If we could add notification features to remind on activities to be executed on a timely manner. That could help the operation, not only having the information available but to be able to plan the execution on a daily basis on the system and receiving notification on our phone would be fantastic.

I like the ability to zero in on a procedure and ensure the correct way of doing assembly, tasks, what to wear etc... when implemented its great for when questions arise, you have a guide to reference and help answer those questions. It also cuts down on training time because the associate can look through the guide before having to do the physical training.

Nachteile

I wish there were more ways the manipulate shapes in the pictures. I should be able to do a curved arrow or manipulate a box if I need too. It can also be difficult when viewing on an iPad. sometimes when you press for the next slide, it will skip a slide and move two slides forward which can be difficult when training

Some features like photo editing could be upgraded. Also the size of the picture and video that can be uploaded could be increased so a process can be shown in entirety instead of having to trim videos to fit.Sometimes end users complain about the choppy videos .

Its important for the on-boarding and training of temporary people and has a strong impact in increasing efficiency of our bottling packaging lines, by reduce changeover time, reduce minor stops and reduce safety risks.

The platform is often slow and difficult to access by mobile phone. The approval workflow do not works properly. When a change is made in one instruction, is difficult do see what was changed, because the advice is at Guide level.

For my needs, this software is simple to use, and it is easy to write and to edit work instructions. Photos can easily be added (one photo per instruction step). Although I haven't needed it, there is a feature to edit and mark-up photos - for example, to add arrows or wording or to highlight objects.

The photo editing and details needed for complex instructions is complicated or difficult to accomplish. Others in my organization need more detailed instructions and sometimes a series of photos for one instruction, rather than just one photo per instruction step.
