Really good price-quality ratio
Brevo offers a very good price-quality ratio. You get quite a few features for the monthly costs, making Brevo a great solution if you’re looking for a new email software program. The support team responds very quickly and provides good assistance. Initially, our collaboration with Brevo was a bit rocky because our account kept getting frozen for security reasons, which was quite frustrating for us. Fortunately, we were assigned a dedicated contact person who helped us resolve the suspensions within a few hours until the technical department fixed the issue. Since then, everything has gone smoothly, and we are still very happy with our switch from Mailerlite to Brevo. I particularly appreciate the look and feel of the program, and I enjoy working with it.

- At first, our account was suspended 10 times without any reason, which was very frustrating; luckily, that's been resolved now.
- In some cases, there can be delays while creating email campaigns. Fortunately, logging back in helps with that.

Still figuring out things but definitely it's worth trying for basic/ medium needs
I am still giving a chance and try not to lose hope in migrating form hubspot to brevo. Let's see, overall = I still have hopes

Flexibility of adjusting the database to my need (attributes) and a good UI
Nachteile
The ambiguity of how contacts and companies are linked and how to combine different needs of linking multiple entries to one entry and so on. I had some issues while uploading the file with companies. No reliable support from UI and several glitches (my understanding now is that it took much longer to upload the file but the notification bell said it's all done even though it wasn't).
All in all some things can be improved in managing data and combining data. I am new to Brevo so I might find some other suggestions. Stay tunned:)

Brevo - Everything in one place.
It was much, much more affordable for our needs than other similar solutions we looked at. The Conversations Chat module allows us to add chat messaging from Facebook, Instagram, and Email. This allows all our staff to use one interface for all messaging and to spread out the workload to all staff.
Vorteile
We use Brevo for our email marketing and contact lists as well as the Conversation module that adds a Chat feature to our company website.
Nachteile
Regarding the Conversation module, I really want more high-level controls to monitor and manage our sales team who all use Brevo to digitally interact with our customer base.

Brevo is my number one
I’m very pleased. Brevo is my number one way that I communicate with my members. Signing up was very simple. Designing a template and uploading images is a breeze. I see that there are many more options and services available so that’s interesting for the future.

Independent Consultant user friendly.
I would give brevo a solid 8 out of 10. I can do most of what I need to do and it seems to be most of what I need for my small business.
Vorteile
I needed a mailing software and a CRM/Sales Tracker for my business. Brevo is giving me all in one.
Nachteile
Can sometimes be clunky when trying to resend emails to other contacts. Copy is not letting me change titles as far as I can see.

Considero que, dado el avance en inteligencia artificial que estamos viviendo y la importancia de una comunicación inmediata y eficaz con los clientes, podrían mejorar en este aspecto con un Chatbot más entrenado y la propia integración de whatsapp para poder gestionar toda la comunicación de una empresa sin abandonar Brevo.

Not a great start but time will tell

that the subscriber limit was not obvious so when looking you think its just the volume of emails sent that is the limiting factor and the most important the fact you can not sign up without selecting automatic upgrades if you go over the set limits... so when you think the limiting factor is just the emails.... you get upgraded without warning.... not very welcoming

Best email marketing tool i have used Brevo
I've had an amazing experience with Brevo! I love the automations, the stats, and the notifications it provides. The double opt-in feature is my favorite, and I use it a lot for easy email subscriptions.
Vorteile
I've been using Brevo for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. What really stands out to me is its simplicity. The user interface is so intuitive that I can easily understand almost every part of the platform. I'm a big fan of Brevo.
Nachteile
When it comes to coupons, I don't have much to share right now because I've been concentrating more on what I actually need to use rather than what I already have.

Happy customer for 3 years now!
It was clear to me as Business-Owner that E-Mail-Marketing is a neccessary tool! After researching the market I got the recommendation to Brevo by a business-friend. I mad a trial-run with the software, easy to do, with the "free plan" from Brevo. Step by step I got deeper into the possibilities and I'm still finding out new things. And along ever step I felt, that the developers carefully design that toll for the optimal user of a Business-Owner that has not much time left and likes it easy to use.
The start was easy enough! I use it regularly. I'm happy to have Brevo what was for me in comparison to user Tools much more intuitiv.
I can recommend Brevo myself now, because of the great support (works very good), the easy forms and the good analysing tools.
Vorteile
The most about Brevo I like the easy way to build up a Form for Newsletter entries and make a quick landingpage out of it. For many things it is the first best way to make it easy before you design a landing-page for longer purpuse.
Nachteile
In some parts it could be easier. I would like to edit the Double-OPt-In-Side with one klick in another tap, while I'm creating a Form.

