DON'T BUY THIS SYSTEM!
As an example, the system is totally useless, I have spent two weeks trying to get by all the non logic functions and bugs to even send a newsletter. I can't even filter on the objects attached to a contact.
The Sync with Hubspot was a scam, we spent 20000€ to get our data over from Hubspot.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Until the account is warmed up, we have a limit on how many emails you can send, just to ensure your domain reputation does not get impacted. Also, may I know what the issue was with the sync and who you paid the money to? We do not see any additional payments other than the subscription cost.

Best CRM for Sales & Marketing with fantastic customer support
Vorteile
It offers an excellent way to manage the contacts, companies and deals. One can easily sync them from many services like Hubspot, Salesforce, Google, Outlook and many other. It is reliable and offers automations to automate most of the tasks.
Nachteile
Initially I had some issues while importing deals as it is a bit tricky but their customer support helped me with the import and from that time I had no such issues.

A con i have to mention is not really about EB but about the "cons" shown on this page, 4 of which have already been addressed and fixed by Engagebay (and work *remarkably* well as a matter of fact!) —
So anyone reading this, don't be put off by the cons mentioned without doing some due research on the brand spanking new features Engagebay now has.

Engage Bay CRM is a tool worth considering
Overall it is a great product. I would definitely recommend it.

It does everything i need in a CRM and sales tool. it has definitely helped me become more efficient. Best thing about Engage Bay is their support. Chat support is live and picks up almost immediately. they always resolve the issue, you are never rushed. they will even give you a call if text is getting tedious. It seems nowadays everyone's support is non existent so their outstanding support makes it stand out
Nachteile
its a little difficult setting up /navigating at times, however if you reach out to support, they will get you going in the right direction. once it learn it its simple. and the interface can be a little slow at times, however has never been a real issue.

Value for Money makes it an Excellent Replacement
Very happy with the product due to it's price point, overall customer support and features. Some things did take getting used to which would be true of any new product, but it is packed with features and functionality a lot of which we haven't even tapped into yet such as a built-in helpdesk suite. At the moment we're just using it for contact management, e-mail marketing, automation and some CRM features.
Vorteile
It is extremely feature rich, has very few limitations, one of the best customer support responses I've had with chat features to get issues addressed within a short time, accessibility of the team, unlimited tagging which is crucial to our way of doing business. It's an entire suite that one needs to use. We've still not used all the features and I'm looking forward to use and implement what we have access to as a product.
Nachteile
There is one pesky irritating thing and that is copy/pasting from a document like Word into the e-mail editor that destroys the formatting. To be fair this has been a problem with all of the ones I've used in the past as well.

Like the Simplicity of the CRM

I can easily manage my contacts using this tool. It helps me tag them and create different lists so that I can easy email them. I have been using Excel where this process was cumbersome.
Nachteile
I like almost all the features of EngageBay but it lack some features while creating templates. It doesn't copy the formatting when we paste the content.

Vorteile
My over all experience with Engagebay was positive. Being a sales recruiter I need to keep track of the deals and manage the pipeline and this tool helped me a lot to acheive my goals. The best part is that it is easy to use and I was able to manage all my tasks very easily.
Nachteile
It lacks some of the advanced reporting tools that a sales team needed. It do offer sales reports but they are not too much advanced.

My experience with EngageBay (so far)
Pleasant so far. I haven't used my HubSpot account for a long time so it is unlikely to be current, so used the csv import for my contacts on another email service provider.
Vorteile
Easy to import contacts. Dashboard is clear. I like the a la carte option of additional services.
Nachteile
I appreciate follow up for assistance, but this was a bit of overkill. I had to clear time to transfer in my contacts and look at the product in more detail, but received 4 calls prior to having that time, creating some pressure.

