Great platform for freelancer management

Talentdesk is great. It is exactly the platform we needed to manage our freelancer programme with a really good host of features. It is very easy and nice to use which is important considering the amount of users we need to engage. Our experience is that Talentdesk has a very good roadmap that is setting them in the right direction, with gives us hopes for a long partnership as we feel the tool gets better everyday

Our account managers were amazing, really dedicated to us and very good at making things happen for us. on top of that they took a lot of time and care in helping us onboard hundreds of freelancers and provided advice at every step of the way

As A User - Absolutely Horrible

As a user, (a creative freelancer ) this is the most counter intuitive program I've ever experienced to submit invoices and expenses . So much time and frustration in order to get paid I have to wonder if this is
intentional. Who wants to deal with such a procedure on an ongoing basis? UX department needs to
think outside their tech box and try to understand that the simpler the program is for creative people the better.