Easy to use and user friendly
Easy to use and set up, good stats info, easy management of lists and contacts.
Vorteile
The simple and user friendly interface. Being able to duplicate campaigns, create your own sub page and manage contact is a breeze.
Nachteile
Don't see any significant ones yet. I would certainly prefer not to have my inbox flooded with auto reply emails every time a mailing goes out as we send to a very large volume of clients and it can be cumbersome to comb through each.

Brevo is an amazing tool worth trying!
My experience has been great, I've been using it for over a year and generally enjoy using it.

I like how it's very easy to use and its free plan is effective for my email marketing needs.
Nachteile
I find the templates to be a little lackluster and designing an email template using blocks can sometimes be very unresponsive or unintuitive at times.

All the necessary CRM tools are gathered to give you better management and order of daily work tasks.

At first I started using the free version where I was able to adapt to the platform knowing its functions, then I started the paid plan because I liked its functions and it was what I was looking for to have a job that was easier to manage, I have been able to follow up on sales , to the tasks assigned to each user and have much more successful and easy to implement email campaign management

Great Product - Greate Supoprt
I have been using Brevo for many years now and the solution has worked flawlessly. Recently, due to a threat, the Brevo team identified and prevented this promptly and then assisted in its resolution practically immediately. Probably some of the best service I have ever experienced via email.

Easy to get started for a small team
I'm happy with Brevo. I've been using the platform for almost two years now, and it fits our needs perfectly. I’m not thinking about switching anytime soon.
Vorteile
What I like most is how easy it is to use. It's very simple for our team to manage our email campaigns without any prior knowledge about how to use the platform. We don’t have to waste time figuring out complicated features, so we can just focus on getting our outbound emails done.
Nachteile
There are a few bugs that annoy me. For example, I often get error messages saying that logs can't be fetched at the moment. We also had a bug with a user role that prevented me from creating templates.

Easy setup Great tech support
My overall experience was great. Ilike the interface and my ability to create sharp looking emails.

Easy initial set up, free plan to try, lots of options beyond just marketing emails, easy to use interface for creating great looking emails, comprehensive and well laid out reports. VERY competitive pricing. Great tech support, even on the free plan.
Nachteile
Every time you click on a link it opens a new tab so I can't hit the back button to go back. After using the site for a few minutes, there will be a ton of tabs open. I find it annoying.

Can't beat Brevo!
We've been using Brevo for 5 years and I am very pleased overall. Incredible value for money. Other solutions would cost £100-200/month - we're paying half that.
Vorteile
Has all the features our business needs for email campaigns. Really like the fact Brevo doesn't charge by number of contacts - we can have as many contacts within our lists without being charged over a certain amount. Their support is excellent - very fast to respond which is not typical for most tech companies.
Nachteile
Automations don't always seem to work the way they should. They are pretty easy to set up, but I've had issues with workflows and although Brevo support is helpful, resolution tend to drag on.

The little big tool
Because of the kind of activity I perform with Brevo, I use the tool occasionally, but I don't need to be back to big tutorials since the tool is very intuitive. I need to better understand the use of the Contacts and how to fully leverage the mailing system (including the instant messaging part).
Vorteile
An easy yet powerful tool; the free version provides a full range of tools that are very useful and reliable. Easy of use is another big plus.
Nachteile
Of course the limitations of the free version affect my day-by-day, but nothing that cannot be handled. The building of Newsletters is not always straightforward because of the limitation of the graphic design tool, but that's acceptable. A better use of AI would probably be another plus.

Brevo: Reliable partner for us
We are a long time customer of Brevo and quality has greatly improved since a fews years ago there was a terrible downtime of +/- 12 hours. Since then things have improved a lot and now is a very stable partner for us. Emails are going out in nearly real-time and if we have a question Support Teams is there to ... support you.
Vorteile
Emails are going out fast ( we use Transactional email only) and if we have a question Support Teams is there to ... support you.
Nachteile
I can't think of anything. For us Brevo does why we need it for: sending out emails.

Better email marketing platform as they charge based on usage, not by number of contacts
Moved here from another platform for a fraction of the cost. They helped get a static IP acquired and helped with our initial campaigns so we would raise our reliability score.
Vorteile
Pricing is based on email usage and not number of contacts. We want to GROW our business which means growing our contacts -- with other email marketing platforms, that becomes very expensive quickly.
Nachteile
Seems the deliverability rates can be spotty.