Switched from Hubspot to Engagebay
The experience was not bad, but i am not sure if i would use it again.
Vorteile
Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale.
You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.
Nachteile
The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use.
Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

Value, Efficiency and Productivity
The lead capture and email marketing was sole reason we joined engagebay and couldn’t be happier. Wasn’t expecting all the other features to be part of this software, almost overwhelming but reassuring to know we can start putting most of our work, efficiently into one place

Right now we're using it for contact management and e-mail marketing primarily. We had a CRM in Zoho and will be migrating most likely soon. Pros: Extensive features at an incredible value and easy to use. Customer support response is amazing and communication is stellar. Feel like I havent even cracked the surface of what engagebay can do!
Nachteile
Time. As great as engagebay is, it’s hard to manage the migration project to CRM. It’s almost as if there’s too much available and migrating doesn’t feel intuitive.

Cheap yet still packed full of features
Overall I've had a very positive experience using it. When i first started in marketing, it was the tool i learned everything on and I'm very glad it happened that way since it was so easy to use.

I like their robust automations that help me automate all the repetitive processes like following up with my clients and creating tasks.
Nachteile
It is difficult to debug an automation that has 20+ nodes if it fails at some particular node as we need to view the complete activity to find that out. It would be better if they can provide the details of the node where it got failed.

Marketing Automation made for normal people
Vorteile
It basically has everything that we need to build marketing campaigns that help us to engage with our customers in a professional way. The marketing automation capabilities are excellent and the customer service is second to none.
Nachteile
It is sometimes easy to forget to save something you're working on and if you click away from the page it can be lost as it doesn't give a reminder to save. Just need to get into the habit of saving everything regularly...not a big issue.

I've been using EngageBay CRM for two years, and I'm very happy with the app. It has helped me improve my CRM significantly.
I love that EngageBay CRM is easy to use. The user interface is simple and easy to understand, making it easy to navigate between pages and functions

Great System for Small to Midsize Companies
They have gone out of their way to ensure my ability to get into their system and start using it. It is easy to use.
Vorteile
It is intuitive. I have been able to use it easily. The customer service is great. Always quick to solve my problem. They have literally programmed functionality into their system to help me.
Nachteile
It does not have automatic saving on emails, and I lost about two hours of work when my computer unexpectedly rebooted. Now that I know this, I will manually save often while working on longer projects. There is a learning curve, but I am getting the hang of it!

Vorteile
It's user-friendly. Not difficult to use! Plus, the staff are usually very helpful, and quick to respond.
Nachteile
Some very important features are limited. For example, moving content across a design interface is not available. It's almost as if you have to put things where they have it set in the system for you to do it.

True all in one
Really good. Taking time to set up everything initially of course but I know its going to be all worth it once its completed and fine tuned!!!!

Great CRM, You must consider when looking for a CRM!
EngageBay has exceeded my expectations. This program is truly starting to get my business going. I enjoyed my sales guy and everything he told me has been true, yes that's a first. The Customer Service people are great, they are there all the time and have really helped me along. The price was much less than the competition, and if you get the All-in-One set up, they do not nickel and dime you for more modules as its all in that package. I give EbgageBay 100% for all they are doing.

Without a doubt what I like the most is the customer service and all the help I receive. I am not a IT expert and hooking up apps and making SMS, automation and setting up my needs is not something I know a lot about. The Customer Service has been amazing and quite frankly beats the competition I have worked with. I found most companies to be all talk when it comes to helping, but EngageBay has helped me every step of the way, by chat and on the phone when I need extra help.The product is full of tools, I am using the "All In One" version and it does everything I need at half the price as the competition. It amazes me how many choices there are and how much I can do.I find this program will also grow great as our company grows. It's more than we need today, but it won't be next year and for the price, it would be silly to go anyplace else.
Nachteile
For me the thing I dislike the most about any program is learning how to use it. But like I said the support is great.There is not a lot I do not like about EngageBay, I am a very happy Customer. If I had to pick something, I would like to see a larger EngageBay University with many more in-depth and beginner videos. I am told this is coming, so that will be great!
