Großartiges Tool, welches die E-Mailplattformen auf einem Blick hält
Effektiv, Teamwork-Orrientiert, vereint mehrere E-Mail-Plattformen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Vorteile
Missive vereint viele Posteingänge, E-Mailtools auf einmal. Dadurch hat man alles auf einem Blick und kommt im Berufsleben besser zu Recht. Das perfekte Tool für die Teamarbeit. Der Kommunikationsfluss ist besser.
Nachteile
Es gab bisher keine Einschränkungen oder Nachteile. Vielleicht mag nicht jeder die Übersicht oder Darstellung, aber ich fand sie gut.

The Best Inbox Management Tool, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE
Vorteile
It turns your inbox or team inbox into a fully-functioning ticket system without making clients feel like they're stuck in a ticket system. It's much more modern, seamless, and intuitive than most ticket systems and has countless helpful features to make daily tasks easier. We can integrate multiple calendars and inboxes into Missive which helps us so much. We used to have to have multiple logins and sites for different calendars and inboxes and now they are all in one place. The price is also extremely reasonable considering this product saves us countless hours and troubleshooting.
Nachteile
There are very, very few features that we would like to see from Missive that are not already there. The dev team is aware of these features and works diligently to implement them. Updates happen frequently, smoothly, and are always relevant.

Front is way too expensive when you realize Missive exists. Front utilizes the irritating pushy sales workflow where they try to have you meet with multiple sales people over many meetings and convince you to go with them. One of the bests tools for colaborative teams!
At first it was somewhat overwhelming to go from the usual Gmail to Missive, but once you understand how it works, it becomes your best ally; especially if you have to coordinate teams.
Vorteile
The ease of use and the ability to coordinate the work of the entire team; being able to postpone sending emails, assign emails to others and provide timely and timely follow-up to each client.
Nachteile
By the time everything's just fine! We love Missive and we are confortable with the usage.

Loving Missive
Vorteile
Missive has a lot of great tools for organizing our communications. The search feature is great for looking up prior emails, there's a built-in chat for internal communication and you can assign emails to co-workers to spread tasks around.
Nachteile
Like a lot of newer platforms, not everything works the first time it is rolled out so there have been quite a few updates since we started using it which means we have to keep adapting to the changes.

It's a very good service but can be improved with QoL changes.
It's fairly easy to use, and email rules and labels seem to be very customizable but there are some shortcomings that can be improved.

Replace Front with Missive
We needed to switch email platforms in 24 hours because Front removed the ability to sync with Gmail. Missive has been a great (and lower cost) alternative.

Missive for shared inbox management
We've been looking to shift to a collaborative email and messaging platform that allows our team to manage communications more effectively especially now that we are using a shared email address for our team. I appreciate the shared inbox, real-time chat, and task management feature that they have. However, I find the learning curve a bit challenging initially but after a few weeks into using it, we fully shifted to using it from our old email software. We use the paid version of it in our work.

Spam emails still infiltrate my inbox despite setting up a rule to detect and delete spams.

Best of the best customer support system.
A wonderful, mature product that does what it says on the tin. I researched all the competition and this came out on top.

It works exactly like a customer centric email support system should. The after sales support is superb. API access is is fantastic. GPT integration. Lots more.

Missive is an Absolute Gamechanger
Phenomenal! The product is absolutely terrific, and they are putting out updates at a quick pace constantly looking for ways to make it even better. Customer Service is probably the best that I have experienced in regards to software. They are quick to respond to help and recommend solutions.

Absolutely everything. It's super easy to use, makes team collaboration and communication easier than ever, truly a 1 inbox for everything (email, SMS, social media messaging, and more).

