It is very simple to use, customize, and deploy, which is why it is the best option for us. Additionally, the fact that the platform can easily be integrated with MS Azure and MS Teams is a huge advantage for us.

Reporting. Leaving much to be desired. The out of box reports are not useful at all and there is not much customization available. Exporting of data is also limited to the provided out of box dashboard. Atleast if all the information (doesn't have to be the text) is available to export, we can import into our reporting tool of choice. We are hoping, Teamflect will include these features in upcoming releases.

I like that it is embedded in teams and it is easy to locate and use as well as share with other colleagues . Very easy to track progress of goals.

Nachteile

It can be slightly confusing to navigate in terms of reviews sometimes if you share a review with a work colleague the review request does not share a notification.

I love the tasks, goals and meetings section best. It helps keep me on track for the goals I need to accomplish. I love that I can share tasks with my teammates to keep us on the same page.

I really like the goal and annual review features. I also like the recognition feature as well. I also like that I can keep running meeting notes that are both shared and not shared that I can refer back to.

I don't like that when my annual review was conducted, my supervisor shared their screen, and I was able to see who provided what 360-feedback by mistake. With so many people being virtual, I feel like this is going to be a common occurrence. Maybe a "presentation mode" option should be added so that the presenters screen can be shared without revealing who provided the anonymous feedback. I could see this being a huge issue in some cases.

Teamflect allows employees to engage in self development as well as communicate their goals with managers. This tool allows for insightful review and is a great motivation tool.

Integration with Teams. We are using Teams constantly throughout the day. Having the ability to stay inside our eco system when using Teamflect makes it easier for supervisors and direct reports to keep employee happiness at the front of their mind.
With most of out company having to remotely work starting in 2020, the ability to have a Teams video call and be able to use Teamflect directly inside the call is a game changer. Simple.
The ability to customize templates throughout the system makes it easier to make it more of a program that we don't have to fit into, but something that can be fit to our way of working.
Support it the final benefit. The people that run Teamflect and the quick response to any issue has been amazing. Great people work at Teamflect.

Nachteile

They have done a good job of packing so many things into a product, but doing that sometimes you run out of space to get everything viewable. The 1-on-1 screen has a TON of information on it and it is awesome, but it must sacrifice area where you may want more screen real estate for certain areas. It is a tough balance to show information crapped up or to click a button to see that information on a bigger area.
This is not bad though. Still very usable.

Could streamline set up a little more and offer more goal visual customization options. Could also make recognition more fun and tied to tangible incentives.

The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top.

Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion.

I am most excited about the talking points and meeting notes space for our team meetings and one-on-ones. This takes the agenda building and formality pressure out of prepping for meetings. I am also very excited to have our performance and goal setting data in one succinct place that that the entire org can norm around.

So far there is nothing that I do not like about Teamflect.

The interrelationship between goals, tasks, meetings, talking points, notes, and Teams. It allows for what would otherwise be many chaotically independent moving parts to become a cohesive focus.

A few things are so close but miss the mark. Biggest example is not being able to tie in meetings/talking points/talking point notes into goals and/or tasks.

One more learning curve, there are a lot of features to acquaint yourself with. This is unavoidable with new software so its not particular to Teamflect - the dashboard is very intuitive and they are super responsive in terms of training and help.

I like the ability of me and my manager to updating meeting notes in paralell and set up notes for meetings in advance, helping me feel more prepared.
It's goal tracking features have enabled me and my manager to organise my workflow and set clear expectations.

I find that the GUI is a little unintiutive sometimes and it does take some practice to use it properly.

Great that you can set individual/personal goals or team goals and decide how to measure goal success (task-based, binary, monetary etc.). There is a lot you can customise regarding organisational and team goals. It is so useful to have the integrations with Teams and Planner so that all work tasks can be seen in one place.

It takes some effort to set up and get going, but I don't see any way around this. Invest the time initially and the value you will get out of using Teamflect will be greater.

I think there should be an area where you can freeform write to yourself with all of the prompts and ai assistance without trying to make a goal or give feedback - this was the feature I utilized the most.
