360 surveys are more objective, this helps to work effectively with each other and gives a complete picture about strengths and weaknesses.

SurveySparrow also allows you to create different links for the same survey each time it is shared so that we can share them on our social networks and easily separate the responses no matter where they come from, be it Linkedin, Twitter, among others.

Nachteile

SurveySparrow offers excellent integration with other payment platforms such as Stripe, however it does not include Paypal, this integration would be a great help.

It can be challenging sometimes to upload contacts/clean uploaded contacts. Also, I don't like how you cannot schedule a follow up reminder after sending, as you have to do a new send. However, we now just use the link and send it from our HubSpot account.

I like using SurveySparrow for limited runs of data, like short, uncomplicated customer or visitor surveys, "quizzes", and other ways to engage with our public.

Nachteile

The backend and data reporting and analysis is abysmal. It is difficult to manage the mass amounts of data that we process each day, and requires a lot of additional work after downloading the csv reports.

We noticed that survey sparrow fairly slows down pages where the forms are placed and this is risky for our business as it might bring future SEO ranking possibilities low. I just think they should use CSS minify plugins or even reduce the amount of javascript used.

What impresses me most is the logic feature which lets me build brainstorming forms that appear as live questionnaires to my visitors- it gives the visitor the impression that they are interacting with a live agent( that's the sensation I had the first time testing it). The LOGIC section is what you should accentuate more on if you ask me.

With this tool, you get to define factors that will trigger the form's display on your website( for pop-ups) usually defined by the percentage scroll rate or an average session duration(measured in seconds). I find this extremely helpful as it keeps my web pages clean and nice-looking, especially for my service pages. You equally get to choose between inline and side widgets placements as well.

This software will help your business understand how to better serve your clients.

Great things with SurveySparrow is, i can build a survey form easily with the build-in template that they have provided and select the survey theme that match with my objective. I also can select the question from the suggested question section.

I have tried to moving around some of the text field on the survey form, but it just not snapped on the grid that i want and it making a mess to the form layout and design. I have tried it multiple time, but it just not happening and i don't think there is any way to do it properly.

Survey sparrow makes quizze nad polls building experience highly simplified and is very accurate and smart. It has a ton of pre-made templates to use and this helps to reduce the stress-anyway.

It equally provides a trial period, where you can test out the power of this tool. There is much to say but, in a nutshell- It's the ideal option for your business and I will always recommend it.

Every step of creating a survey form is very simple and has next to no learning curves needed before using the software. It's very easy to distribute the surveys into email or social media platforms and it's just a very personal experience all around you really feel like you're getting to know the customers you're working with!

I really don't have too many complaints I noticed every now and then the dragon drop question box is a little buggy and it makes the customisation process a little bit harder than it should be and you definitely want to be a premium user if you want to access all the complex features that it has to offer I do wish they offered a little bit more features with the cheaper plans.

- New form creation, dynamic variable addition, response gathering is very easy to use.

- There are few features pertaining to global variable that many time don't work.
- Integrations with the GSheets has always been a challenge for the first time. The access goes to just one person and then many a time if there's a need to flow responses to the same sheet it fails.
- 3P integrations need more improvisation.

It was easy to build surveys. Other than that, there was not much that I would recommend them for.

Pricing model was not transparent. Was not informed that if I do not use all my purchased surveys in a select timeframe, I would lose them. They then tried to charge me for an entirely new set of surveys without my knowledge of consent. Additionally, there is not "save and come back" option on their surveys. If you do not finish them in one sitting, you lose all already entered data.
