Account suspended many times
They suspended our account for no reason, such as there is no any hard bounce or something. And a few times. As a result, we could not send any of the campaigns we had prepared for Black Friday and planned to send to our customers. We contacted support once, they activated the account, and then they suspended our account again without giving any reason. What I don't understand is, what's the point of paying money when not being able to send campaign emails?
Vorteile
We preferred to use it to create scheduled campaigns and for other reasons, but these features are worthless after you fail to send the campaign.

Easy to get started for a small team
I'm happy with Brevo. I've been using the platform for almost two years now, and it fits our needs perfectly. I’m not thinking about switching anytime soon.
Vorteile
What I like most is how easy it is to use. It's very simple for our team to manage our email campaigns without any prior knowledge about how to use the platform. We don’t have to waste time figuring out complicated features, so we can just focus on getting our outbound emails done.
Nachteile
There are a few bugs that annoy me. For example, I often get error messages saying that logs can't be fetched at the moment. We also had a bug with a user role that prevented me from creating templates.

Can't beat Brevo!
We've been using Brevo for 5 years and I am very pleased overall. Incredible value for money. Other solutions would cost £100-200/month - we're paying half that.
Vorteile
Has all the features our business needs for email campaigns. Really like the fact Brevo doesn't charge by number of contacts - we can have as many contacts within our lists without being charged over a certain amount. Their support is excellent - very fast to respond which is not typical for most tech companies.
Nachteile
Automations don't always seem to work the way they should. They are pretty easy to set up, but I've had issues with workflows and although Brevo support is helpful, resolution tend to drag on.

Once you have connected and setup Brevo, it is very easy to keep your customers or relations informed with mailings. We use this on a weekly basis to send mailings, ask feedback and share updates.
Statics are very useful!

It is very easy to send mailings to your contacts. With the amazing templates, you can get starte quickly. After sending it, statistics are great to see how your contacts interacted with your mailing, so you can repeat or improve.
Nachteile
Brevo has so many options, that it sometimes becomes confusing to find your way around. The menu structure is not always totally clear.

Brevo is flexible, usable, complete - everything we needed in a tool.
Vorteile
It's so simple to use. Even if you're not a marketer or particularly tech literate, the layout and design of the platform is excellent and nothing feels off limits or too technical. We are relatively new to email marketing and it doesn't feel you need loads of previous experience to get going to take advantage of the great feature set. It is also extremely flexible, you can pay for the bits you need and the contacts you use without feeling like you're not taking advantage of features that are not relevant. It also fit really well with our existing processes and we were able to integrate our tech smoothly to get all the data we needed into Brevo. It is by no means just an email marketing tool either, it has a complete feature set that gives you everything you could possibly need when you need it.
Nachteile
I guess the only thing I would change/add is more templates for email. It does a great job of giving you basic layouts and letting you build your own library, but the it would be great to introduce a template marketplace like has been done with Webflow. I would probably pay for templates as I am no designer.

Good drang and drop interface, API easy to connect with DB
My experience with Brevo so far is good, they care a lot about Spam, so they have very strict Spam guidelines.

What I like about Brevo is their drag and drop interface that simplifies the design, also their templates are easy to modify. The automations are very helpful I can reach a wide audience on a click, also their API is simple to connect with my DB.

You should have phone support, I have called your phone numbers and I did not receive any response.

Easy and accesible
It is very easy to understand the platform, I sent my first campaign pretty quickly. Further more, the prices are very reasonable and it really gets the job done.
The analytics after a campaign is sent are amazing, definitely Brevo is our trusted platform and will keep using it for a long time.

Nachteile
The design editor undo sometimes doesn't work or struggle to edit some sections sometimes but is not anything to concern about, as a front end developer I find it easier to edit plain code instead of visual editors.

We always had problems when sending emails from our internal software. Messages would bounce and not delivered or would delay too much. Everything was solved using sendinblue (now Brevo). Very easy setup with the API key as well.

Setting up DKIM and other security measures still require specific knowledge about security protocols and you might want assistance from your IT department.

