Vorteile

Le logiciel est simple à mettre en oeuvre. Il est également très fiable : depuis 1 an d'utilisation intensive, nous n'avons jamais rencontré d'écueil technique.
Le fait que Livestorm gère les inscriptions des participants aux webinars apporte un gage de sécurité et de tranquillité quant à l'organisation de ceux ci : nous sommes sereins et gagnons énormément de temps dans la préparation de nos événements en ligne.

Nachteile

L'accès direct aux rôles des membres de notre équipe (interne) pourrait être simplifié.

Also the pricing with option is too much, it look like booking on ryanair, for each step you have to pay more. You pay for the number of people you want, you pay for the number of admin, you pay a monthly fee... Make it simpler

after using a lot (and I really mean a lot) of webinar software and services. Livestorm seems like and actual solution. The experience for the attendees it's just perfect. It doesn't require to instal any software on their side. It just works as espected.

Not a lot. There are some small missing features, but those are on the side on the profesional streaming side.

Il manque quelques fonctionnalités mais les équipes Livestorm améliorent chaque mois la plateforme en upgradant à chaque fois de nouveaux outils très utiles.

The UX of the software is just incredible. Attendees of our events had such positive feedback on the quality and ease of use of the tool. They knew where everything was to engage well with the tool. It also has more customisability in terms of design, compared to other tools.

Just wish we could remove the colour overlay and greyscale for the cover images. Would make our event registration pages pop even more!

Among the most interesting features was that you can create an invitation and an event registration very easily. For the administration of the event it was also important who registered without having to do an additional action. The registration page and the sending of the recording contribute a lot to the attention of people who register even if they have not been able to see the event live

Nachteile

I would like to have an option to reforward emails through the platform, although it is true that I can do it through my traditional mail option, having control of all the information in a single specialized platform would be the ideal

Livestorm is really easy to use. Setting up a webinar takes just a few minutes, emails are automated and you don't have to worry about your attendees being informed the webinar is going to start. Perfect.

Nachteile

Too bad you can only have a meeting with 4 persons.

It's easy for beginners and really easy to interact with others during a live stream. Easy registration set up. I suggest upgrading to premium for optimal use.

Easy to use for both participants and organizers. Almost everything is customizable (email, event and registration page). Possibility to upload videos directly into the platform. You can also automate your event.

If you have more than 250 live participants, you have to puchase the 1000 participants plan. There is no plans between 250 and the max Livestorm can support.
You can't import a list of participants from excel for example.
No private room like Zoom.

Quality of recording, ability to share media without having to screen share, and the integrations make this webinar software the best value. We were using a competing software for many years, and while it suited our needs, when it comes to integrations, recording quality, and media sharing, it did not compare. Overall great solution if you have intermediate experience with webinars.

Nachteile

The design limitations of the registration page and automated emails. These are quite fixed and cannot really customize the html to suit your own brand guidelines. Support could also be faster than a 24h delay.

The customer experience is fantastic : the website is well-designed and the customer support is efficient.

It's a shame not to have video replay when you upload a document to illustrate your webinar. You have to share your screen in order to record a video.

It's very simple for me to use and set up. The user experience is very friendly and intuitive. Everyone on my team has found it useful!

Think there are a few features missing that would put this over the top, but nothing big comes to mind. Having multiple presenters would be a nice to have.

the software is a user-friendly. Easy to create and manage webinars. Understandable menu and settings. Registration page optimization is good. Possibility to manage and create different email templates.

Nachteile

Some features are still need to be improved, e.g.:
- when publish "launch a call" not possible to do anything else unless closing the call.
- not possible to download statistic report directly from software (the report is sent to user's email)
- customer support sometimes is too slow

The software is very good in terms of flexibility, ease of use, and setup of email automation. I like the possibility to invite on stage the attendees, the polls, and the CTA button.

It can be improved in terms of graphic customization (possibility to add a company logo or subtitles).

We use Livestorm to do trainings for our customers, and it works very weel. The video is stable and the API is very helpfull to union the Livestorm information with our database.

The price is expensive for us, because we have a big operation and we need 1 license per user.

Ease of use is an important feature when choosing a webinar tool. I tried Zoom and Webex, they were not my choice at first because I had to consider the technical savvyness of other users. Hence Livestorm.
I also love how comprehensive the result reporting is. I haven't yet tried any integration, so can't say anything about it

Nachteile

Uploading videos as prepared pre-webinar content, then play it during the webinar --> it doesn't show in the replay. Also, would love to enable chat, but put in private. At the moment, it only enables private polls and questions.

Très facile d'utilisation et avec de multiples fonctionnalités qui s'améliorent, se complètent rapidement. Exemple : le chat entre modérateurs, les émojis en live... Un outil complet, tout en un, et agile

Un espace de travail pour tous les événements, donc une partie de la page d'inscription est commune à tous, qu'on aimerait parfois modifier ou supprimer. Pas toujours compréhensible ce qui est visible pour l'admin vs pour les modérateurs vs pour les intervenants vs pour les spectateurs.

I was looking for a webinar tool which was easy to setup webinars and researched on different options online and found Livestrom. They have attractive UI. Recording the sound and image are good so for! They have cool team for support.

Nachteile

features like media on replay, Facebook and Youtube live are on the table or under beta. The software is a little pricey but worth the cost.

Honestly I can not find anything "obvious" that I don't like about this software.
One suggestion (maybe I just did not find it yet) would be to be able to send invitations a second time directly from the platform.

It's very easy to set up, low cost and it requires no downloads from admin or users.
Super easy interface.
We just started with webinars and it was a great entry-level tool to get started.

Nachteile

The adding to people to sessions was a bit hard to get my head round. Luckily we use a pro Zapier account which was worked great. The integration with Zapier works like a treat but I would like more options to add and move people from one session to another.

There was a free trial and no downloads required. The demo was easy to setup and allowed us to check out the features worked for us. Monthly subscription also works for us because we don't run that many events. It's flexible and easy to use.

It is a well priced alternative that is constantly improving. The Livestorm staff are also very engaged with you throughout your buying journey and after you purchase the software. The web html plugin feature is also very easy to deploy on our site and looks great. We have speakers and attendees with all types of technical abilities, and we've yet to have complaints of difficulties or confusion.

Nachteile

They currently do not provide call-in numbers, but they have stated that it is on the roadmap. We have to use a separate product (Skype) to support this feature.

Easy to setup, good connection and audio/video. Solid support. Setting up the webinars is quick and I was able to do it without trouble or confusion.
