Hireflix is an amazing tool to interview people and save your time and energy to focus on your priorities. What I really liked was that I could see status update if people opened the invitation, if they started recording or not and I could manage the whole process from my account which was also super easy and clear. Also, all the settings work very well to adjust the experience exactly the way I needed it to be.

I have been impressed with Hireflix and their support, features, and price point since my team started using it. It is very user friendly - internally and for candidates. I've used many other one-way video interview platforms with my team and can hands down say that Hireflix has been the best one we've used.

It would be nice if candidates could view their recordings before they submit - I understand why it's not a feature to help alleviate stress for the candidates, but we have som many folks that ask us about it or request it as an option.

From the transcript, to setting a time limit on responses, to sending follow up emails, and everything in between, Hireflix was amazing. Overall, the process allowed for us to complete 200+ interviews in the span of a day, saving us not only time but, of course, money.

There was nothing that I least liked about Hireflix. I asked every recruiter that worked with the software and there was not one negative comment.

I met this solution when I was finding information on how to accelerate the recruiting processes using AI, and boy! What a great solution! It saves tons of time to interview bulks of candidates at the same time. Also, it provides a wider picture of each candidates to the client prior to a face-to-face interview or assessment. This helps to a better hiring-decision-making.
It's easy to use, available in English and Spanish. It has a great customer service.
This is a must-have in the new era of interviewing.

The most helpful thing for our organization, after we started using Hireflix, was how it saves our small team's resources and helps select candidates that best match our profile. Especially when power outages were throughout Ukraine this winter, it helped both candidates and us to not feel threatened by the tight deadline and record/check answers whenever we had access to the internet.

One thing that the candidates disliked about the platform was the absence of the option to skip video intros if recording from the second or third try.

Hireflix has made hiring much more time efficient, it is extremely easy to invite candidates and view completed videos. It also provides a level perspective for evaluating candidates by creating an identical experience for each applicant. This allows for a fair baseline analysis of each candidate, without the hassle of scheduling phone screenings or additional measures.

Hireflix is incredibly user friendly. I had my position and questions set up in less than 30 minutes, and it was very easy to make changes as needed. I love being able to invite candidates via email or send a public link. The rating system for each candidate questions was also helpful. I would never have had time in my schedule to sit down and interview over 100 candidates, but with hireflix it made it so easy to get the information I needed to asses candidates in a true interview-like manner. It is a great tool that I would recommend to anyone who has to review candidates in any type of setting.

The Hireflix platform is intuitive and easy to use, and Hireflix customer support is top-notch. Hireflix helped RunVermont, the non-profit where I served on the board for 10 years, identify top-tier candidates early in the process of our executive director search. Having received many applications from all over the United States, Hireflix provided an excellent screening process that allowed our search committee to get a good sense of our candidates at an early stage in the process. While some may consider one-way video interviews as missing the interactive component that comes from a two-way conversation, the tool proved to be very valuable for RunVermont by allowing our committee to get a sense of our candidates' public speaking abilities, a significant piece of the RunVermont executive director job. Also, it allowed us to see how our candidates handled what for all of them (as we learned) was a first-time experience -- we valued how they reacted to a situation that is outside the comfort zone for most folks. Our committee had plenty of time to later enage our candidates in two-way interviews. Interestingly, we found that nearly all of our candidates appreciated the opportunity presented by the one-way video interview.

The simplicity of the concept and the easy to navigate platform allows us to filter down candidates: A) more accurately than judgements based purely on a CV, and B) more productively than scheduling Zoom calls with each viable candidate. Thanks to the insights gained from Hireflix, every candidate we took forward to a real interview was good enough to receive a job offer.

No complaints regarding the core features currently delivered by the platform. In future, I'd love it if the platform grew to become the only hiring portal I need, managing candidates beyond just the shortlist stage.

Hireflix is very easy to use! The questions (including videos of our team) were created and launched within 10 minutes. The candidates then came back, we received auto-messages that the interview were complete, and we were sharing candidates with the hiring team on the same day.

I only have one piece of constructive feedback and that would be to be able to share candidates with other openings. If a candidate is better suited for a different job opening, it would be great to be able to "move" the candidate to that job so they could be reviewed alongside the rest of the candidate pool.

I'm the HR Coordinator in an international company, Hireflix has been an awesome tool that has provide me with more time to complete my other tasks. What I like about it:
1. User-friendly interface: is easy to use it and find what you need.
2. Great customer support: everything I need something they have to answer our questions within the hour.
3. Great follow-up: the customer support follows up on your needs
4. Saves me a lot of time: we created our cultural fit interview, that reduced on a 60% the time we invested in interviewing candidates.
5. We can review the interviews as many times as we want
6. We send interviews to candidates around the world, time zones are sometimes hard to integrated, with Hireflix we don't have that problem anymore.
7. We are in charge of how long the interviews last

For the candidates, it is easy to use, and they always mention it in interviews as an innovative aspect that gives a good image of the company.

