Helps easily assist remotely
Vorteile
I use the service when a client who has addressed me directly needs help. I liked fast synchronization with a remote device and high speed of work. For 2 years of use I did not find any technical errors.
Nachteile
I need to grant administrator rights more than once. I really want the developers to fix it. Also, in one transfer, you can send just one file. When you need to transfer a lot of files, you have to send them one by one and spend time on it.

LIGHTWEIGHT; EASY TO USE
We had an emergency where our remote support software (Screenconnect) is not working because the download is blocked by our Palo Altos.
Zoho was used during the free trial and it was good enough that I'd like to keep it.
Vorteile
VERY LITTLE WORK NECESSARY TO CONNECT TO A USER. ABILITY TO ELEVATE SESSION AS A SERVICE.
SWAPPING SCREENS WITH JUST A BUTTON. GREAT CLOUD BASED SUPPORT.
Nachteile
I'VE HAD A FEW USERS WITH ISSUES CONNECTING BUT I BELIEVE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN ON THEIR END.

Switched from logmein to Zoho
It does everything I need to do to work on remote computers and hopefully won't keep increasing the prices for required things I don't need/want like Logmein.
Vorteile
So far I like the fact that I can restart a computer and it automatically connects me when it comes back up. My previous program did not.
Nachteile
Not quite sure that I am comfortable with it not requiring me to use username and passwords for customer computers and there is also no way that I have found to tell if someone is using an unattended computer before I take control.

Quick and Easy to Launch + Reasonable Pricing
Vorteile
As a small business, we were able to quickly launch and use the product with minimal changes. There are extensive roll out, customization, enterprise features for a small business which we will use. Timely customer support with someone actually reading your requests. Pricing is more competitive compared to other remote support software vendors in this vertical.
Nachteile
With so many integrated products of their own, it is tough on your own to see if you can value add by purchasing the other ones. Maybe I have not set time to talk to someone to train....for now I will put this on me.

Zoho Assist has been a very efficient, cost effective remote support solution for my company.
A great cost effective remote support solution that is easy to use and has all the functions that other more expensive solutions have.
Vorteile
All the features are easy to use and has everything that more expensive remote solutions provide for a fraction of the cost. You can also pay monthly and adjust the plan you are on at any time which is much better than some others that only allow for a yearly commitment.
Nachteile
It would be nice to have a desktop application that is on all computers that you can have the user open and then remote too. Other than the unattended access option. Kind of like the active X console but with the full features you get with Http.

Cruicial during company setup
Fantastic. Support in the early stages was great and a free extension to the free trial was amazing - it gave me a long evaluation time and as a result, I wouldn't go to any other provider.
Vorteile
Well laid out interface and great for the end user to be able to initiate, especially when they may not be so technically-minded. Easy access to tasks via the sidebar that any technician could want or need.
Nachteile
The dialogue that appears on the user screen regarding technician access to the clipboard can be intrusive to the technician trying to carry out the work. It usually results in me having to call the user back to ask them to click on it for me. A minor point however.

Easy to get up and running!
I had to make an emergency connection to a client (2,000 miles away) and this worked. I haven't tried the remote access yet, but am hoping that it will live up to what I've experienced so far.

I loved that it was so easy to get started. Very intuitive to use.

Great experience. Previous GoToAssist Customer
Flexibility and Accessibility!
Vorteile
I like that it feels like GoToAssist. Being a GoToAssist customer for 7 years, I was skeptical at first. It has all the features of other big name software, but the cost made me try it and I don't think I will ever go back. I needed software on a PC, tablet, and Smartphone and I have access to it all from each device! One of the hardest things about GTA was multiple monitor support. This one does multiple monitor support a little differently.
Nachteile
I don't have anything at the moment. The biggest change for me was multiple monitor support and physically clicking 2 buttons rather than one.

Extremely easy to use without training. Very user friendly and intuitive.

What is not to like? Does everything competition does at a fraction of the cost! Remote access is a snap. File transfer is a breeze!
Nachteile
Figuring out if I needed Remote Support or Unattended Access or both is the most difficult challenge so far. Still not 100% certain on the difference. Training appears to only be once a month which was not pleasing as I had to make purchase decision without an official training.

It's takes more time to list unattended PC's and compare to Teamviewer it's slow| it will good if your improve the speed | compare to last year it's improved, but hoping for even better speed

I had an immediate need to find a way to demo a Creator App to a client.. love Zoho as a company, so I tried Zoho Assist expecting a steep learning curve. It was quick and easy - as simple as possible.
Easy for me, easy for client - connection seeing client's mobile and desktop apps and sharing mine worked flawlessly. Stabile and trouble free.

Great options for small companies
So far my experience has been great. Once I learned how to operate it I have enjoyed it.

I love this software. I have the ability to remote in to my employees computers if they need help and it doesn’t cost my company an arm and a leg. For a small company that means a lot.

My only issue is that it was a little confusing when I first started using in on how to get to where I needed to be to start.

Excellent choice for our purposes
Zoho Assist has been a very reliable tool for unattended remote access to appliances.
Vorteile
Zoho assist is able to make outbound connections through almost all firewalls, because the outbound connections are well-formed HTTPS connections over port 443. It works well on Windows, Mac, and Linux. The installation on Debian / Ubuntu is extremely easy.

Great Solution!

It is very easy to use and to set up. The customer support for Zoho is really responsive. I like how you dont have and Post Configuration once you push out the product.

Being able to remote support an end user with just an email.

Ease of use. Even the free version offers more features than the competitors. I love the reporting feature.
Nachteile
The end user still has to download an agent which has been challenging with some users but easier than the last company that I dealt with when there were so many options to choose when downloading their agent.

Mainly it is one of the easiest tool for screen sharing and remote support as it is simple yo connect with the customers not much permission required for sharing screen. Easy to operate from customers end as well.

Reliable remote support software
We required remote support software to be able to work on our client's machines for long periods of time. Free products like Microsoft Quick Asssist were no good for this as it would disconnect after a set time period. The Zoho team were very helpful during the selection process we went through and the cost of the solution is very competitive

Zoho Assist is quick and easy to use, our clients have found it easy to get us connected on to their machines. The connection quality is good and rarely disconnects without cause.

The copying & pasting functionality takes a while to get used to compared to some of the competitors products

Simple and affordable
This is a web based remote login software which is compared to other applications of that type reasonably priced. Zoho Assist works on PCs, Mac, and Linux and you can set up everything from a web browser. The free version of Zoho Assist allows 5 sessions per month, this is enough for private use when helping a few friends and family. Connecting is quite simple and with some clicks on "OK" and "next" you can walk most people through on the phone.

Pretty good software
Vorteile
These guys do a great job, they really help you manage all aspects of a sales call and marking platform. I didn't use it for long but what I did engage in was quite helpful to the daily operations of my sales job at the time.

There was a little bit of learning curve involved with this software, but once you got the hang of it, it was very powerful.