Semplicità ed Efficienza
La mia esperienza con Brevo è stata nel complesso molto positiva. È uno strumento che riesce a coniugare semplicità ed efficienza. Fin da subito, ho apprezzato l'interfaccia intuitiva, che mi ha permesso di iniziare a lavorare senza perdermi in troppe spiegazioni. Le funzionalità di automazione delle campagne sono fantastiche e mi hanno aiutato a risparmiare un sacco di tempo.
Vorteile
Di Brevo mi è piaciuta soprattutto la semplicità d'uso. È tutto molto intuitivo e non serve essere un esperto per capire come funziona. Poi le funzionalità avanzate come l'automazione delle campagne e l'analisi dei risultati sono davvero utili per migliorare continuamente. E il supporto clienti è sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Insomma, è un ottimo strumento per chi vuole gestire al meglio le proprie comunicazioni senza complicarsi troppo la vita.
Nachteile
Quello che mi è piaciuto di meno di Brevo è che a volte l'interfaccia può sembrare un po' lenta, soprattutto quando ci sono tante email da gestire. E qualche funzionalità avanzata potrebbe essere spiegata meglio. Insomma, ci sono margini di miglioramento, ma nel complesso resta comunque un buon strumento.

¡Fascinante! Cada día descubro más funciones de marketing automation para aplicar con clientes. La recomiendo por completo.
Vorteile
Me gusta lo intuitiva que es su interfaz, es fácil de usar y se puede sacar más provecho de las funciones. Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es que la plataforma está en varios idiomas, como español, lo cual ayuda mucho si estás empezando con email marketing. Algo que me encanta son las automatizaciones, las cuales se pueden usar, incluso, en el plan gratis. En general, Brevo es estupendo y lo recomiendo completamente.
Nachteile
No hay nada que reprochar, he usado varias plataformas de email marketing y automatizaciones desde hace diez años y esta es la mejor de todas.

It has been so helpful
We use Brevo every week at least and sometimes more. It's efficient, good delivery, and the ability to personalise emails and automate emails is a huge plus.
Vorteile
The ability to set up multiple lists without being charged extra is a big bonus for me.
Nachteile
I wish they wouldn't keep updating the interface and moving features I am used to.

Brevo is the best out there
It has been great, used it for 3 of our companies and love it. Moved data from Hubspot for one, MailChimp for the other and Constant Contact for the 3rd.

Vorteile
En primer lugar, decir que me encanta la interfaz intuitiva de Brevo. La plataforma es fácil de navegar, lo que facilita la creación y gestión de campañas de correo electrónico, así como la configuración de flujos de trabajo de automatización.
Otro de los aspectos que más me atraen de Brevo son sus planes de precios competitivos. Esto lo convierte en una opción atractiva para mi empresa, especialmente porque tenemos un presupuesto limitado.

The bulk mail tool that you don't need a degree for in order to use it.
It's been very positive. The analytics tools for a free account have been great. I have already recommended it to a few people! I have tried so many other tools like MailChimp etc. and those were so overly complicated for someone who needs to send bulk emails once a month. With other tools, it felt so overly complicated and managing your contact list on other tools was like a puzzle - Brevo is straight forward.

It's user-friendly, simple to make templates and the ability to send free emails to 300 contacts have been critical to my growth as a small business.

Best Value for Money
I used Sendinblue in the past for ecommerce transactional emails. After a few years of absence in ecommerce, I needed a new SMTP server setup again and naturally seeked out the same service I used and liked. I then found that they changed brands to Brevo and was very surprised to see that the service offereing is even bigger and better than before.
Vorteile
The easy setup and generous free tier for SMTP email sending campaigns is best in class, in my opinion. They also provide all the functionality needed to run successful marketing campaigns as well as transactional emails.
In addition to emails, you can also engage with contacts via SMS and chat.
Nachteile
This may sound artificial, but I sincerely have not yet found anything about using Brevo for my current needs, that I could do better with outher email tools.

Amazing what it offers even in the free version.
I evaluated several email marketing tools. I am starting with email marketing and I wanted to experiment before investing fully with one tool.
Brevo was the best solution. It offers many more options than the other ones, including in the free version that is the one I am using now. It is very easy to use and very intuitive. It allows me to build newsletters very quickly.

Nachteile
Templates are limited, and not that great in the free version. But you can create your own.

I can use it in a simplies way at the beggining, but as I grow I will always find necessary functiolaity aleady build in brevo. I feel like it is waiting for me there until I'm ready to use it. This is why this is so good that the pricing plan align with this so I don't overpay.

Great email sending platform
It is a great platform for email marketing, where you can decide if you want to be charge for number of mails sent or contact list volume.

The drag and drop system is really easy to use, the templates even if they are basic works well, it has a great customer service who responds fast and finally love the a/b testing

Some metrics doesn't match with Google Analytics statistics, and I found some issues in the process to import a list of contacts