Great choice for emails and web pushes
Vorteile
I truly like how intuitive Brevo is. It's easy to use, the documentation is great and detailed so that I can use it without any dev help. Also - I did quite the research trying to find an all-in-one platform for marketing purposes and especially when it comes to pricing and what you get for the free version, Brevo is quite unbeatable.
Nachteile
I'm quite sad to see that the pushes are only made out for web and not for Android or iOS. I will have to look for an alternative here as it won't support the use case that I can send pushes both on web, Android and iOS and track it based on a user ID instead of device. If they figured out this issue, I'd be over the moon with them!

Good experience overall, very well done frontend wise.
API integration not good enough, API sandbox for testing is missing. SDK and documentation are lacking key information.

Simple to use and complete interface. I could learn quickly how the service works by just surfing through the dashboard.
Nachteile
The SDK is not good enough, specifically for Java.
API documentation is also not great: for example, I could not find information about the data sent and therefore test properly the notifyUrl Webhook triggered after bulk uploading contacts using the API.
I am absolutely missing an API sandbox (test only).

I watched their tutorials both on website and on youtube, learned quite a few things about marketing and emails in general.

Amazing tool for our marketing campaigns
On the overall we are satisfied with Brevo. It accomplishes all of our requirements and in general is a great tool.

It allow us to create campaigns, using templates already prepared for mobile, and send them to our costumers.It has inbuilt features like segments, heat click analysis, etc... which makes the tool amazing for us to engage and extract data about the success and interest of the campaign.

Vorteile
Brevo contains a bunch of tools for marketing. I use the mailing in connection to our campaigns. Your can import your contact and then send emails automatically. Brevo also provides a simple interface for creating modern emails. You are able to use the benefits from the API to integrate mailing with another products.
Nachteile
The API is not the best one I have ever seen. It can be a bit complicated to set up automatizations.

Tenho urgência de campanhas semanais segmentadas, este é meu alvo, creio que será possível alcançar e com um olhar global da plataforma vou ir além do que planejo atualmente com certeza à empresa me passou esta confiança.

E-mail marketing gratuito 300/ dia, realmente superou minhas expectativas à plataforma é fácil sim e claro que ainda usei pouco, mas este pouco já me proporcionou saída para 30 possíveis clientes segmentados. Creio que esta integração de prospecção em outras empresas junta à Brevo prova abertura e abrangência maior de mercado.
Nachteile
Ainda é cedo para uma análise qualitativa de pontos fracos ou deficientes, seria precipitado.

Appréciation et critiques de Brevo
Vorteile
Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié dans Brevo, c'est sa flexibilité et sa capacité à s'adapter aux besoins spécifiques de notre entreprise. Les fonctionnalités de réservation en ligne, de formulaires personnalisables et de gestion de la disponibilité ont grandement facilité notre gestion des clients et des rendez-vous. De plus, l'interface conviviale et l'assistance client réactive ont été des points forts appréciables
Nachteile
Ce que j'ai le moins apprécié dans Brevo, c'est le manque de certaines fonctionnalités avancées, notamment en ce qui concerne les analyses et les rapports. De plus, le processus de configuration initial peut être un peu complexe et nécessite une certaine familiarité avec le logiciel. Cependant, malgré ces inconvénients mineurs, Brevo reste une solution solide pour la gestion des réservations et des services

Un vrai outil de marketing ! Au TOP
J'avoue que Sendinblue m'a changé la vie , il y a 14 ans j'envoyais mes mails un à un et depuis quelques années j'utilise le mailing avec eux. Il faut dire que nos leads clients sont une source d'or pour une entreprise. Et il faut dire que Sendiblue est très sécurisé, donc je recommande
Vorteile
L'interface est simple et la prise en main se fait rapidement. Il faut dire que les sections contacts et campagnes sont simple d'utilisation. Une vrai valeur ajouté pour notre entreprise de collaborer avec Sendinblue, car nous avons des analyses complètes de nos mailings et on voit l'impact sur nos clients , cela permet de voir ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne marche pas. Le support ( service client ) est très réactif et toujours à m'écoute.
Nachteile
Pas vraiment de soucis , mais plusieurs problèmes lors de gros envois, certains numéros sont blacklistés. Sinon au top