On some occasions we have had a sound problem, and a candidate who has not received the invitation for his interview (with emails from Hotmail especially). But generally there has been no friction.

Candidates have expressed how easy the platform is to use and is extremely straightforward on the backend during setup. Every once in awhile, upon login, my saved positions are missing, however, upon refresh, they appear. If there ever was an issue, the Hireflix team resolves it immediately.

I found the platform very easy to navigate and use. It requires minimal time to onboard colleagues to the platform. I also like that links for video submissions could be shared along with the ability to include comments and ratings for candidates. I like that we were able to include our brand logo, which made the interviews look more professional. The customer service is also great.

I wish for the invitation emails to candidates; could include the band signature and the logo at the end of the email. This would make it look more professional.

The UI & UX is extremely intuitive for the hiring managers and candidates. This is critical because this is a first for many people.The automatic transcriptions make it much easier and faster to review applicants. The navigation shortcuts make it a breeze to move around the UI without using the mouse.It's very fast and responsive.

My only suggestion would be to add a way to interact with the candidates within the app, but that might require them to log in or create an account, which might make them drop-off from the process.

What I like best about Hireflix is how easy it is to customize the process.For a real, actual example--I needed to truly know how well a potential hire knew the ins and outs of their specialty. I was able to adjust the settings to allow for 0 seconds of thinking time and no re-do's. While this may not be necessary for some, it was critical for me, as it allowed me to get an understanding of how innate & natural the interviewee's knowledge was.

I really like that Hireflix is saving time on our recruitment process as phone/ video screenings are not required anymore.
It is so helpful that we can filter candidates right in the first instance as we can ask main questions to those candidates and know first if they are a fit for the role or not. Plus, as you can set a time window to have candidates send the video interview, you can also evaluate how engaged/ interested those people are in applying for that job.
Currently, I'm using hireflix also as a "talent pool" - for some roles we have a recruiting plan per month, which means that we can send hireflix to everyone and review it when hiring dates are close coming.

To be honest, I haven't found any downside of using hireflix so far.

I shared feedback with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] regarding the recruiter experience as I have my own firm and manage multiple roles and clients, which differs from many softwares because they tend to be geared to one big company as opposed to a recruitment firm. The feedback that I provided to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] regarding creating a branded experience based on each role vs based on my account (i.e., Marketing Manger @ Acme Company, Financial Analyst @ Big Bank USA) was implemented so no complaints now!

I love the fact that Hireflix is extremely straightforward. The app does what it is meant to do, has a simple interface and is very stable. We were previously using SparkHire, which is a very good platform, but not nearly as simple, user-friendly and reliable. Not to mention the customer support, which is superb.

If I am completely honest, we did have a glitch in our first month due to a payment processing error, but perhaps the aspect worth highlighting here is Hireflix's outstanding customer support. The problem was sorted in a few hours.

Ahorra mucho tiempo pues no tienes que hacer largas entrevistas de filtrado, una y otra vez la misma, entrevista en la que para empezar tienes que contar quienes sois y que de tanto contarlo tú mismo lo haces aburrido. Una historia que se agota de tanto contarla y que hace que la acabes contando sin pasión.
En un mundo en el que el talento es tan caro de encontrar Hireflix te lo acerca porqué solo tienes que contar una vez cual es tu compañía, una sola vez y grabarlo, revisarlo y asegurarte de que es claro, de que expresas con ilusión y fortaleza quienes sois y que es un pitch que funciona. No olvidemos nunca que cuando estamos fichando en realidad estamos compitiendo por el talento y tenemos que vender las bondades de la empresa.
Solo por eso ya merecería la pena. Lo siguiente es que dejas las preguntas grabadas en vídeo, lo mismo, no tienes que hacer las preguntas una docena de veces, solo una vez, las haces, la grabas, las revisas y las publicas o las repites, en una interfaz simple y fácil de usar.
Una vez lo has hecho le envías a los usuarios un enlace para que contesten tus preguntas y te las grabes en vídeo, por consideración a ellos hice la prueba de como funcionaba y es ridículamente sencillo.
Nosotros hemos enviado unas 50 entrevistas en el último proceso de selección y 38 de ellos han contestado, para mi es una gran media, y lo que es mejor, me ahorra entrevistar

Un detalle menor he echado de menos que es que en el envío de los emails no podía diferenciar entre nombre y apellido y eso me ha dificultado hablar de tú o de usted, y pese a que no es grave algo tenía que quejarme, ¿No? La verdad es que todo es mejorable, siempre, el tema no es lo que le falta, sino lo que suma, lo que suma es tanto que ponerle más cosas me parece un sin sentido.