Missive for the win!
Love, love, love Missive. The lads are excellent with their onboarding and support. I have no idea how such a little team does so much at such a high level - it is truly inspirational.
Vorteile
We reviewed this alongside Front. It was attractive to me as it is a small team that is bootstrapped, and I like to support that.
But most critically when doing the technical review of Missive v Front (and others) we found that they had the deepest integration with Gmail and an excellent API that allowed us to build a custom integration with our internal tooling.
We were driven to find a common collaborative inbox tool for the team as Intercom wasn't working as well as we needed (we still use it for outbound messages), plus we get lots of messages from other channels and for other reasons beyond support - like sales.
It also works well with PipeDrive - seeing that PD was using it themselves was reassuring, although it would be *excellent* if they shared some of the internal integration learnings with the PD integration off the shelf (it does the job, but only just)
Nachteile
There is still some confusion about how to best handle closing and archiving with team emails - so it is closed from an individuals box but not the shared box and similar when trying to hand over an email and removing the email from your inbox - we still have a fear we will archive it for everyone. This is the most confusing part of the platform.
We tend not to use Tasks as we have Pipedrive, Trello, TidyHQ all generating tasks which makes it confusing - I do wish we could push all tasks centrally to one of the above tools.

Front was tested for some months but it isn't a tight enough integration with Gmail - after some weeks of using it and then heading back into my Gmail Inbox, it was a mess, although my Front Inbox was neat, it wasn't being reflected in Gmail perfectly - very frustrating. Plus it's much, much more expensive than Missive.

The Ultimate Team Productivity Solution
Excellent. The only reason I left was because our law firm upgraded our practice management and billing solution and that solution already integrated email and chat.
Vorteile
The ability to immediately bring in other team members into a conversation surrounding an email communication that was either sent or received. I also enjoyed the ability to edit another user's draft email in real-time as they are also working on it.
Nachteile
Because there are so many places where a conversation can happen (one-on-one chat, group chat, and in an email communication), conversations can get lost. To its credit, Missive has created a number of ways to keep these communications organized (the most effective of which would be to use organizational shared labels). But Missive lacks a robust search feature that allows you to conduct a filtered search (e.g., by thread, date, conversation, author, etc.), which makes it difficult to find things at times.

Great email client for growing teams
Great software - constantly being updated with new features and the support team is fantastic.
Very easy to implement to our team, and now we couldn't operate without it!

Fantastic product with a great team behind it
So happy we use Missive. We've used them for several years, since they were an early-stage startup. It's been really great to see the product and company mature, and we'll definitely continue to use Missive for many years.
Vorteile
The product design is incredible. They pack a ton of incredibly useful features into a super clean, easy to use UI. They also have a ton of power features like keyboard shortcuts and rules that help me keep my inbox sane.
Nachteile
Absolutely nothing at all. We've run into a few minor bugs over the years, but we always report them and get a response + fix from the team within 24h. They have great support.

Refreshing & Unique Software
When it comes to using shared inboxes with most email clients, things don't really sync up properly and you'll find someone already responded to an email or moved it, yet it's setting in someone else's inbox as if nothing has been done. This is not the case with Missive. I also like how I can create signatures for each person in my company and apply them to each person's account, per inbox. This is really helpful and unique. Lastly, it's amazing how I can log into missive anywhere and still have all my settings, inboxes, etc intact.

I like how fast emails send and receive. Everything is synchronized and up-to-date at all times.
Nachteile
The livechat abilities need some work. We tried it out but it didn't have all the features we were looking for. I'm sure in time, it'll get better.

Powerful email collaboration client
Very pleasant, communication is excellent, they've answered our questions in an average of 20 mins for a reply. Very stable as well. Overall would recommend.
Vorteile
Lightning fast email client. It allows for deep collaboration in our office, easily managing each other's inboxes and keeping internal and external communications separate. Updates come regularly and always add something new to keep up with the pace.
Nachteile
There are features that I wouldn't say are missing, but are a bit hidden, like for example for multiple email signatures, you'd have to create an alias for each instead of like with gmail it has it's own section.

Just discover this amazing email client
Vorteile
Last week I had to change my email client cause my company changed to Exchange and my Apple Mail version doesn´t support it, so I spent around five hours downloading, setting and trying different programs. It´s just what nobody wants to do with their time, but I am really glad I did it cause almost at the end of the process and just about to surrender I found Missive, which has really caught me. It´s very neat and visual, has every detail you expect from an email client, and even has AI integrated with chat gpt. It has much more for team inboxes, but I haven´t tried that yet, as I am the only one of my company here, but it must be amazing for teams. I really recommend it for individuals anyway.

