I love how easy this is to set up. I have a tab open on my work computer and when I need to go to my remote computer, I just click in and work. It's like having 24/7/365 access to the remote computer.

I honestly don't have a criticism. That being said, I did not know there was a mobile app. I will look for this today.

I had a problem setting up with passwords. The tech service was superb. He was able to identify and addreess the problem immediately, and stayed with me on the phone throughout the setup, inculding two reboots, until it was resolved.

It is so easy to use. I also think it is easier to switch between monitors when you have two monitors at work and only one at your remote computer.

It disconnects in the middle of your work sometimes. it will automatically reconnect pretty quick, but you will have to make sure whatever you think you saved or did was not lost in the disconnect. I also have had trouble not being able to connect a couple of times and I would go to work and my main computer was not turned off and the internet connection was still signed on so it made no sense to me (like if I lost power or something, which no software would be able to keep from happening)

Installation went smoothly, and does what it is supposed to do. I do not have to access remotely very often, so the cost is fair.

The simplicity to use the software and setup the software on each pc. all of my users quickly familiarised themselves with the sofware.

Remote PC does not work when the home computer is "sleeping" which I believe is the default for most computers. Someone from Remotepc helped me configure the application when I purchased it. They were very helpful but forgot this important fact. It would have been nice for someone to tell me this at the outset. I have called at least 4 times while on business trips with the complaint that I am not able to access my office computer. NO ONE suggested that I need to disable the "sleep" mode until today. I am very angry that this was not explained up front or on any of the prior calls. While I paid a reduced "trial" fee, it was an entire waste of money.

This is a fairly good program, east to setup and use. Does what its intended to do and it does it fairly well.

Could be a little more up to date it looks like an old program. Don't like the performance and classic options.

The product is easy to setup and use. I do not need to install any software on my home computer. I do not need to install anything on the machine I am remoting in from. I have it set up for unattended access.

I haven't found anything I would change.

I like that it was an inexpensive way to gain secure access to my clients computers. We use it to access QuickBooks Desktop on our clients computers, so we can do work for them remotely.

The set up process is beyond confusing with little to no help. I even had a hard time finding out what package I needed when I was asking questions before I purchased. I am still not sure if any of my employees have access to my clients computers or if it is just me. Some how to videos would be very helpful!

I love remotePC as a part remote worker/ part in office. It really allows me to stay on top of everything and be able to get EVERYTHING my boss asks of me so much quicker. It allows our company to be extra efficient.

Nachteile

It sometimes gets disconnected randomly. Now I don't know if this is because of our internet connection or the remote server.

The most important feature was the remote access to my desktop at any time. I only work one day a week in the office because it is a PT position, but people have questions that I need to have access to, other days/times of the week.

User friendly. This program is very easy to use and gives you a choice between connecting with the PC either through a webpage or app. Connecting through the desktop app is better. Adding PC's to your list is very easy as well. Leave the computer on connected to an internet source and you'll have full access anytime, anywhere! Very useful and easy to use.

A bit of a lag between what's being done and what's actually happening on the computer. The resolution on the connected PC is also unchanged so if you have a different setup, it may not look right.

RemotePC is fully featured yet extremely affordable. The peace-of-mind knowing you can remote into another computer within your shared network, at any time, is great and so easy to do.

Adding multiple machines into the shared network takes some work to do the first time around, but once it's done you don't have to worry about it.

Remote PC appeared to have benefit to our organization and I decided to give it a try. I have only employed it for a few days. My first connect was eventually successful with the help of help desk chat. The presentation of the remote screen, Mac as remote and PC as host, was clear, responsive and uncluttered. I can see it will take a while and some more coaching to fully understand and operate. I am up for that. It has been a good beginning.

Nachteile

I am an experienced PC user, but it will take watching videos, reading FAQs and coaching from the Help Desk to be fully up and running. It's not entirely intuitive.

Pros - inexpensive especially for a small user. Easy to use - I have two screens and it is easy to sign in and operate both screens

The initial downloading as I wanted a shortcut so I could just enter in a password but found that quite difficult to work out how to do.

Finally Remote Desktop Software that I can use. Its a joy to use due to its simplicity yet I can't find a single missing feature. RemotePC is so intuitive to use that its painless, and the low price makes it a bargain.

The software comes with an option of providing and utilizing one time access. This is a very useful features as in most of the cases our customers need support once in a while and they do not have to be charged for this. If you are a small business, this product is a very good value for the money spent.

RemotePC is just like TeamViewer, but affordable - especially for a small network. It's easy to use and pretty intuitive. It allows for remote WOL, disable remote input, send remote commands, file transfer, and complete unattended access of a remote PC. Remote PCs may be accessed by web, computer, or mobile app.

Nachteile

It's hard to find any cons with RemotePC. The WOL feature could be better, but nothing else that I can think of is what I would consider a con.

Per l'accesso fino a 10 dispositivi direi che è perfetto. Per maggiori dimensioni non ho esperienza

I use Remote PC to access my desktop at home. I find the resolution excellent and speed excellent. I have not had any issues with excessive buffering or the 'blue screen of death'.

Nachteile

So far very satisfied with product. I use a left handed mouse on my laptop and desktop. Once I log into my desktop, the mouse changes to the default right mouse config. I access my desktop (host) through the menu option 'Classic'. To me, that implies, there's a new and improved better way. I probably should read the documentation. Other than that and since I am a new user, I have not discovered any deficiencies. I am a concern is the firewall at businesses who might block this port. Not a PCRemote issue but generally found a guest wifi does not block this port.

Cheaper, more stable and easier to navigate than competitors (switched from GoToMyPC who only allowed 4 PCs in their charity package compared to 10 with RemotePC).

After 3 days or a total of 6 hours of trying to get MS Remote Desktop Connection to work with my Verizon FiOS router i finally gave up. Then I tried RemotePC and literally in 2 minutes I was up and running. Super easy setup and worldwide access, no port forwarding issues.Saving myself the hair i was about to pull out of my skull. 😊

Price kept going up with previous company that we were with for almost 10 years. Did some research and found RemotePC, was easy to setup all our computers, and price was less than what we paid for 2 .

When it worked it was great. Some days it just didn't work. My accountant would spend 30 minutes with tech support.
