Great App!

In overall, I am enjoying using this app. So far it seems it is a great fit for our timekeeping needs.

Vorteile

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate through the platform and setting up users and jobs.

Nachteile

We are still learning some of its features so there may be something I need but I have not discovered yet. I would say, reporting. From an employee/user point of view I can easily pull reports but from the job point of view it seems a bit challenging to compile them in a single report. Not sure if there is a way to do this.

Love, love, love this app

My staff and I love the app. It is very easy to use and has countless features

I didn't like that I couldn't export to my payroll company. After only a few weeks, there was an update and that feature had been added!

Cost saving of Connect Teams

We have moved from other platforms and saved ourselves over $10,000 annually in subscription costs, with Connecteams far easier to use for both our on site staff and our office staff

The way to go

They are super easy to deal with if you do have any issues the live chat is quick and helpful

Connecteam Review From A Current User

Overall I have liked using Connecteam, I think it is a good platform for a business to connect and communicate with its employees and share information with them.

I like all of the different ways to store information and documents and the ability to connect certain people with specific items.

Nachteile

Having admin access through the app is nice but it is quite limited. It would be nice to have more access on the app for when I dont have my computer.

Love the service

I found and developed a relationship with Connnecteams for my previous position, so I immediately knew, when I was asked by my new employer to find a solution to their time keeping and company communications, and scheduling program, I would bring Connecteams aboard

Has made our lives so much easier!

ConnectTeam has been a wonderful addition to our team and has made payroll SO much easier! We've been using it well over a year now, and tracking PTO, timesheets, and clocking in has never been easier. We used to hassle with timesheets, including on paper. Great Program

We have had an amazing experience with connecteam...from our introduction to the full setup. The continued support is always available. We are roughly 6 months into this program and are very happy with it.

Connecteam works WONDERS for Field Employees and PM Staff

We have been using Connecteam for about 4 years now and have not been able to leave the platform because no one offers a better scheduling service! The GPS and maps feature is super helpful for our field employees. This is the only platform that we have found that provides all of the necessary features we need!

Great app for daycares/ early childhood education providers

I love connectteam and brag about it to people in the same field who are not currently using it. I think its a great tool to use in any buisness, especially mine which is early childhood education.

Training and Scheduling Made Easy

We have had a great experience with Connecteam since we switched over last year. Onboarding new employees and tracking training has become much easier and staff enjoy the ease of adding unavailability and swapping shifts.

Vorteile

The ease of creating trainings and being able to organize them in a way that works for our team. I also really like the scheduling feature which is much more robust the our previous platform.

There are times where the permissions can be complicated and admins and managers have a hard time accessing certain information.

For the most part, I really like it. It's just not as sophisticated (in some aspects) as some of the other time / attendance software packages.

Small business streamlined

We started off as a small business that relied on text messaging every single employee to get their schedule. We then switched to connecteam in hopes that we could streamline our scheduling through one singular app. With connecteam, we're able to do that pretty easily.

Vorteile

What i like most about connecteam is the interface and support. It is a very user friendly app, and at the rare moments when you have trouble, support helps immediately.

Nachteile

I wouldnt say dislike, but i wish there was a way for the app to text reminders to employees to remind them about their shifts. At present time, you can only set up a notification reminder, and if an employee has those off, they will not get the reminder.

I can better visualize the work

It improved performance and internal communication with the entire team by keeping a work order and precise control of the hours worked

Vorteile

Connecteam helps me validate the work that each employee does without having to be next to that person, we can communicate as a more united team in the work chat and be able to keep an improved order of the tasks that are pending to be done. This software helps me maintain a perfect order and a production with better results.

Nachteile

Its multiple functions can be a little confusing at the beginning of learning how to use the platform, but it is something that with time you can learn the correct use

Connecteam - Slow and right.

Overall I like the platform. The interface is user friendly and allows for a lot more than just scheduling/timesheet maintenance. The fact that you have an all-in-one platform that you can upload your own course material and apply it to your staff is a great feature.
The biggest cons are that Connecteam is slow to load regularly and has frequent points where it cannot be accessed (at one point it was down for many staff members for more than 12 hours). If Connecteam can fix this issue, I would consider it hands-down the industry leader.

The adaptability with the platform is great. I like the ability to create and access courses on Connecteam. This is a big feature that I have not seen on other platforms

The platform is slow often and regularly is inaccessible by staff.

