You can collaborate with other users, and with Asana, you can easily communicate with other team members through comments, discussions, and even file sharing. But the mobile app makes it easy to access anywhere since we are in the world of mobile apps. Not to forget, the analytics make reporting easier, you can know what your team members are doing at a particular time. And how far they are in with their assignments.

i love this software and I haven't seen any flaws, but I will continue to look out.

I think tasks, comments, and other notifications can become quickly and easily buried when work piles on. I wish there was a way to make sure you're not missing important notifications when work gets busy.

I love the customizability of tasklists and unique filter views. For example, i can create my own custom views for very specific criteria around tasks i'd like to see. "What tasks are being held up but are due end of week?". Also, the calendar views are a game changer.

The time tracking integrations are really buggy and don't always work. I think a major limitation is it's native integrations with other applications and Zapier. Specifically triggering automations based on certain events and your ability to update task lists accordingly. I think adding more automation workflows would be helpful.

I enjoy using Asana for delegating tasks across departments within companies I work with. My work is project based, and when my clients already use Asana, the onboarding process simply becomes 10x faster. I like how Asana makes the complexity of task and project management simple.

My only issue is clicking on the 'Complete task' button by mistake when trying to close the task card or rename the task (in an already scrolled position)

This is the product to keep everyone accountable. If it's not here, it doesn't exist or got addressed. So it's great to keep track of tasks and specific integral team requests

If you don't keep track separately of tasks you have created for other users (the irony) you will lose them. Unless you remember specific keywords to find in the search bar. The bookmark function is only for other non-made-by-yourself tasks and is easy to overlook many of them.

The notification system, the notification system can be much better and personalised however thats something that's my opinion

I like the connectivity between teams and goals. Along with that, there is significant increase in our efficiency when we utilize Asana. I like the project views, security of the app, and the mobile version is easy to use as well.

Nachteile

It gets a little frustrating that you can only have one user per task sometimes, but not a dealbreaker. The amount of notifications can be overwhelming as well sometimes, but I'm sure that can be adjusted in settings. Other than that, nothing that would cause me to stray from using it.
