One of the best affiliate marketing tools.
I work in marketing, and from time to time we have to do quite a bit of copy/paste in our campaigns, which is the most boring thing possible in my opinion. With Text Blaze, all that boring work is made easy.
Vorteile
By far the best part about it is the simplicity. You dont have to be a tech wizard to get it up and running. They've made it easy for just about anyone.

I don't have any complaints. I LOVE this application. It makes my job so much easier.

Loving TextBlaze
It makes my life a lot easier. I tend to write similar emails frequently and this is super handy for those quick responses. Also this is super helpful for all of my regular documents that require similar information. I love the connectability!
Vorteile
I can make multiple folders of snippets and it integrates with everything I do on chrome. I LOVE that I can add in snippets into other snippets.
Nachteile
I can't get it on my work computer because of some of the files that are needed to download. Specific error I get: "Could not install package: 'COULD_NOT_GET_TEMP_DIRECTORY". Also I wish we could attach PDFs to the snippets!

Text Blaze can make Customer Service a Breeze
I work in customer services, returns explicitly, and warranties. Being able to create small custom forms has been a major time saver.
Vorteile
My favorite feature is pasting snippets into different web forms and emails.
Nachteile
I wish the logic functions were more straightforward. I'd love to program more if-then statements, but I can't figure out how.

Perfect for customer service and sales!
Very good! I really like the version I just upgraded to my account.

TextBlaze works well, is easy to use, and better than competitors
The UI is very easy to learn, unlike some competitors. Editing existing snippets and creating new is a breeze. The app works in browsers, Outlook, and most apps I use every day. It's truly an essential software to me.
Vorteile
TextBlaze does everything I need, from text and image snippets to forms. What is most impressive is that it is reliable all the time. I have been a paid users almost since the beginning and it's well worth the price.
Nachteile
No mobile app is available...yet. I am excited to get the Android beta sometime soon.

The best tool for productivity!
Previously, I used a competitor's product (Magical), but upon switching to Text Blaze, I found that the snippets were much more responsive. I never experience any lags, and I love seeing the confetti whenever I use a snippet! Creating snippets has been very easy, and I love the user experience.
Vorteile
The snippets are amazing! I tend to use the PRO text field option for snippets, which has been incredibly helpful. It has saved me so much time instead of manually typing out the entire snippet. The text field allows me to include unique information specific to that particular instance. I love it!
Nachteile
Currently, I don't have any cons with Text Blaze. The only thing I don't use is most of the PRO options simply because I don't have a need for them right now. Still, the subscription is worth the money, even if I only use the PRO text field option.

So incredibly helpful for productivity and saving time!! AMAZING! Just TRY IT!
After initial time setting up the templates and everything that I needed I have been thrilled with the overall functionality and benefits of this product. It works so quickly and easily to aid in productivity and saves so much time by automating repetitive messaging or templates. Anyone in roles that require emailing similar verbiage often or that uses templates NEEDS to try this.

It is extremely convenient and easy to use. You can use it across pretty much any platform or field that you would regularly type into and can then use it to store templates that can be used across any platform like for example email templates to candidates that you'd send from LinkedIn and Indeed and Email. It is great that you can add in fill-ins and selections so that the correct data is being added each time you use it and you won't forget to change any details like you might if you were manually pasting it.
Nachteile
Honestly, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Text Blaze. I used to use a TextExpander but this tool is way more robust and full of additional features!

Text Blaze is SOLID text expander
I transitioned from another text expander (Briskine) to Text Blaze. It's less expensive for more functionalities. It has greatly structured all my businesses emails.
Vorteile
SO MANY functionalities for text expansion!
Nachteile
Even after a few months and diligently transitioning all my templates to Text Blaze, I'm still in the honeymoon phase!
One thing I would like is a better/different version to revert/see a previous version of a template. Ctrl+z is great, but has it's limits.

Very helpful
It was a very easy switch from the other service my company had recommended. That one had a lot of capability for a free product, but it would often lag and crash and cause frequent refreshing. My mentor recommended that I try this one, and after testing the trial, it was a great fit. My average response time went down dramatically, and I've been able to help customers more efficiently.
Vorteile
Extensive customization for responses and forms. It's especially nice to have more advanced features like being able to turn snippets off and on, create dropdowns, and easily set dates. I like that it pops up the form in its own window instead of directly on the text area that it's going into. I also like being able to choose shortcuts.
Nachteile
Being able to share my created shortcuts as an individual user in a limited capacity would be very helpful. I had issues with experimenting with using the if logic, and it would be nice if I could select a date without requiring the year to be displayed. I wish it would bring over line breaks better, but that might be a function of the app we use to talk to customers. Mainly, consider creating a more fully featured trial. I know several people who would like to switch, but the limit of 10 is off-putting for someone wanting to try it out when it's typical in my department to have 50+ shortcut/replacements/responses that are used throughout the day.

I've purchased this product to help with my work productivity. The form builder has cut out 75% of the time it takes me to personalize email templates. This gives me so much time back in my day and helps me not miss anything!

Easy to save email templates
Vorteile
I love the fact that I do not have to re write everything or copy and paste from another platform. All my frequently used emails are saved in a template and that in one type it fills everything out. saves me so much time.