Our team adores missive
We found traditional email programs had far too many gaps. We were losing conversations and context. We were also having to double and triple-handle conversations with an awkward combination of email and chat. Missive puts chat and email together into one intuitive space. Clients have a better experience, our staff find their customer workload easier to handle, and I have much better oversight over our company communication.
Vorteile
Without exaggeration I spent two years testing out various email/help-desk solutions for our team before eventually settling on missive. It ticks so many boxes for us: imap synch, effortlessly colloborative, customisable rules, easy escalation pathways. It is also the first tech tool that I've introduced to our team that most staff actually love. In less than 24 hours we went from missing Thunderbird to happily moving everything across. Missive just works, and I love it.
Nachteile
I would love to see some more integrations. Missive has some nifty features built around iframes - but better integration with some of the common integration tools would make this even easier.

Overall, Missive has significantly improved how our team handles communication. Je suis utilisateur de Missive depuis plus d'un an et cet outil a transformé ma gestion des courriels et ma productivité de manière significative.
La règle des deux minutes
Grâce à la règle des deux minutes, je peux répondre immédiatement aux courriels qui prennent moins de deux minutes à traiter, et transformer les autres en tâches planifiées dans ClickUp. L'intégration entre Missive et ClickUp est incroyablement fluide, permettant de convertir un e-mail en tâche d'un simple clic. Cela évite de jongler entre plusieurs applications et me permet de rester concentré et organisé.
Organisation automatique des courriels
Une des fonctionnalités les plus précieuses de Missive est la capacité de créer des règles pour organiser automatiquement les courriels. Par exemple, les newsletters peuvent être classées dans une étiquette spécifique et consultées uniquement pendant mes plages horaires dédiées à la veille. Cette fonctionnalité aide à garder ma boîte de réception propre et à me concentrer sur les courriels importants et urgents.
Intégration avec Chat GPT
En tant que grand fan de Chat GPT, j'ai été ravi de découvrir son intégration directe dans Missive. Missive can replace a number of other tools for small teams
I use Missive every day, all day long. I had another team member at one point and Missive made collaboration super simple and the learning curve was not steep at all.
Vorteile
I'm a 1-person operation and for me Missive makes email and customer relationship management easy. I don't need a separate CRM to run my business. Missive helps me accomplish most, if not all, of the tasks I had previously delegated to my CRM.
Nachteile
The ability to add custom integrations to Missive is huge, but I'd love to see more tutorials and examples for creating custom integrations.

SERVPRO of Citrus County uses Missive
We love Missive. We have used it for years and have no immediate plans to change that.
Vorteile
What we love most about Missive is the collaboration and organization. It allows us to set up specific teams for the various stages of our projects and allows us to keep all forms of communication merged and together for each of them
Nachteile
We would like to see more features related to Tasks. I believe this is in the works.
We would also like the ability for addresses entered into the location field of a calendar appointment to use Googe Maps for verification and auto-fill/complete the address (currently you can launch maps after you've entered and saved an address, but does not verify and complete as you enter it).

Missive Fan
Vorteile
Missive is the most cooperative, customer-oriented and modern email client I have ever worked with as an organization.
As responsible for all automation and processes within the organization, I have become a fan of Missive over the past +/- 1.5 years and have already recommended it to several companies in my area.
Good UI/UX, always in development and they really want to think about solutions in processes within your organization.

The only thing I'm missing is a Zoho connection

The team at Missive is great to work with, responsive and knows their product well.

A great product
Vorteile
Multiple inbox management, team allocation, integrations and more.
Support team is always great, super helpful and responsive for the more quirky issues experienced when using a large amount of inboxes and integrations.
Nachteile
Calendar for me isn't hitting the spot, but still handy to have access to the calendar in Missive.

Making Business & Teams Smarter
Overall, they're great and seems to be growing and adapting.
Vorteile
It reduces the noise between teams and the time taken spent resolving topics as no-one is having to forward emails, CC this person, BCC that person, etc. Work just gets done.
Nachteile
The price in addition to Office365 or G Mail plan is a little high which would be totally fine actually if it was possible to have different users on different plan levels.

If your looking to streamline your business communication, Missive is the platform to use!
My overall experience with Missive is incredible. It's such user-friendly platforms that have all the tools I need to effectively communicate and organize my work. It has amazing features to keep the communication between colleagues and clients streamlined from start to finish.

