Great for driving reviews!
Overall very good. They are responsive to problems when I have one and (try to) work with my business software management program on integration glitches.
Vorteile
The ease it provides the customer to leave us a good review - and the way it "redirects" an occasional negative experience so that we can address it.
Nachteile
The delivery of the website "chat bot" messages, the website "Contact Us" form or email via the website, and "text messages" that come from I dont know where - all coming in via the Broadly app.

Easy google-based platform to request, and respond to reviews
Great. It has really helped us engage with our customers and improve our online reputation.
Vorteile
So easy that new team members don't need significant training to jump right on board and begin using and providing value.
Nachteile
The only issue I have is not even with Broadly itself, the structure of our business makes automated review requests difficult because we often times don't collect on invoices for months after the job is complete (We work in an industry where insurance pays the bill).

Best Tool for Reputation and Review Management
Love it. I recommend it all the time for companies that need score improvements.

I love that it gives the opportunity to ask the customer how was their experience and based on their answers if it is favorable it will request a Google review. It has been a huge difference maker for our Google scores

Worth it!
Overall Broadly has been very easy to work with. If I have a question Kaz is there to answer it for me. It is a great piece of software.

What I like most about Broadly is how easy it was to set up, how easy it is to use, and how easy it is for customers to use. We have been using Broadly since 2019 and it has helped our clients tremendously. We are able to respond quicker and meet the client where they are. It has helped raise our google reviews and ultimately help new clients find us online.
Nachteile
I have not delved into the mass texting/campaigns yet. I would love to be able to send one text message to a bunch of leads letting them know about a sale. I think the review request from Broadly should be more frequent that first week of service.

We love the reviews section of Broadly! Knowing what our customer's are saying on a daily and weekly basis has really helped us grow and learn.
Nachteile
I don't love the online chat experience with Broadly. Our garage door industry is very specific so it is hard to answer everyone's questions online ASAP ourselves and if we have Broadly do it we are concerned they don't have enough knowledge. This is not a negative for Broadly, just a negative with online chat in general.

Great for Consumers
We like that you can answer messages anywhere as long as you have the app on your phone. It is also easy to reply to customers reviews!

Broadly helps customers contact us with ease. We are able to send quotes, set reservations up, and answer any questions even when we are not in the building. They send out automated review requests for every platform you put into Broadly. Highly recommend for small businesses!

Broadly Customer Portal Interface Review
Overall, my experience with BROADLY has been good. It is easy to use, and it is a great platform to be able to SMS/text message & email customers all in once place.
Vorteile
I really like the SMS/text & email features on BROADLY. It is really simple to navigate the BROADLY portal, and the customers seem to enjoy being able to reply via text message; it is quick, and easy. I also like that BROADLY integrates with my Pest Control Scheduling/Billing software program.
Nachteile
I do not like that I am not able to send invoices or connect my payment processing up through BROADLY. I do see there is an option to send customers invoices.

As a business we have had a great overall experience with Broadly. We've noticed an increase in sales and positive reviews since starting with Broadly.
Vorteile
Broadly allows customers to leave non pressured reviews and complaints. Staff is able to thank or resolve any feedback left by the customers or clientele. Staff also utilizes Broadly as a resource for "no pressure" sales.
Nachteile
Truthfully there is nothing that I dislike about Broadly. The software has been a great asset to our business!

Great Product and Service
Vorteile
We have been using Broadly and we love the way we get our office reviews. It is simple, clear and is well set up. Our patients get the requests and a few reminders (the perfect amount not to few and not to many) and we gain insight into how we are doing. I also love the fact that we can get reviews on several platforms.
Nachteile
What we like least is the fact that it is only for reviews. It is not a reminder system for the patients that they have upcoming appointments. It also would be nice if it would integrate to Eaglesoft and let the patient schedule their appointments on our open spaces.

Vorteile
Broadly is incredible! Upon the very first day of implementing the system, we received at least a dozen 5-star reviews at both locations. We could never quite crack how to ask for reviews, and this has made the world of a difference for our team. Highly, highly recommend!
Nachteile
This may already exist and I could be missing it - but somewhere to look at reviews for Yelp and Facebook, too. At this time I only see Google reviews when I click on the Review tab. Nonetheless, an incredible product!