Good Scheduling Program

Quite good. There have been issues that were slowly fixed and some improvements that were done that I had not even thought of.

Ease of use. It is not at all difficult to build our guard's schedules quite quickly.

90% amazing

90% really good, just a couple of things that would be great to be able to do, eg: upload and delete jobs from our accounting software, an API that would work. Also we now have to get staff to enter time off in individual days, not blocks as you cannot upload the leave in individual days if entered as a block. (this is a change that worked previously fine)

Easy of use for the program for all staff and the clarity it provides for payroll.

Nachteile

The constant changes, some are really good and some change parts of the program that work really well for us, then they don't which frustrates staff have to make work arounds.

Best rostering program

Connecteams has streamlined how I roster. My team love how simple it is to adjust availability and I love being able to make roster changes easily on the app and the computer.
I started with the free version for small business and as my business grew I didn't hesitate paying for it.

Vorteile

I love how simple it is to our roster team. It also has made payroll and controlling wage costs easier with the integration with xero.

Nachteile

The only drawback is that you can't have different age related pay rates for different team members integrate with xero. Maybe this could be an update for the future.

I wish you could "build you own" system. There's the different tiers to choose from but we sometimes don't use all the features in each tier. It would be nice to pick and choose different aspects to create your own plan.

Great, very user friendly. I looked for a while for an app to manage my team of about 50 people and am glad that I foujd Connecteam.

A huge time and aggravation saver. Would recommend and I will keep using them.

Very positive. It was absolutely worth the money. Just with the time savings on payroll and job costing its well worth it. Once you factor in scheduling and making to the employees can see where they are going, the work order, the address and the start time you really start winning. I dont even use all the features and i love it. I keep learning new stuff and implementing it as I go. The staff love it too.

Great System

We’ve had a great experience, I also like the fact the service team are so quick to help and the ability to suggest and vote on new features

Great Tool for Team Management

my experience with Connecteam has been positive. It has helped streamline communication within my team, improving efficiency and collaboration. While there are a few areas for improvement, the platform is very useful for workforce management.

Vorteile

user-friendly and offers excellent features for team communication and task management. The mobile app is very convenient, making it easy to track work schedules and updates on the go.

Nachteile

The interface can sometimes be a bit slow, small and certain customization options are limited. It would be great if more integrations with other software were available.

Positive experience with ConnectTeam

My overall experience with Connectteam has been positive. We are a healthcare facility, and we use the app for communication and scheduling, and it's worked well for us.

Vorteile

We previously used another app for communication at my job and I think connect team is easier to use and navigate. It doesn't have glitches or issues like our last app did either. It's a very user-friendly app and meets all of our needs when it comes to communication and scheduling.

Nachteile

I really haven't come across any feature of connect team that I don't like. I don't have any complaints or issues with it at this time.

Club Manager overview of Connect Team

Great, it is fairly easy to navigate. I like the training info pages.

Vorteile

I like the scheduling features with job codes. I like the note feature on time clock and the notifications for birthdays/

Nachteile

I wish the knowledge base was easier to navigate on the web page/ uploading would be easier too. Also I there is a lot of lagging when typing messages and scrolling through the schedule.

Connecteam is great for retail staff scheduling!

Smooth, easy to set up, easy to get the team onboard, everyone has the app on their phones so we can see schedules wherever we are

Vorteile

It’s easy to use and has all the functions I need for scheduling my staff

Nachteile

My only complaint is that I wish I could archive users with the free plan but it is the free plan after all

Best time tracking reasonably priced app I have found

Reallly like Connecteam and the support is great.

Vorteile

It is simple for the guys in the field to use

Nachteile

I manage more than one company and if I am on a computer I have to log out and log in again to switch companies. From my phone I can just switch companies from within the app. For admin purposes I am mostly on the computer and it is very inconvenient.

As for switching companies on the computer as well - it's on our roadmap, but in the meantime, you can perhaps work with two browsers, each for an account, or use the same browser with two windows where one of them is on Incognito mode. Both options should solve it for you for now :)

Connectteam is a fantastic tool for company operations

It has become a very useful tool to keep my employees engaged and updated on tasks.

A nearly perfect product for simple time keeping!

I started using Connecteam almost by accident. We needed an application for keeping time and their website was really attractive and informative. We jumped in with a free trial and have continued as a customer since.

Vorteile

As the administrator reviewing and submitting payroll. This is my preferred application. It is easy to see daily summaries and make modifications as needed. I also like how employees can submit requested changes to their time if they failed to properly keep time.

