. The tracking feature is also useful.

Some of the interface can be improved, e.g. when filtering the activities, it may get tedious to select how you would like to view your completed/ in-progress activities. But this is merely a superficial feature.

I like how easy it is to add tasks into Projects. I also enjoy being able to contact the support team with ideas for new features and functions.
It is great to have the tasks online and others to be able to tick off tasks as they are going.

I love just about everything about Quire. The interface is smooth and responsive, and the have all the features I could want in task management software. It is a great alternative to Notion for my purposes.

When I first started using Quire, the did not have support for custom fields and calculations, and it took a long time for them to implement it.

The task-managing features are great, and working remotely with others is super easy with Quire. The UI looks and feels nice.

There are limited features on the free plan, and the subscriptions are expensive. It took a little while to learn how to navigate the app. To access Quire from your computer you have to go through a browser because there is no desktop version available yet.

I started to use it, got some info entered, then discovered there was a charge for entering in more info. i wanted a program i could use on my desktop computer, that would transfer info to an app on my phone and vice versa, and i dont think there is a phone app

The timeline view and the ease of creating tasks. I had a pre-planned tasklist with > 60 tasks and it to me under 10 minutes to put them all into Quire because it's very intuitively structured.