Missive has so many benefits to it, especially when it comes to the proper tools to communicate with colleagues on email threads with Clients.
The layout is very structured, organized, and easy to navigate, which is great!

Missive can be as powerful as you like it to be
Good experience overall with support, onboarding, billing, and the product.
Vorteile
I've searched for similar software for what I need.. team communication and email management. I like the interface to communicate with my team, assign tasks. I appreciate that it works with Microsoft 365 products. A lot of similar services only works with Google. Although I wish they do not only work on chained/treaded email, it does has some advantage and I can understand why they need it that way.
I use it daily to communicate efficiently with my team on emails received and assign tasks.. or for internal communication.
There are lots more features we are not using yet. But it can be as powerful as you need. I think pricing is fair for what it offers. and the product doesn't have down time. Support is consistently good. There are lots of training offered.
Nachteile
Has to have chained/treaded emails.
a learning curve to set up the rules and settings.

Outstanding mission-critical multi-email-client comprehensive solution
It is masterpiece of software application which, in that particular area, is not easy to find out without higher budgets.

Powerful Signatures and Alias implementations,
etc.
Nachteile
The lack of phone or chat support! Which we would gladly pay per incident, if they offered that. However, to be fair, they have an amazing email support.
The increasing cost to get organized under the same account, configuring it by several departments, projects or divisions.
The reason is because it triggers the price plan to levels that, for us, was not affordable, since we are an unusual nonprofit entity with lot's of Projects which need separate folders. However, since their price are fair, a large company with similar number of divisions like us, will likely have no problem to pay for that.

Great Email App with Tons of Features
Vorteile
Love having the ability to customize any portion of the app to my own workflow. Service is very responsive and will answer any question you may have.
Nachteile
You are maxed out at at 10 email accounts. This should be more than enough for most people, but it would be nice to allow more for projects, etc.

Most Comprehensive Email App
I have to share that I was very close to canceling my Missive subscription to find some savings due to a recent pay cut I was asked to take.
After trying out other software, I could not leave Missive. Nothing beats it in terms of customization and feature set that makes my email life productive.

The amount of options and customizations. The integrations, clean layout.
Nachteile
The cost. It's quite expensive being a single user not having my company pay for it.

It's the app I waited for
It's just a software how I want it. Good UX, customizable, thought from user perspective. And - features that are planned well.
Vorteile
It's that is critical for power users. It appears they've considered every aspect. You can tweak it to fit your exact needs. It's the tool I've been looking for. Great job!

Finally: E-Mail and Communication done right
Did a lot of research before and must say: Very happy I switched with my whole team. Office life got a lot easier and more fun even. Also really great and blazing fast e-mail support in case of questions. I am very amazed how this company pulls this off with a very fast growing but still quite small team to develop, maintain and manage a product of this complexity.
Vorteile
Mailboxmanagement and team collaboration on e-mail is best in class. Stable, fast and incredibly efficient. Also great in-depth customizability through nuanced settings and customizable shortcuts, responses, etc...
The In-Conversation Teamchat saves a lot of Slack messages with copy+paste email content and gets rid of a lot of misunderstandings due to inefficient communication.
Nachteile
Only thing I do miss from outlook is the faster inbox search through local index files that worked almost in real-time. In Missive, it might take a few seconds until it crawled the mailbox content for keywords. But it works reliable.

Impeccable tool and always improving
Vorteile
I can communicate with my working colleagues in parallel to an email dedicated to a customer, and I can see the workload of our Editorial Team before each one entitles themselves emails.
Nachteile
Maybe I have not figured this one out yet, but once someone has entitled an email to themselves from our team, any response from the customer will come to this one person. This is not good in case the person is on holiday or on sick leave for a longer time, any way around this maybe?

Perfect team collaboration tool
Vorteile
This product has rapidly sped up our decision-making and response time to external users. It takes minimal effort to share emails, ask for input from the team and make collaborative decisions. It's like a secret back channel where we can get things done away from the mess of other platforms, apps, tools, etc.
Nachteile
Very little to dislike here. Missive team continually works on the product, adds features, and are responsive to feedback.

As of now, it is good as is, and they are constantly improving, so there is no downside as such.