Nachteile

Our enterprise is in Construction and we are beginning to need a program that captures a little more data about the equipment we use.

Onward Connecteam

Overall, it is a good experience. Barring a few times there have been glitches, connecteam helps us accomplish our operational needs.

Vorteile

User interface is easy to work with. Scheduling is streamlined.

Nachteile

The mobile capabilities are not up to par with their desktop version so it really limits what I can accomplish when out in the field.

One Stop Shop

Overall, I am super happy with the program thus far. I look forward to seeing it during our busy season.

Vorteile

If you are looking for a platform that can be your one stop shop for your employees, Connecteams seems to be the best application. From easy chats and updates to scheduling and time clock, and to top it off knowledge bases and courses. The platform is constantly upgrading and listening to their customers feedback, making it more accessible. The platform has been easy to pick up by all staff, young and old.

Nachteile

My only complaint about Connecteams is the issue of inconsistent notifications for when forms have been submitted or approved.

Connecteam has been a wonderful tool for all parts of business!

It been a great tool and everyone at our company enjoys it! We find a new way almost every month to utilize Connecteam for something new.

Vorteile

I love that Connecteam is ever so changing, and they ask customers for feedback and really listen to what we want!

Nachteile

The map in the timeclock section could be better and it would be nice if you could follow either steps. When we have employees that go all over it is hard to keep track of where they have been!

Connecteam is a Game Changer!

It has been easy to set up, we have received assistance where needed and it is working really well for our company.

Vorteile

The ability to set up jobs and allow staff to choose their own shifts.

Nachteile

The package that includes HR which does have quite a few options that we would like is prohibitively expensive. We would like to upgrade, but the company just can't afford it at this point.

Connect Team Review

I do like connect team and I plan to keep using it the software as long as my company is able too.

Vorteile

The ability to have a general scope of everything a company may need but all in one place.

Nachteile

The thing that I would like connect team to work on is adding the total cost of an employee for a job. For example we can already put rates for each person and we can see the hours they spent on jobs and sub jobs I think it would be easy just to add the formula to show the cost in the job section.

Revolutionized our scheduling process

It has been great. We love the app!
Overall it has been a great help.

Vorteile

The ease of using the system from both a computer and mobile phone.

Nachteile

That you can not go back and undo if you delete a schedule.
And that we do not have an option to get a notification once someone has clocked in.

CT Experience

I have had a good experience so far, and appreciate the features connectteam offers. Both as a user and an admin it is relatively easy to use and good for small to large companies. My company has tried many apps before and none have compared to CT.

Vorteile

I like how it is easy to clock in & out, and how there are helpful guides to show how to use each feature.

Nachteile

Sometimes I have difficulty figuring out how to turn notifications off for certain feautures. For example I like having shift reminder notifications on but not notifications about when someone picks up a shift.

We went from paper time cards to connect team and it was the best transition of my career for payroll purposes. The language options were create for our diversity among employees.

Vorteile

Ease of correcting errors, the available filtering options, quick reports for payroll and the in app messaging functions.

Nachteile

I never quite grasped the location tracking element but with some training I’m sure I would better understand

Switching to Connecteams was the best decision ever!

My overall experience was great, prior to connecteam I had an agency management system that just wasn't cutting it for the work I was doing and didn't have all of the features that connecteams has so I am so grateful to have found this program.

Vorteile

I love that Connecteam is easy to use, the chat feature is something i use on a daily basis and helps me keep up with everything happening throughout the busy workday.

Nachteile

There isn't anything I dislike about Connecteam, if there was anything I didn't understand there was always learning opportunities or support when I needed it.

Very Professional Platform

Great asset to our companies growth

Love Connecteam! Changed the game for us!

Generally I'm extremely pleased. It has completely changed the way we do business, communicate with our staff, create schedules and memos and I could never go back to the old way.

Vorteile

Connecteam makes scheduling extremely simple! It is easy to create a template and schedule the team and know that each person sees there schedule. No more guessing on when you work or "forgetting."

Nachteile

Certain features are included only via upgrades. Some of the features seem like no brainers. For example, if there is an open shift and an employee claims it, as the employer I accept and confirm the shift. BUT, they can unclaim the already assigned shift. This makes no sense. I would have to pay an additional $400 just for that one feature! It would be better to have ala cart add on features as not all features in each upgrade are worthy to everyone.