Retail Review
Overall, I enjoy Broadly in every aspect. It allows us to stay more connected with our customers and better serve them. In today's world, everything is through web chats, texts, and emails. This allows us to have conversations with our customers quickly before and after hours in cases of emergency. This also helps us with gaining more reviews for our company as well as helping fix any issues a customer may have before they leave us a bad review. Overall, we love Broadly so much here!

Broadly Makes it Easy to Improve your Customer Experience
Overall, Broadly added incredible value to our company not only with review requests/gathering but gate-keeping the negative to some degree to allow us a chance to fix any issues we could. Broadly also ended up having additional features that were we not anticipating using but ended up being wonderful additions to our customer experience.
Vorteile
Broadly allows us to not only request reviews but to do it intelligently. We are able to upload emails lists with problem customers omitted so we are getting the best chances for positive reviews. We are also notified when we have negative reviews so we can respond quickly and try to save the experience. This has turned many would-be sour thoughts into very positive ones. Another feature that unexpectedly came in handy was the ability to text our customers through this platform.
Nachteile
Our team often wishes that Broadly had templates for messaging customers, especially for texts. It would also be nice if we could choose which review platform we would like to be prioritized (I.e. Yelp vs BBB vs FB vs Google).

Vorteile
I’ve used Broadly for about 3 years and find that it has been a great way to distinguish myself from other home inspectors. Broadly helped me set it up so that positive reviews are posted to my website automatically. When a potential client is shopping, the reviews have often been the deciding factor. I have also found it extremely helpful that Broadly will write a brief reponse to a review, thanking the reviewer. It is important to let a client know that you’ve read their review and appreciate it. While I should certainly do that myself, it helps that its done for me if I can’t get to it quickly enough.
Nachteile
As with everything, there was a learning curve faced with gaining familiarity with the dashboard. Over time, I've learned to use it and have no issue.

Easy to Use
People don't always check their voicemails, so when a customer doesn't answer the phone it is nice to be able to send them a SMS text as well! It has really improved our communication with customers!

It is wonderful to be able to communicate with customers via text! At times sending a photo is a lot easier and clearer to understand than explaining things over the phone.
Nachteile
I wish the 'review requests' didn't automatically send when adding a new contact to our system. If we forget to uncheck the box they get a review request before we have even done anything for the customer!

Benefit of Broadley is ability to do invoicing and send for a review, as well as having the chat to send messages in real time.

Amazing Experience with Broadly
Overall, it's been fantastic. It's a service I gladly pay for and would never stop using.

Broadly has honestly been a game changer for our business. We have so many positive reviews that people can easily read because of Broadly. The way it seamlessly integrated with our software with critical, and also the fact that we can use it to message with our customers is just an added bonus that at first I didn't even realize would be so useful.
Nachteile
I really can't think of any. I guess if I had to say, the fact that I can't "pause" it in our winter months when we aren't operating, but really that's not a concern.

Overall its pretty good. Its nice to have a spot where we can see all the reviews in one place.

I personally really enjoy the SMS feature, so that the guests are easily available to respond without needing to go back , on the internet browser.

We find that it makes it easier to reach out to customers to answer questions & schedule appointments. Also, it has increased our Google reviews. It also makes it easier to collect payments from our customers.
Nachteile
I don't like the fact that we cannot prevent negative reviews anymore. Also, it would be nice if we could do partial credits to customers that pay on Broadly.

I liked the previous Broadly functionality where after a customer was asked to leave a review it would come to Broadly first so that there was the ability to diffuse a customer complaint prior to posting.

They are very good on what they do and have people working for them that care that you are happy. The price for everything that they offer is amazing

The support team is great. Is very easy to use and affordable.
Nachteile
The only thing that I could say it was at the beginning it was hard to get connected so we can get started but after we got our Rep we are in contact every time we need her.

I like the hands off automated results of Broadly
Nachteile
The automated follow ups are annoying to clients and cannot be turned off without manually doing so for every client. There should be a feature that allows any positive reviewer to be left alone after that. No one wants to be bugged for a yelp review and a facebook review after already leaving one on google.

Great Tool For Reviews
So far we have had a great experience! We had a minor issue with integration but Broadly was on top of getting a resolution and made sure to keep up with it till everything was fully resolved!
Vorteile
I love that it filters out positive and negative reviews from our consumers allowing us to hopefully make a turn around with any negative feedback we may get prior to being posted on a social platform.

Currently there are no features disliked
